Completion of vocational training

In accordance with section 2 (2), 3, section 4 (4). 1, 3 and 4, section 6 (4). 2, sections 9, section 12, section 12. 2, section 13 (3). 3, section 14, section 15, section 5, section 25, paragraph. 2 and 4, section 30, section 31 (1). 2, section 33 (4). 2, section 43, paragraph. Three, section 48, paragraph. 6, section 50, paragraph. 2, section 51, paragraph. 2, section 54, section 66 a, paragraph Three, section 66 b, paragraph. 1 and 3, § 66 c, § 66 o, § 66 z and section 69 of the law on vocational training, cf. Law Order no. 439 of 29. April 2013, as amended by law no. 634 of 16. June 2014, section 31 of the law on the institutions of vocational training, cf. Law Order no. 878 of 8. This is August 2011 and paragraph 11, paragraph 11. Seven, in law no. 634 of 16. June 2014 amending the law on vocational training, the law on training and occupation, as well as the obligation to education, employment, etc., law on public school and different laws (Better and more attractive vocational training etc.), as well as the setting of the Council for the basic vocational training (s) shall be fixed as follows :

Section I

The education system

Chapter 1

Objections, etc.

§ 1. Training must meet the objectives of the law on vocational training and the conditions under which the training is approved, including on the overall duration of school education and on the agreed subsidy per year. an annual student.

Paragraph 2. The training must contribute to the development of student professional, study and personal skills in the labour market, professional mobility and the needs of the student's needs in such a way as to make the student as good as possible. The training must, in particular, contribute to the development of the ability of the student's ability to take independent positions, cooperation and communication. The training must also promote the capacity for professional and social problem solutions, the development of initiative, flexibility and quality of excellence and develop the basic skills of elevens, in particular in the field of mathematics, reading, oral and written communications ; and information technology.

Paragraph 3. Education must, in general, contribute to the development of the innovative and creative skills of pupils in the interest of the student's participation in product and service development and the acquisition of the preconditions for the establishment of their own activities.

Paragraph 4. Education must, in general, promote the international competences of pupils for employment and further training.

Paragraph 5. The training must contribute to the elevens ' understanding of a good working environment and develop environmental awareness.

Paragraph 6. Training may, where rules on this subject are laid down pursuant to the Law on Student Competence in the case of vocational training (eux) and so on, may also give the student general study competence.

§ 2. The professional committee's proposals for vocational training shall include a statement of the following :

1) The purpose of the training.

2) The areas of employment, training courses and how the training requirements have been covered up until now, including in the field of training, or whether the proposed training is to replace one or more existing training or specialties and, if so, which.

3) The Committee has collaborating with other professional committees to set up possible cross-education, and to avoid duplication of training.

4) The duration of the proposed training and the step-sharing of training, cf. Section 15 (3). 2 and 4, in the law of vocational training.

5) Which groups of students training will be particularly well-directed.

6) The demarcation of other vocational training courses.

7) The expected internships-and employment opportunities in the fields of employment, the proposed training-are directed towards, based on analyses and forecasts.

8) The projected annual approach to education based on analyses and forecasts.

9) Foreground analysis and forecasts of eligibility requirements, which may form the basis for determining the objectives and content of training.

10) How the proposed training will be able to contribute to the objectives of paragraph 1.

§ 3. The professional committees are in charge within the framework of the law on vocational training and other rules on vocational training in general, including the annual financial laws, the content of rules on education with regard to :

1) the name and the names of the specials and the steps of the training ;

2) duration, including the duration of the second to be the second. part, cf. however, section 12 (2). 1, in the law of vocational training, specialties and steps,

3) structure, including the distribution of school education and training,

4) the level of competence of each training to be met by the student during the transition from the background to school education during the main course of the main course, cf. also paragraph 1. 2,

5) the degree of competence of which the student must meet at the end of the training, including the level of competence for specialities and steps,

6) standardized main course for adults,

7) elementary exemption from school and interning parts, cf. § 66 x, paragraph 1, in the law of vocational training, and

8) final tests.

