Ordinance amending the Ordinance on requirements for Fireworks and other pyrotechnic articles

(Modification of the fee system)

§ 1

In executive order No. 1423 of the 16. December 2009 on requirements for Fireworks and other pyrotechnic articles, as amended by Decree No. 885 by 1. July 2013, shall be amended as follows: 1. The introductory part shall be replaced by the following:

» Pursuant to § 3, nr. 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 13, paragraph 3 (a), paragraph 4, section 5, nr. 1-4, and section 7, paragraph 2, of the law on fireworks and other pyrotechnic articles, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 363 of 9. April 2013, as amended by Act No. 267 of 25. March 2014, be determined in accordance with the authorization given: «2. section 31 is replaced by the following: ' section 31. As part of the control after section 29 the Danish safety technology Authority may take samples of fireworks and other pyrotechnic articles. The producing or introducing Fireworks or other pyrotechnic articles shall bear the cost of sampling, see. Article 4, paragraph 1.

(2). In cases where sampling pursuant to paragraph 1 is done with other than the producing or introducing Fireworks or other pyrotechnic articles shall be reimbursed by the Danish safety technology authority purchase price and are charged with the manufacturing or introducing Fireworks or pyrotechnic articles, see. Article 4, paragraph 2.

(3). There may be a technical examination of samples taken pursuant to paragraph 1. The Danish safety technology Authority may require the costs of external technical studies, including the cost of transportation, reimbursed by the which have been granted an injunction or a ban, see. § 4 (3).

(4). Evidence of conformity assessment carried out, see. § 20, must be submitted to the Danish safety technology authority upon request. Documentation can be submitted to the Danish safety technology authority in electronic form. '
