Publication of the amendment of the publication of the electronic communications network and electronic communications services and the retention of information relating to the transport of telecommunications (log-proclaimed notice)

§ 1

Notice no. 988 of 28. September 2006 on the registration and storage of electronic communications services and the retention of information relating to telecommunications (logging notice) are hereby amended as follows :

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 22nd. June 2014.

§ 3

Paragraph 1. Information that until the 22nd. June 2014 has had to be registered in accordance with the provisions in force in the course of the Logging Order Section 5 (5). 1, 4 and 5 shall continue to be registered until the 22. September, 2014.

Paragraph 2. Information to be provided prior to the 22nd. June 2014 is registered in accordance with the applicable provisions in the course of the Logging Order Section 5 (5). In the light of the deletion and anonymisation of electronic communications networks and services or regulations issued under this, then 1, 4 and 5 may be retained until 22. September 2014, up to a maximum of 1 years.

Paragraph 3. Information to be recorded in accordance with paragraph 1. 1, irrespective of the rules on deletion and anonymisation in the Act on electronic communications networks and services or rules issued pursuant thereto, may be retained for up to three months.
