Publication of the doctors ' notification of drug addicts in treatment

In accordance with section 19 and 82 of the law on health professionals and on health professional activities, cf. Law Order no. 877 of 4. August 2011 shall be :

§ 1. The doctors providing the medicamentelle processing of opioid dependent (substitution processing) must submit monthly reports to the SMDB, the drug user database, in accordance with the rules laid down in this notice.

Paragraph 2. The obligation to report to the SMDB shall be the responsibility of the provisions referred to in paragraph 1. 1 mentioned doctors, whether or not the treatment has been delegated to other doctors.

§ 2. The reports shall be issued not later than 20. in a month and includes information on the persons who have been prescribed opioids during the previous month, in the context of the treatment of their misuse.

Paragraph 2. The report shall include :

1) the patient ' s cpr. No,

2) Preparation, and

3) the identity of the ordinating read.

Paragraph 3. Notification shall be made regardless of notification / notification to other key registers.

§ 3. Report is made electronically to SMDB, in accordance with the user manual that is available on the SMDB home page (www.stofmisbrugsdatabasen.dk).

§ 4. After the law on health professionals and on the section 82 of health professionals, the doctor who is guilty of a violation of the notice shall be punished.

§ 5. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. June 2014.
