Annominations concerning the amendment of the notification of training in the professional community in which animals, plants and nature are to be published ;

(Duration of steps 1 in the training for the greenkeeper, the duration of stage 1 of agricultural training and the overall duration of training and the duration of the eeux flow of the eup-production of agricultural training)

§ 1

Notice no. 330 of 11. April 2012 on the education of the professional community in the Community of animals, plants and nature shall be amended as follows :

1. Inline ITREAS :

" Purline of section 4, paragraph. 1 and 2, and section 38 (3). 1 and 2, in the law on vocational training, cf. Law Order no. 439 of 29. April 2013, and in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Committee, and section 4 (4). Paragraph 7 (1) and section 7 (2). Three, in the law. 578 of 1. June 2010 on the degree of study of study (eux) and so on shall be determined as follows : ' ;

2. I Annex 3, section 2.1., 1. pkt., of ' at least 1 year and 3 months ` shall be replaced by ' at least 1 years and 6 months and no more than 1 years and 11 months ` ;

3. Appendix 4, section 2.1., ITREAS :

" 2.1. Stage 1 of the training stage 1, agricultural assistant, lasts at least 1 year and 10 months and not more than two years, including the groundwork, cf. however, paragraph 2.3. The school education of the first step of the main provolition shall last 16 weeks. Steps 2 farmer / grounding machinery for at least 1 year and 5 months and not more than 1 year and 11 months. The school education of the main provolition steps 2 takes 20 weeks for the training of farmers and 16 weeks for the training of agricultural traders. The total normative duration of steps 1 and step 2 shall be at least 3 years and 5 months and not more than three years and 11 months. `

4. I Annex 4, section 7.2., point 1, "Forty weeks" is changed to : "41 weeks".

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. July, 2014.
