Publication of the free and grant law of certain foreign students in vocational education and training of professional qualifications

This shall be the subject of the law. 1507 of 27. In December 2009, on free space and scholarship to certain foreign students in vocational training and professionsundergraduate training, with the changes resulting from paragraph 5 of Act No 5. 1373 of 28. December 2011 and section 4 of the law. 1614 of 26. December, 2013.

§ 1. Vocational academies, professional training schools and the media classes of media and journalists can grant complete or partial free space without a grant or partial or full scholarship to foreign students in the field of vocational training and professional undergraduations in accordance with the rules laid down in paragraph 1. 2-5.

Paragraph 2. Free space and grant can be awarded to highly qualified students who have been granted a temporary residence permit for temporary residence for training, cf. however, paragraph 1 3-5.

Paragraph 3. Free space and scholarship can not be awarded to students who :

1) has been exchanged with Danish students, following an agreement between the Danish educational institution and an institution abroad,

2) following EU law, including the EEA Agreement, or international agreements concluded by Denmark, have a claim to equal treatment with Danish nationals in terms of the economic conditions for inclusion in training, or

3) at the time of entry into training, a residence permit has been granted under the section 9 (c) of the foreign-above. 1, as a child of a foreigner granted a residence permit in accordance with Article 9 a of foreigners and a national of a country which is not connected to the European Union or to the EEA Agreement.

Paragraph 4. Students entitled to grants under the rules of the law of state education grant may not be awarded to the grant of the grant of this law.

Paragraph 5. The education and research minister may lay down rules on which training can be granted free space and grant in accordance with paragraph 1. 1.

§ 2. The Education and Research Minister shall lay down detailed rules for the administration of the scheme, including :

1) the allocation of funds to free seats and scholarships between professional academies, professional school schools and the media and journalistic school classes ;

2) the application and the award and measurement of free space and grant,

3) withdrawal of pledges for free space and scholarship,

4) the repayment of too much paid fellowship, overdue, forfeit and recovery, etc.,

5) the reporting of the institutions for the training and research department of allocated free seats and scholarships ; and

6) The institutions ' repayment to the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Experts.

Paragraph 2. The framework for ferociations and scholarships shall be determined on annual financial laws.

§ 3. The decisions taken by educational establishments under this law or in accordance with the rules laid down pursuant to this law may be submitted to the Ministry of Education and the Science Minister when the complaint relates to legal matters.

§ 3 a. The Minister for Education and the Research Minister may, in accordance with the Secretary of State or Government, be competent to exercise the powers of the Minister, in accordance with the Ministry or in other governmental authorities, in accordance with the Minister for the Ministry of the Ministry or in other State authorities.

Paragraph 2. The Education and Research Minister may lay down rules on the access to decisions taken under the authority of paragraph 1. 1, including that the decisions must not be complainable.

Paragraph 3. The Education and Research Minister may lay down rules on the exercise of powers as a different state authority, having negotiated with the person concerned, shall be authorized to exercise in accordance with paragraph 1. 1.

§ 4. The law shall enter into force on 1. In February 2010 and the effect of grants and scholarships awarded following the entry into force of the law.

Paragraph 2. Law No 333 of 18. May 2005 on scholarships to certain foreign students at short and medium-term higher education shall be deleted, cf. however, paragraph 1 3.

Paragraph 3. The one in paragraph 1. The Law and the rules laid down in this Directive shall continue to apply to students who, before 1, shall continue to apply. February 2010 is awarded scholarships in the field of training in the area of Education and Research, which is being offered by a university.

§ 5. The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Law No 1373 of 28. December 2011 amending different education laws, etc., and the lifting of the law on learning, training for nutritional and household management, and the establishment of seminaries (Access to Delegation of Seminars) the entry into force of the jurisdiction and determination of the provisions of the draft law, as specified in the following entry into force : 1)

§ 16

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. January 2012.

Law No 1614 of 26. December 2013 on the amendment of the law on vocational education for higher education, the law of vocational training schools for higher education, law on media and journalism school and the rule of free and schooling for certain foreign students vocational training and professional training (changes resulting from the evaluation of the vocational education structure etc.) shall include the following entry into force : 2)

§ 5

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. January 2014.