Paragraph 2. The professional committee may decide that the students of an education during the transition from the basic courses to school education must meet certain requirements for the courses carried out in order to atend their compliance with the requirements required to achieve the requirements of the programme ; the final objectives of training, or in one or more specialties of the training field. The requirements must be able to be met by eux-students. The professional committee may in accordance with paragraph 1. 1, no. 7, determine that the requirements not, or only partially, be met for euv courses in accordance with section 66 y (3). 1, no. Two, in the law of vocational training.

Paragraph 3. The professional committee shall organise training with a talent track as far as possible, of which a significant part and at least 25% are made. of school education in the main cycle takes place at higher levels than those required, cf. the rules concerning the basic levels and presentation standards for educational-specific subjects, including specialties.

Paragraph 4. The professional committees shall be taken into account by the Ministry of Education in the design of the eux-flow rules, cf. Section 4 of the Law of Student Competence in the case of vocational training (eux) and so on, and on the structure of the eux-foremas.

§ 4. The education notice, cf. section 3, supplemented by one or more training schemes to be determined by the professional committee in accordance with a template established by the Ministry of Education and published in an electronic system made available by The Ministry of Education.

Paragraph 2. A training scheme shall reflect the requirements of the skills of the completed skilled workforce. The training schemes must include a clarification of the rules on the objectives, structure and framework of the content of education, including the setting of the basic studies, descriptions of the objectives and framework for training-specific courses in the main ; and indicative training periods for these subjects, the relationship between the basic classes and the other teaching, training and education training and the context of school education, as well as the assessment of students. Facts must be justified in the competence of training courses, including targets for innovative and international competences. For the eux-flow, cf. Section 1 (1). However, paragraph 6 applies to paragraph 6. 5.

Paragraph 3. The training schemes must include training targets for relevant training-specific classes at higher levels than required.

Paragraph 4. For subjects or levels which alone have further training perspectives and therefore are not central to the achievement of the general or professional core competences of the training, it must be stated in the training scheme that students can replace the profession or the level of another from the level of training of education.

Paragraph 5. A training scheme must finally define which subjects, including labour market training, can be chosen as optional specials of the student and the company with an indication of the objectives and other frameworks for the trade. The optional specials must be justified in the competence of training in the competence of training.

Paragraph 6. In the case of the eux-flow, cf. Section 1 (1). 6, the training scheme shall restore the requirements of the procedure laid down in the rules for each training, cf. Section 4 of the Law of Student Competence in the case of vocational training (eux) etc.

Paragraph 7. Before setting or amending the training scheme, the professional committee shall give the individual school approved for the award of the relevant principal, the opportunity to express its opinion on the committee ' s draft education system for inclusion, by the schools ' assessment of the implementation of the training scheme within the economic framework of the training. The hearing period shall be at least four weeks.

Paragraph 8. The Committee shall inform the Ministry of Education, which shall then take a decision on the content of the training scheme in the area concerned, as the professional committee does not comply with.

Niner. 9. A training scheme may not be reviewed at the earliest one year and when the Technical Committee's statement to the Ministry of Education on the need for a review of an education has been in place, cf. § 38, paragraph. 5, in the law on vocational training, may justify the change, cf. however, paragraph 1 9................

Paragraph 10. A training scheme may be reviewed regardless of the provision in paragraph 1. 8, when other authorities make changes to the skills of the final dance.

Paragraph 11. A training scheme must include provisions for schools to set transitional periods for pupils who are in the course of education in the course of the issue of the education system.

Chapter 2

Quality work in education

§ 5. The professional committee responsible for training must follow up the follow-up to the expected quality requirements in education.

Paragraph 4. The professional committee must follow the development of employment and give an opinion on the need for education or training to be made in education.

§ 6. The school must have a quality system for the use of internal continuous quality development and the performance evaluation of the school's schoolshare. The quality system must include procedures for self-assessment and continuous information collection procedures.

