Law on the amendment of the Institutional Education Institutions and general adult education, etc., law on vocational education and training institutions, law on education for higher levels of commerce (hhx) and higher technical exams (htx), law on vocational training and payment for certain training activities in the field of the law on active employment efforts, etc.

(Social contribution to youth education institutions on the basis of the proportion of fraulled pupils)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the law on general education and general adult education, etc., in accordance with the general public. Law Order no. 880 of 8. August 2011, as last amended by Section 9 of Law No 634 of 16. June 2014, the following is amended as follows :

1. I § 30, paragraph 8, the following shall be inserted after ' training ' shall mean the following : ' and on the basis of the proportion of fraparous pupils '.

§ 2

In the law of the institutions for vocational training, cf. Law Order no. 878 of 8. August 2011, as last amended by Section 7 of Law No 634 of 16. June 2014, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 19 (1). FOUR, ONE. pkt., the words ' shall ` shall be replaced by ' may give '.

2. I § 19 pasted as paragraph 5 :

" Stop. 5. The State may provide a special subsidy on the basis of the proportion of the fraparsed pupils where grants are not awarded under the legislation on training. The Taksten is set on the Finance Bill. The Minister for Education may lay down rules on the conditions for and calculation of grants based on the proportion of fraparous pupils ' share. `

§ 3

In the law of training for higher commerce samen (hhx) and higher technical examination (htx), cf. Law Order no. 1074 of 4. September 2013, as amended by Section 8 of Law No 630 of 16. June 2014, the following is amended as follows :

1. I § 39 pasted as paragraph 7 :

" Stop. 7. The state provides a special subsidy on the basis of the percentage of fraparous pupils. The Taksten is set on the Finance Bill. The Minister for Education may lay down rules on the conditions for and calculation of grants based on the proportion of fraparous pupils ' share. `

§ 4

In the law of vocational training, cf. Law Order no. 1309 of 9. December 2014, as amended by Section 1 of law no. 634 of 16. June 2014, the following is amended as follows :

1. I § 19 c pasted as paragraph 2 :

" Stop. 2. The state provides a special subsidy on the basis of the percentage of fraparous pupils. The Taksten is set on the Finance Bill. The Minister for Education may lay down rules on the conditions for and calculation of grants based on the proportion of fraparous pupils ' share. `

§ 5

In the case of payment for certain training activities in connection with the law of active employment efforts, etc., cf. Law Order no. 1030 of 23. August 2013, as amended by Section 7 of Law No 1610 of 26. December 2013 and Section 9 of Law No 720 of 25. June 2014, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 2 (2). ONE, ONE. pkt., is changed " cf. paragraph 2 "for :" cf. paragraph 3 ".

2. I § 2 inserted after paragraph 1. 1 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 2. In the calculation and collection of paragraph 1. 1 do not form a subsidy on the basis of the proportion of the fraparsed pupils following :

1) ~ 30 (5)) 8, in the law on the institutions of general and general education and training, etc.,

2) Section 19 (1). 5, in the law of the institutions of vocational training,

3) § 39, paragraph. 7, in the law of education for the higher the commercial sector (hhx) and higher technical examination (htx), and

4) § 19 c (3) (c) Two, in the law of vocational training. "

Paragraph 2-5 shall then be referred to in paragraph 2. 3-6.

§ 6

The law shall enter into force on 1. January 2015.
