(Special pedagogical support for training abroad)

§ 1

In the SPS announcement, announcement no. 819 of 2. July 2007, as amended by Notice No 112 of 28. 1 January 2010, Notice No 752 of 28. June 2012 and procladition no. 1285 of 17. December 2012, the following changes are made :

1. Inline ITREAS :

Paragraph 1, section 16, paragraph 1. 4, section 17, paragraph. Article 18 (3) and Section 18 (1). 3, in the Law on Special Dagogical Support for higher education, cf. Law Order no. 584 of 1. June 2014, set : '.

2. I Section 1 (1). 1, ' The management of the Danish Board of Directors ' shall be replaced by the ' Board of Directors ' and '.

3. I Section 1 (1). 1, no. 3, the conditions laid down in Chapter 20 of the SU notice shall be replaced by ' the conditions laid down by the conditions laid down in Article 2 (b) of the SU. 2, cf. § 2 b (3) (b) 1, no. FIVE. "

4. The following section is added :

" § 1 a. It is a condition for the grant of special-educational assistance to education in an EU or EEA Member State, that the student meeting the conditions laid down in section 1 (1). 1, no. 1 or 2 is residing in an EU or EEA Member State, and

1) have had a consistent stay in Denmark for at least two years in the preceding 10 years preceding the date of the application,

2) has been going to school in Denmark for a significant period,

3) have members of the family in Denmark, in addition to the members of the family who provide for the training and the applicant has been close to contact with them for a significant period of time ;

4) has had significant economic ties with Denmark for a significant period,

5) have been working in Denmark for a certain amount and for a certain period of time ; or

6) has significant links to Denmark, on the basis of at least one of the criteria in no. Two-five, without, however, complying with the criterion and having significant Danish knowledge.

Paragraph 2. A student who is not domiciled in an EU or EEA Member State shall be entitled to education for training in an EU or EEA Member State if the student meets the condition laid down in paragraph 1. 1, no. 1.

Paragraph 3. Any student who has resident abroad and, at the same time, a migrant worker or self-employed person in Denmark, has, by way of derogation from paragraph 1, has a student who is in the process of residence abroad. 1 entitlement to specialized educational support for training in an EU or EEA Member State if the EU or the EEA is worked in Denmark or operated independently in Denmark for a period of at least five years.

Paragraph 4. Paragraph 1 shall not apply to students not registered in the CPR, as published, cf. section 24 (2). 5 and 6, in the Central Personnel register.

§ 1 b. This is a condition for granting special care assistance to education outside the EU and the EEA Member States, that students who meet the conditions laid down in section 1 (2) are granted. 1, no. 1 or 2, having had a consistent stay in Denmark for at least two years within the last 10 years prior to the time of the application.

Paragraph 2. Paragraph 1 shall not apply to students not registered in the CPR, as published, cf. section 24 (2). 5 and 6, in the Central Personnel register. "

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July, 2014.
