Publication of the choice of youth training and occupation

In accordance with section 2 (2), 3, section 3, section. 6, section 4 (4). 4, section 5, paragraph 5. 5, section 10, section. 3, section 12 c, paragraph 1. 2, and section 15 e, in the field of instruction on training and occupation, and a duty to education, employment, etc., cf. Law Order no. 671 of 21. June 2010, as amended by law no. 634 of 16. June 2014, section 3, paragraph 3. 5, in the case of youth education for young people with special needs, cf. Law Order no. 1031 of 23. Chapter 1

Youth Education Instructions

§ 1. Instructions for this notice shall be carried out by the municipal board through the Education Instructions of Youth.

Chapter 2

Target groups

§ 2. The training guide for youth must guide students in elementary school, including municipal 10. classes, cf. § 5.

Paragraph 5. Instructions for students in free primary schools (sanctuums and private primary schools) and schools, household schools and crav-schools, which are given by the municipality management board, cf. Article 4 of the Act on Education and professions and training, employment, etc., shall follow the rules of this notice and be organized by agreement between the Education Guide and the Schools, taking into account the school publications ; specific character.

§ 3. The local authorities must ensure that all of the citizens of the municipality who have parental responsibility over 15 -17-year-old young people are informed of the training and vocational guidance provided by the municipality and the educational opportunities for young people, have fulfilled the universal service obligation.

Paragraph 2. Chapter 3

Differentiated guidance

§ 4. In particular, the guide must be targeted at young people who, without any particular guidance on the roads, have or are going to find difficulties in choosing, starting or implementing an education or a profession ; content, organisation and time, prioritizing is adjusted to the needs and conditions of the individual, so that a special guidance service is given to students who are not training sparate, cf. paragraph 2.

Paragraph 2. Chapter 4

Contents of the

§ 5. Instructions for the choice of education and professions in elementary school, including municipal 10. the following activities shall be organized by the design of the following activities :

Paragraph 2. The guide must be seen in the context of the knowledge and skills that the students have dedicated to the compulsory subject of primary school education and training. The teaching of the subject must be organised in cooperation with the Education Guide, and guidance from the Education Guide for Education may be included in the implementation of the teaching.

Paragraph 3. The education guide for youth shall provide collective guidance to all students in 7. -NINE. and 10. Class.

Paragraph 4. Collective guidance is class-based (or analogous) guidance activities designed to prepare students for the selection of youth training at the end of 9. or 10. Class. In the collective guidance system, students must be challenged in their ideas on the choice of education and of jobs, so that education is carried out on a reflective and informed basis. In the collective guidance system, at least the guidance activities referred to in paragraph 1 shall be included in the following procedure. 5, and which shall contribute to the qualification of students ' choice of training and jobs and, in accordance with, the teaching of primary school compulsory subject to education and employment, cf. paragraph 2.

Paragraph 5. In the collective guidance, the following shall be :

1) the incorporation into youth education, content, structure and opportunity, and dialogue on the understanding of students ;

3) introduction to working with the education wizard (ug.dc) and for the eVejcord, cf. section 9, and

4) information on the whole education system, including the link between training and employment.

Paragraph 6. The guidance process, cf. paragraph 1, including collective guidance, must be provided so that it supports progression and differentiation in the guide process and supports the student reflecting on its own skills and potential and training and vocational opportunities.

Paragraph 7. Group guidance and individual guidance shall be given to students who are evaluated non-educational. The education guide for youth is organising the instructions in a manner that is based on the specific needs of this class of the student body. In the organization, the education and training guide shall determine, in practical terms, how group guidance and individual guidance can be complementary. Where group guidance can be used to support, among other things, the selection readiness of the individual, this is used.

Contents of the instructions following primary school and 10. class

§ 6. The education and training guide of youth must provide young guidance on the choice of education and professions if they are not in the process of, or have completed, a training or higher education. However, it does not apply to young people who are in employment for more than 30 hours a week (full-time employment).

Paragraph 2. The guidance system must also be offered to young people who are at risk of terminating a school or training cycle of at least three months in accordance with the training programme. § 17, paragraph 1. 3.

Paragraph 3. The guide shall be coordinated with other municipal guides aligned against the target group, including guidance from municipal job centres, social services or other authorities engaged in the young.

Paragraph 4. The guide includes group guidance and individual guidance, as well as assistance in solving practical problems in connection with the efforts of young people to start training or to come into employment.

Paragraph 5. Where it is not possible to contact the young person in writing, electronically or telephone, to ensure that the education and training of the youth is addressed personally.

Paragraph 6. If young people wish to apply to a production school, the guide must also include a target group assessment from the Education Instructions, cf. Chapter 7.

Paragraph 7. If young people are asking for training to be training for young people with special needs, the training guidelines for the education of youth shall ensure that the necessary grounds for the decision of the municipal management board shall be provided to provide the necessary basis for the decision of the Communalan Management Board. § 8. Paragraph 4. The guide may conclude the preparation of a new or revised training plan, cf. however, § § § -16.

Chapter 5

The education guide and the national guide unit eVejcord

§ 9. The education guide of youth must ensure that the national virtual guide portal, www.uddannelsesguiden.dk, and the national guide unit, which provide personal guidance through virtual communication and guidance tools, (EGuidance) is used in the guide. In this case, the education and training guide of the Youth shall be provided to refer young people to the Education Guide and the eGuide, cf. Section 5 (5). 5.