§ 7. School procedures for self-evaluation shall ensure that selected areas are made subject to systematic and critical discussions of the school design and implementation of training in order to assess the performance of the school in relation to the school goals and action plans for increased implementation.

Paragraph 2. An annual self-evaluation must be carried out, which includes at least one area relating to the school organisation and implementation of education and training.

Paragraph 3. In the light of the self-evaluation, the school draws up a follow-up plan that provides for amending needs, operational objectives, strategies and timetable for the follow-up. The follow-up plan must be available on the school home page.

Paragraph 4. The Schools follow-up plan must include an action plan to improve the implementation of education. In the action plan, the school must prioritise the application of its methods to increase implementation in relation to the school's elementary school membership, the range of training and special challenges for the school. The action plan must set the school goals for increased implementation and targets for the impact of the methods employed, including a plan for the school's training of trainees with a target for the internship-seeking work. Finally, the action plan must contain a report on the school's results in the previous year. The action plan shall be approved by the Management Board and shall be submitted no later than 1. March to the Ministry of Education in a form that appears to be presented by the Ministry.

Paragraph 5. The school procedure, cf. Section 6 shall ensure that staff and pupils and local training committees are involved in the self-evaluation and in the work on plans for follow-up, necessary and sufficient.

§ 8. The School of Information Collection Procedures must ensure that the school can continuously document its results, including document performance of efforts to improve the performance of students. The documentation must at the same time be included as the basis for the school ' s self-evaluations. The continuous information collection shall be

Paragraph 2. The results of the continuous information collection shall be published for each year at the latest by 1. March the next year on the school website.

Chapter 3

Light and Leadership Qualifications

§ 10. The school must put together its teacher and management group so that the students can achieve the objectives set for the individual education, school service providers and such that there is the necessary pedagogical leadership competence for the present.

Paragraph 2. For high school education, subject to vocational training, other than subject matter, the rules in section 29-31 on qualifications are applicable in the law on training for higher levels of trade (hhx) and higher technical examination (htx) and rules laid down in : pursuant to Article 30 (1) of the law. 5.

§ 11. A teacher must have the following qualifications to be given by the employment :

1) Basic vocational training or other relevant professional training in one or more relevant training areas. The training must, where appropriate, be supplemented by continued or higher education, including training.

2) Relevant and current business experience :

a) Teachers who are to teach direct trade specialists must normally have at least 5 years of professional experience.

b) In the case of other teachers, the professional experience of at least two years is to be used. For these teachers, the school can derogate from the requirement of 2 years ' professional experience in cases where teachers with occupational experience are not available. In such a case, the school of cooperation with the teacher shall organise a course of action to ensure that the teacher achieves appropriate insight into the relevant business areas.

§ 12. The teacher shall acquire the following qualifications if they are not attained at the time of recruitment :

1) A broad general background : not later than three years after the recruitment, the teacher must have competences corresponding to the level of the professional high level of vocational training, including according to the school rating relevant subject at A level. It is the school's responsibility, in collaboration with the teacher, to secure the banks of the general skills.

2) A vocational training teacher training : not later than four years after the recruitment of the teacher, the teacher must have the skills of a pedagogical education at least equal to a successful educational diploma. The training shall commence in general within one year of the postponement.

Paragraph 7. The school needs to draw up a plan for the skills development of the teachers ' group. In consultation with teachers, the school must organise the professional and educational and educational training of teachers and teachers with a view to the necessary renewal and adaptation of the skills of teachers, including with the additional professional experience of the teachers ; Among other things, as a shorter flow of businesses and guidance on pedagogical practice.

Chapter 4

Structure of education

General

Paragraph 5. For the vocational training of adults (euv), section 66 x and section 66 y, paragraph, One, in the law of vocational training. In euv without internship education, school education as a general rule must be organized as a coherent process, cf. however, section 56 (3). FIVE, ONE. Act.

