Publication of the amendment of the requirements for fireworks and other pyrotechnics

(Change of fee system)

§ 1

Notice no. 1423 by the 1600. In December 2009, laying down requirements for fireworks and other pyrotechnic articles, as amended by publication No 2 ; 885 of 1. July 2013, the following changes are made :

2. § 31 ITREAS :

" § 31. As part of the control after paragraph 29, the Board of Security shall be able to take samples of fireworks articles and other pyrotechnious articles. The manufacturing or introduction of fireworks articles or other pyrotechnious articles shall bear the cost of sampling, cf. Section 4 (4) of the law. 1.

Paragraph 2. In cases where sampling is taken pursuant to paragraph 1. 1 is done by other than the one producing or introducing fireworks articles or other pyrotechnious articles, reimburses the security management board the purchase price and shall require the amount of the manufacturer or introducing fireworks articles or pyrotechnicalities. articles, cf. Section 4 (4) of the law. 2.

Paragraph 3. A technical examination of samples taken in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be carried out. 1. The Management Board may require the costs of external technical examinations, including the cost of transport, reimbursed by the one which has been granted an opening or a ban, cf. Paragraph 4. Documentation for the conformity assessment carried out, cf. section 20, shall be submitted to the Security Office at the request of the Security Council. Documentation may be submitted to the Security Agency in electronic form. `

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July, 2014.