Instructions for the transition to youth training

§ 10. Youth Education Guide, entrepreneur for non-educational students from 8. class in collaboration with the school manager for targeted action, cf. § 4.

Paragraph 2. Paragraph 3. The local authorities have a duty to ensure that each mentor is sufficiently prepared for the current mentoring and that he is given the necessary conditions in order to be able to lift the task for the benefit of young people.

§ 12. Young people must give their consent to a mentor, and young people under the age of 18 must also give their assent to the holder of the custody of the child under the age of 18.

Chapter 7

Instructions for inclusion in production school

§ 13. The education guide of youth shall evaluate whether young people resident in the municipality who intend to apply or have applied for inclusion in a production school belong to the target group of the production schools, cf. law on production schools.

Paragraph 2. The assessment shall be carried out at the request of the young or from the production school on behalf of the young.

Paragraph 3. The assessment must be carried out immediately and no later than 14 days after the training of young people or production of the training of the youth and production training.

Paragraph 4. The young man has requested a new evaluation six months after the request was made for a previous assessment to take place.

Paragraph 5. The education guide of youth shall make the assessment, cf. paragraph 1, on the basis of a comprehensive assessment of the short and long-term educational opportunities of young people, where the experience gained from the experience gained and, where appropriate, suspended school, training and employment flows is involved. Niner. 9. Chapter 8

Instructions for inclusion in general adult education and public education and other schools.

§ 14. § 15. Paragraph 2. The youth training guide in the person of residence of the young person shall assess whether the applicant for the training of liquidation shall be assessed in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 belongs to the target group of young people who can take advantage of a course on a free boarding school with mentorment.

Paragraph 3. If the young belongs to the target group, cf. paragraph 2, a training schedule will be drawn up in cooperation with the owner of the young and parental authority if young people are not 18 years old. The education plan must show that young people can take classes in elementary school, household school or hand-working school with mentoring. The Education Plan will be sent to the elementary school, etc., on which the young people are seeking admission.

Chapter 9

Youth training guide for young people with special needs

§ 16. Youth Education Guide provides guidance on youth education for young people with special needs, cf. the announcement of youth education for young people with special needs.

Chapter 10

Notify obligations

§ 17. When a young person under the age of 25 has fulfilled the universal service, but failed to implement a secondary education or higher education, disconnector or conduct a school or training cycle of at least three months, shall be subject to : the educational institution shall inform the education and training guide of the Youth in the municipality where the young people are registered to the population of the population.

Chapter 11

Chapter 12

Collaboration

§ 19. In order to provide a coherent and coordinated guidance efforts, the Training Guide for Youth must be included in cooperation with the regional guidance centres (Study Elements), Youth Training institutions and others ; educational institutions, job centres, business centres, social partners, schools and institutions that provide public information, institutions providing education and training to young people with special needs, school management, including pedagogical psychological counseling, social services, National Knowledge and Special advisory organisation (VISO) as well as the Youth Education Guide in other geographic areas where this cooperation is relevant.

Paragraph 2. Cooperation shall include specific guidance activities and the development, organisation and coordination of the overall guidance efforts.

Paragraph 3. The organisation and execution of the road conductivity activities, cf. the chapters 3 and 4 shall be made in cooperation between the Education and Training Guide and the educational establishments and undertakings, etc., which are responsible for the implementation of the activities. Cooperation shall include, inter alia, the objectives, content and duration and time of the activities, and the period of time of the year.

20. In order to provide a holistic guidance in the elementary school, the efforts made in accordance with Chapter 4 in cooperation with the school leader are organised.

Chapter 13

Quality development, quality assurance and performance objectives

Chapter 14

Training requirements for the road managers

§ 25. The guide to this notice shall be carried out by persons who have either a professional degree of professional training in the management of study and guidance in training and vocational guidance, diploma in training and vocational guidance ; master training in training and business guidance, cf. however, paragraph 1 Two and three.

Paragraph 2. The guidance may also be carried out by :

1) Persons who have at least 5 years of professional experience as a mentor and have carried out one of the following earlier road management training :

a) School and / or youth guidance training (Denmark ' s Teacher ' s Teacher and others).

b) Vokseneld leadership training (Denmark's teacher high school, Denmark's Training School teacher training and others).

c) Education and the vocational guidance counselor (Denmark's Business School teacher) training and vocational training (Denmark ' s Business School teacher training).

d) Student guidance counselor for student counselors at high school, high school guidance and adult education centers (Ministry of Education).

(e) Basic training for educational guides in general adult education (Ministry of Education).

2) People who have at least 3 years of professional experience as a guidance counselor and before 1. August 2008 has completed the three basic modules of diplomas in education and business guidance.

3) People who can document a corresponding wiring professional skill level for a real-ability assessment.

Paragraph 3. The applicant shall fulfil the training requirement or document its powers in accordance with paragraph 1. Is it not possible to hire a suitable applicant who satisfies the requirements of paragraph 1? 1 or 2 may be applied for applicants which are then included in the local authority ' s training plans, cf. paragraph 4.

Chapter 15

Entry into force

SECTION 26. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. August 2014, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. Section 4 (4). 3, however, shall not enter into force on 1. January 2015.

Paragraph 3. Publication no. 873 of 7. July, 2010, on the choice of youth training and occupation, shall be repealed on 1. August, 2014.
