Announgement of reporting and recording of soil pollution data

In accordance with section 14 (4), 4, section 59, paragraph. 1, and § 61 (3). 4, and 6-7, on the polluted soil of the soil, cf. Law Order no. 1427 of 4. In December 2009, as amended by law no. 1555 of 21. December 2010, Law No. No. 446 of 23. May 2012 and law no. 490 of 21. May 2013 :

Chapter 1

Scope and definitions

§ 1. The notice lays down rules on the registrations of the municipal management board and its reports and the updating of information on soil pollution and on the disclosure and publication of such information.

§ 2. For the purposes of this notice :

1) Denmark's Space Information : the part of Denmark's environmental portal, which will provide common public geographical data in the environmental field.

2) Denmark's Environment Portal : a cooperation between municipalities, regions and the Ministry of the Environment, designed to pool environmental data in one place, create digital solutions for managing Denmark's environment and disseminate environmental data to authorities and public access.

3) Digital reporting : A digital recording of data in a pre-given, solid format.

4) DKK : The common public database on the soil pollution area and the central authoritative register of soil contamination information under Denmark's Environment Portal.

5) Spaced Area : Area mapped to knowledge level 1 or knowledge-level 2 in accordance with the Clause 4 or Section 5 of the Act of the Council.

Chapter 2

The report of the Regional Council of information on contaminated areas for use to the public

§ 3. The Committee of the Regions shall report information on short-areas referred to in paragraph 1. 2 to DKK. The information shall be notified immediately after the address of one of the items referred to in paragraph 1. 2 the decisions referred to shall be informed of the decision.

Paragraph 2. The report pursuant to paragraph 1. 1 shall include the following :

1) Decisions on mapping, including modifications and cancellation thereof, of an area according to the section 3 of the law, cf. section 4 respectively, on knowledge level 1, and section 5 on knowledge level 2.

2) Statements as referred to in paragraph 21 (1) of the law. Article 30 (3) and 30 (3). 6, that a charmed contamination is of no importance to the application of the actual use of the actual use for housing or the whole of the home.

3) Nuansation, including modification and termination, of the mapping of an area used for housing, cf. Act 12 a.

Paragraph 3. The Committee of the Regions shall ensure that the mapping is registered on the correct matrix numbers when the premises of the matrix are recorded in the area of the area where the area is identified. The Committee of the Regions shall report adjustments to DKK immediately.

Chapter 3

The Council of the Regional Council of data and information on soil contamination for statistical purposes

§ 4. The Region of the Regions shall report data to statistical purposes to DKK and to the Environmental Management Board, cf. § § 5 and 6.

Digital reporting

§ 5. The Committee of the Regions shall report to the data and the information that the Environmental Management Board's guidance on the regions ' reporting of digital data. The guide is available at www.mst.dk.

The written report

§ 6. The Committee of the Regions must once annually not later than 1. May in writing, in writing, report information on the activities carried out by the preceding calendar year following the law, which are not reported to DKK or Denmark ' s Space Information, to the Environmental Management Board.

Paragraph 2. In addition to the submission of the written report, the region shall ensure that the information contained in the regional Council ' s report to DKK and the Environmental Management Board shall be consistent with the information contained in the Council.

Paragraph 3. The report pursuant to paragraph 1. 1 shall include the following :

1) An accounting overview of the region's payments and the work year on the soil contamination area in the preceding calendar year excl. staff costs. All expenditure in the accounting statement shall be included in exclusive VAT and the discharges under the valuation scheme shall not be included in the inventory. The budget transfers from the reporting year to the following financial year shall be indicated. The accounting view must be specified on :

a) management and planning ;

b) IT and Data,

c) common- oriented tasks ;

d) knowledge-level 1 mapping,

(e) initial investigations,

(f) higher-time investigations,

g) the design and establishment of remedial measures ;

(h) operation and monitoring ; and

i) cross-disciplinary projects, including development projects (excluding IT), cf. The Environment Agency ' Schema for the blog division of the economy and the work year ' s available at www.mst.dk.

2) A description of the contents of cross-disciplinary projects (the accounting view ' s point in).

3) Information on the number of years employed in the soil pollution area in the region was raised together. Annual work shall be made up to the management of the year.

4) Activity plans for the subsequent budget year set in relation to the objectives of the regional Council and the expected costs for this purpose. Furthermore, the priority of the regionalization of groundwater, surface water, nature and area applications shall be set out in the region.

5) The budget for the subsequent budget year specified in the same way as the accounting view for the previous calendar year. In addition, the budgeted number of people employed in the area of soil pollution must be reported together. Annual work shall be made up to the management of the year.

6) Information on major pollution cases, where the cost of cleanup is expected to exceed 10 million. curtains and where pollution may have harmful effects on the existing land use or on groundwater to be used for drinking water or surface water. The information must be provided in the "Extra Data to the written report" which is available at www.mst.dk.

Chapter 4

The Municipal Management Board ' s registration of information for real-estate trade and disclosure and disclosure of such information

§ 7. The Municipal Board shall ensure that the following information includes digital records and that registration is continuously updated in Denmark's Space Information :

1) Information that the property is covered by one of the municipal management board pursuant to the section 9 (4) of the law. 2, 10, 44 (4). 2, 48 and 72 (a) (a), 3 that have not been complied with, or with long-term conditions, which shall continue to be complied with following the content of the tender.

2) Information that the property is subject to area classification by Article 50 (a).

Paragraph 2. The local authorities shall ensure that the information provided for in paragraph 1 is provided. 1, for each property on request, will be disclosed and published digitally as relevant by real estate. Information relating to conditions that are no longer applicable and terms that are fulfilled shall not be disclosed to or published at real estate.

Paragraph 3. The local authority shall, on the disclosure and publication of the information provided for in paragraph 1. 1, no. 1, at the same time indicate whether or not the claim has been issued under the section 9 (9) of the law. 2, 10, 44 (4). 2, 48 or § 72 (a) (a), 3.

Paragraph 4. The local authorities shall ensure that registration and updating shall be made no later than 10 working days after the addressee of the addressee.

Chapter 5

Entry into force

§ 8. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July, 2014.

Paragraph 2. Circular no. 9060 of 18. March 2011 on the reporting and recording of information on the areas of pollution-related land in matricular register and map maps are hereby repealed. This will mean that soil pollution-related areas will then not appear in the register either.

Paragraph 3. Circular no. Fourteen of three. February 2012 on the report on soil contamination is deleted.

Paragraph 4. The Communalan Management Board ' s obligation to record information digitally in accordance with Article 7 (3) of the notice. 1, no. 1 applies only to the porientias issued on 1. January 2007 or later. Information concerning the porifis issued from this date and the date of entry into force of this notice shall be digitally registered, not later than 31. December 2015.

Paragraph 5. The Communalan Management Board ' s obligation to record information digitally in accordance with Article 7 (3) of the notice. 1, no. 2, only for areas that are classified on 1. January 2007 or later. Information on areas classified from this date and the entry into force of this notice shall be digitally registered, not later than 31. December 2014.
