Annuntation of child certification for the employment and employment of persons in schools, leisure and clubbids

In accordance with section 2 (2), 1 and 4, in the case of child certification in connection with the recruitment of personnel and so on, cf. Law Order no. 362 of 2. April 2014, set :

§ 1. Statements, schools, leisure and clubbids within the Ministry of Education shall obtain child certification before they hire or employ persons who, as part of the performance of their duties, have direct contact with children under 15 years of age ; persons who, in the course of carrying out their duties, have been caught among children under the age of 15, which thus have the possibility of direct contact with the children, cf. § 2.

Paragraph 2. The introduction of a child certificate shall be in accordance with the rules applicable to such certificates in section 36 of the Notice concerning the processing of personal data in the Central Criminal Register (the Criminal Investigation Register), including that the information is subject to the information referred to in Article 36 (1). has notified written consent to the entry into question.

§ 2. The following authorities, schools, private leisure and clubbids shall have a duty to obtain child certification, cf. § 1, for persons intended to act as one of the parties referred to in paragraph 1. 2 of the posts or functions referred to in the case of a fixed association, cf. paragraph 3 :

1) Municipality of the municipality in the capacity of the school authority.

2) Municipal management boards in relation to municipal leisure and clubbids after the tender section of the day section 52 (5). Two, and 66, paragraph. 2.

3) Private leisure and clubtenders after the Bid Act section § 52 (3). 3-5, and 66, paragraph. 3-5.

4) The Committee of the Regions as a school authority.

5) Free primary schools and private colleges with school department that provide training under the law of school-free schools and private primary schools.

6) Autumn schools.

Paragraph 2. The children's certificate must be obtained for persons who are supposed to act as leaders, teachers, swimmers, educators, pedagoers, private children's pass, club dagos, aid bulbs, speech / haberreps, schoolpsychologists, guides at the youth of youth. Education and training, school secretaries, janitors, economists, cleaning staff, and other technical and administrative staff, including assistants, deputies, temporary carers and students practised.

Paragraph 3.
