Publication of the Competency Seat Series

In accordance with section 15, nr. Three, in the law. 401 of 28. April 2014 on the authorisation of establishments in the electrical, vvs and sewer installation area shall be determined by the authority :

Chapter 1

Administration of the skill-giving sewer master

§ 1. The Danish National Security Agency shall be responsible for the organisation of the Conduct of Competency.

Paragraph 2. The practical management of the holding of the competency of competency shall be carried out by the Construction of the Construction by the Board of Security, by way of the Danish Agency for the Conduct.

Paragraph 3. The Board of Security shall monitor and monitor the performance of the sewage master examines and their quality of their quality.

Chapter 2

Committee of Exper-Committee

§ 2. The Board of Security and the Buildings are setting up an examination committee for the Competence of Competence.

§ 4. § 5. The Committee of the Committee shall meet at least once a yearly basis.

Chapter 3

Approval of training places

§ 6. The security management board shall approve training sites to maintain the qualifications of the once-for-onset at the examination of the final examination committee, by the examination committee.

§ 7. Chapter 4

Access to the competency of the confinals

§ 8. Paragraph 3. The decision of the training test to determine whether there is any acceptable fall, cf. paragraph 2 may be submitted to the examination committee.

Chapter 5

Graduation forms

§ 10. The Competence of Competence shall comprise a written and a practical examination.

Paragraph 2. The written examination shall have a duration of 7 hours and comprises individual tasks relating to the planning and the administration of the expiration delay, as well as the function of a professional authority in an authorized sewer business.

Paragraph 3. The practical examination shall have a duration of 7.5 hours of individual tasks involving the establishment, repair, extension and decommissioning, including the placing of the pipes and the establishment of wells and the setting up of collections and surgests, etc. approved materials in accordance with applicable rules.

Paragraph 4. People who can document the degree to have passed the degree as an equipment instructor in the last 3 calendar years may be exempted from the practical examination, cf. paragraph 3.

Chapter 6

Expermentation

§ 13. Eksaminander may adjust to the written and the practical examination separately. In order to pass the Competency of Competence, the written and practical finals shall be passed within 3 consecutive calendar years.

§ 14. Section 9 (1). TWO, TWO. pkt. shall be given the opportunity to make an examination as soon as possible.

§ 15. The practical examination is public, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. The training ground may be limited by the practical examination of the examination of the examination room for reasons of space. § 17. During the examination, the use of auxiliary means, including electronic, permitted with the exception of the provisions referred to in paragraph 1 shall apply. 2 and 3 mentioned.

Paragraph 2. Communication equipment must not be used in the examination.

Paragraph 3. The training facility may lay down restrictions on access to use of electronic means of capacity for capacity. The training site must be made aware of such restrictions at least one week before the examination is carried out.

§ 18. § 21. The educational establishments shall report results from the exams exams to the Buildings ' s Education.

Chapter 7

Censor and examiner

Paragraph 2. A censor must have

1) detailed knowledge of the conditions, objectives and methods of the trade area ;

Paragraph 4. The Censor must not be employed in the training site where the person should act as a censor.

Paragraph 5. For censor, the provisions of Chapter 2 of the Administrative Act shall apply to inhability.

§ 24. In the distribution of the censorship, it must be sought to include censors from more educational establishments or censors from the relevant labour market (detagersors).

§ 25. Censor must

1) ensure that the exams are in accordance with the objectives and other requirements set out in the guidelines provided for by the Management Board ;

2) contribute to and ensure that the exams are carried out in accordance with this notice and applicable rules ; and

3) contribute to and ensure that the examiners receive a consistent and fair treatment and that their performance has a reliable assessment that is consistent with the rules on the rules of character and other rules for training.

Paragraph 2. In the practical part of the examination, Censor and examiner shall make notes relating to the performance and character setting for personal use in the preparation of a statement in a case on appeal. The notes must be kept for a period of one year.

SECTION 26. Where the censor finds defects in relation to paragraph 25 (2), 1 or if the centre of the training is subject to serious problems or deficiencies in the training of the training stage, the censor shall submit a report to the Buildings ' s Education.

Paragraph 2. The Committee of the Committee shall take a decision in matters relating to the notification in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 on the recommendation of the Buildings ' s Education and training.

Chapter 8

Assessment

§ 27. An individual assessment of the performance of the examiner shall be carried out by all exams. The assessment shall be based on the rules of the Education Ministry's announcement on the scale and second assessment.