§ 14. An education must include several skills steps, cf. Section 15 (3). Two, in the law of vocational training. § 15. Individual training, cf. School education and training must form a whole for each student and must be suitable to provide the basis for employment and continued training and to meet the duration of admission to the unemployment rate. Individual training according to the basic process should normally last two years, of which school education is 20 to 40 weeks. The training may, in exceptional cases, be extended up to a year of training for one year.

Paragraph 2. An individual education is organised by the school in cooperation with the student and one or more internships. The school shall make non-sensitive information about its individual education available to the public on the Internet and send a link to one of the Ministry of Education, in electronic mail or in a similar manner.

School lessons.

§ 16. The school must make a pedagogical and economically appropriate organisation of school education and can provide training with a local adaptation, which the school developers in cooperation with the local training committee and the practical practicalised trainers. Vocational training for adults (euv) must be organised with a specialized education and pedago that is adapted to adults.

Paragraph 2. As a general rule, the school must set up separate teams for students who, respectively, carry out training as vocational training for young people and training for adults. Paragraph 3. The school determines the subways of the individual school stays. However, the education system for individual training may contain rules relating to subobjectives, where this can be justified in terms of school change or to the context of training training.

Paragraph 4. The school shall distribute the teaching of the school periods during the course of the following :

1) Coherence of education and training, including professional and educational reasons for training, is a link between education and training.

2) The ability of schools to organise education, taking into account the best possible use of school's total resources, and for the pupils to be able to achieve the set objectives.

Paragraph 5. In the case of grownups, where a standardized lead flow has not been established, cf. § 38, paragraph. 3, organizing school education, cf. § 66 x, paragraph Three, in the law of vocational training. Paragraph 6. § 17. The school must carry out teacher-controlled teaching in the eleinage of an average minimum metal of 25 hours per hour per hour. week from August 2015 and 26 hours of clotting hours per hour. Paragraph 3. The school education of the standardized main course of adults must be subject to the subject of the main course of the corresponding vocational training for young people and may include labour market training.

Basic profession

§ 25. Education-specific subjects

§ 29. Education-specific courses include practical and theoretical teaching, aimed at giving specific professional competence.

Paragraph 2. § 31. The professional committees shall cooperate in the application of labour market training as optional specials with the training committees established under the law on labour market training and so on.

Paragraph 2. The Technical Committee shall inform the post-education committees on the Education Ministry's options for rules on training, including the optional specials and the meritarial professions.

Elections

§ 32. The school shall allow the students to select courses in the course of at least three of the following professional groups, of which the aid must be the following :

1) Supporting subjects supporting the student's book-keeping or practical learning.

2) Bonuses subjects that give students the opportunity to prolong themselves in special professional and professional issues.

3) Basic subject, cf. the announcement of the vocational training and vocational training courses.

4) Commercial level 3 on level 2, cf. the announcement of the vocational training and vocational training courses.

§ 33. In the course of the major courses of education, the school studies, which studies it offers the student. The school must, however, always offer lessons in at least one foreign language in addition to English as well as education in the establishment of self-employed activities, including innovation.

Paragraph 2. If the school is not a sufficient student basis for the establishment of the tendering course, the school must refer the student to another training institution which can conduct the teaching.

Paragraph 3. The school must offer choice and offer classes and levels of importance for further education and for access to higher education, as well as theoretical, practical and creative elective, complementary to the vocational and general education ; for pupils who want to deepen more special topics in their education or who want greater width.

Paragraph 4. In the course of the electoral profession subject to other training courses or in individual professional schemes, the school must follow the rules laid down for the teaching, including the rules on qualifications.

Paragraph 5. The majoring that school offers students must be shown in the school's local curriculature. The assessment and assessment basis shall also be indicated in the school's local training schedule.

