Publication of the amendment of the notification of the eup-for-use substances

§ 1

Notice no. 557 of 31. May 2011 on euphoria, as amended by announcement No 1 997 of 12. Oct in October 2011, announcement no. 506 of 30. 'May 2012, announcement no.' 778 of 4. July, 2012, announcement no. 971 of 28. September 2012, procladition no. 99 of 30. January 2013, announcement no. 146 by 13. February 2013, announcement no. 230 of 6. March, 2013, proclame no. 348 of 3. April 2013 and Notice no. 1222 of the 28th. October 2013, the following changes are made :

1. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 68 as new number :

" 68 a. 4,4 ' -DMAR (4-methyl-5-(4-methylphenyl) -4,5-dihydrooxazol-2-amin). "

2. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 130 as a new number :

" 130 a. MDAI (5,6-methylenedioxy-2-aminoindan). '

3. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 134 as a new number.

" 134 a. 5-MeO-DALT ( N, N -diallyl-5-methoxytrypmine). "

4. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 163 as new number :

" 163.1. MPA ( N -methyl-1-(thiophen-2-yl) propan-2-amin). "

5. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 169 as new number :

" 169 a. N-Methyl-2-AI ( N -methyl-2-aminoinane). `

6. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 215 as new number :

" 215 a. SDB-001 (N-(1-adamantyl) -1-pentyl-1H-indol-3-carboxamide). "

7. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 217 as new number :

The announcement shall enter into force on the 30. May 2014.