Paragraph 2. The assessment and character of the performance of examinations at the practical part of the examination shall be carried out in the light of the examinations made by the censor and examiner during the examination process and after the rules laid down for the nature of the report.

Paragraph 3. In the written part of the examination, the examinations of the examiner shall be judged by the censor and examiner, on the basis of the facitlist, provided after discussion of the specific task set. The written responses shall be judged on the basis of the censorship methodology laid down by the examination committee. The visits are first evaluated by examiner, and then by censor.

§ 28. In order to pass the Competency Sewage, both the written and the practical examination shall be passed separately with a minimum character of 02.

§ 29. In the examination, where the assessment does not immediately be notified immediately after examination, the examination committee shall establish a time period during which the assessment will be announced. The date of the date shall be communicated to the examiners at the same time as the notice of the examination of the examination, either by inaction or by letter to the examiner ' s.

Chapter 9

Graduation certificates

-$30. The place of education is issued a certificate of exams.

Paragraph 2. The certificate shall contain the following information :

1) The name and Social Security Number of the completed name and the CPR number.

2) The place of education.

3) The designation of the training.

4) Indication of the characters obtained in the practical and the theoretical examination respectively.

5) The term for which the training is qualified shall be entitled to the Danish and English language.

Paragraph 3. Collected diplomas of an education carried out in several educational establishments shall be issued by the training facility at the end of the last year.

Paragraph 4. The certificate shall not contain information on any particular test terms, cf. § 18.

Paragraph 5. The certificate shall be signed by the director or person responsible for the training site.

Paragraph 6. To the student who is leaving the training without completing it, the training place shall issue documentation for any alleged parts of training.

Chapter 10

Complagues

§ 31. If, in the context of a degree, the training site will be aware of errors and deficiencies which can be remedied, the training place will take place after discussion with examiner and censor or to determine how the remedial action is to be carried out.

§ 32. Complagues of the examination of the examination shall be submitted by the examiner to the training site where the examination is made. The complaint shall be written and substantiated. The appeal may be made by electronic means.

Paragraph 2. The complaint may concern :

1) the examination of the diplomas, including test subjects, tasks and the like, and the basic characteristics of the qualification of training objectives and requirements,

2) the examination process and

3) the assessment.

Paragraph 3. The complaint must be submitted within two weeks of the notification of the examination as usual in the usual manner. The place of education may be dispensers from the time limit if exceptional circumstances justify it.

Paragraph 4. For the appeal proceedings, the examination must have provided a copy of the required task. In the examination of the examination certificate, the examination must also have provided a copy of its own task response as well.

Paragraph 5. The place of education shall be submitted immediately to the Buildings ' s Education and training.

§ 33. Complaints of complaints shall be made by the examination committee, on the recommendation of the Buildings ' s Education.

Paragraph 2. The decision must be written and substantiated.

Paragraph 3. The decision may result in

1) a new assessment performed by a new censor (reevaluation),

2) a new examination of the diploma, or

3) I don't know how to make complaints about the complaint.

Paragraph 4. The decision shall immediately be notified to the training facility, which subsequently grants complaints, examiner and censor of the decision.

§ 34. If decision, cf. section 33, resulting in a new assessment or offer for a new examination, shall designate the examination committee, in accordance with the recommendation of the Buildings ' Education, a new censor and, where appropriate, a new examiner for the re-evaluation or the degree of examination.

Paragraph 2. The assessment or reexamination must take place as soon as possible after decision has been taken.

Paragraph 3. The Omek may result in a lower character, while reevaluation cannot result in a lower character.

$35. Complaction may bring the final decision to the Board of Infins to the Security Council. The complaint shall be written and substantiated. The appeal may be made by electronic means.

Paragraph 2. The complaint must be submitted within two weeks of the notification of complaints by the examination committee of the examination committee.

Chapter 11

Participant Fee

§ 36. The other person shall pay a fee for participating in the examination. The fee shall be determined in such a way as to ensure that the costs of the examination of the examination, including the administration and preparation, and censorship of tasks are covered. The place of education shall be forwarded to the part of the fee covering the expenditure incurred by the Exclusion of the Construction of Competency Examination, including planning, implementation, quality assurance and registration ; to the Buildings of the Buildings.

Paragraph 2. The fee and its distribution to cover costs in the training ground and the Education Agency shall be fixed annually by the Danish Agency for the Preference of the Construction of the Buildings.

Chapter 12

Entry into force

§ 37. The announcement will enter into force on the seventh. July, 2014.

Paragraph 2. At the same time, notice No 327 of 28. April, 2009, on the Competence of the Seat-Master.