Performance Defaults

§ 34. In the descriptions of training-specific classes in training schemes for the individual training, the professional committees shall apply the following performance standards :

1) Rookie level. The student can perform a task and perform an activity in a known situation or from a known problem position or perform a more complicated activity under guidance. 3) Advanced level. The student can assess a problem, plan, resolve, and carry out a task or activity or resolve a problem also in non-routine situations-on its own or in cooperation with others-in the interest of the task. At this level, the emphasis is placed on the personal responsibility to take independent responsibility and demonstrate the initiative and the competence to formulate and resolve professional and social tasks and problems. Further emphasis is placed on quality and creativity.

Paragraph 2. Fag described at advanced level can be described with the following additional performance standard that is optional for the students : Experts level. The student can resolve complex work tasks and can argue for selected solutions of issues that are supposed to be in trouble. The ability to use already acquired skills in a new context is placed on the ability to work with an overview and participate in the innovative processes of the workplace. At this level, the emphasis placed on the personal competence to plan, organise, perform and evaluate the work processes in such a way as to ensure that the quality of the process and the result is ensured. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on the fact that the student can assess and justify the need for improvements to work processes, as well as the fact that the student can communicate its professional expertise in all the relevant contexts.

Paragraph 3. The professional committees must, as far as possible, describe the selections of optional performance levels in addition to the mandatory nature.

Paragraph 4. Performance standards shall be omitted for optional training-specific studies selected in the form of occupational training, or where the level is determined by that the instruction must meet requirements for certification or similar.

Higher levels and talent tracks

$35. The school may offer, where appropriate, in cooperation with other schools and institutions at all levels of all the professions in the tender training.

§ 36. The school may, where appropriate, be offered in cooperation with other schools and institutions in all education, where the professional committee has decided that training must be able to be organised in this way, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. 3.

Paragraph 2. The school provides for intensive training in relevant professional skills in preparation for competitions, outside the general education time.

Rebuild

§ 37. The purpose of the student structure of the study is that the student should be able to supplement the professional competence with whole or partial study competence, cf. however, section 1 (1). 6. The student must be able to choose the courses of study used (general basic, business school classes and special classes at the high school level, cf. § 38. The professional committee shall issue a recommendation on rules giving the student the right to rewrite (exemption) for parts of training on the basis of already obtained qualifications, both in relation to training and school education.

Paragraph 2. Recommendation for rules pursuant to paragraph 1. 1 shall include vocational training for adults (euv), cf. Chapter 7 of the law on vocational training, and may include in particular organised training courses for other groups of pupils.

Paragraph 3. The setting of rules on euv must include :

1) what is relevant business experience which must result in a complete or partial acceptance of the basic process of training or whole or partial revaluation of training training in the general process and the extent of this rewriting ;

2) the prior instruction, which shall entail a partial rewriting of vocational training, and the amount of this rewriting, and

3) the content of the standardized main course of adults, cf. section 24 (2). Two and three.

Paragraph 4. These rules must, as far as possible, be taken into account in the past education and employment of students, cf. $59.

Additional training courses

§ 39. Supplementary training under Section 16 of the Act on vocational training shall be established in accordance with the rules relating to the training in question. If nothing else is provided for in these rules, a supplementary course, including where appropriate, may be subject to paragraph 1. 2 not more than 20 weeks and has the purpose of the student, together with prior training or employment, to obtain qualifications corresponding to the basic conditions of education in training. The rates may, by the rules on training, be covered by a training agreement.

Paragraph 2. The additional courses may cover the course of up to two weeks, which are intended to assess the practical and theoretical qualifications of the pupils for the purposes of the school or professional committee's decision on the type-writing of the professional body in question.

Paragraph 3. Supplementing modules after section 66 y, paragraph 1, no. 1, in the law of vocational training, is created by the school when there is a need.

Practic-education

§ 40. Training shall follow the objectives and the areas of workspaces set out in the rules concerning the individual training, cf. also section 77.

Paragraph 2. The training scheme for each education shall include details of the interaction between school and trainee activities, including the use of the personal training plan and training book.

Final samples

§ 41. A training shall be concluded with a test (final test) if this is followed by the rules on individual training. The final test may form part of the school part during the last period of school education. The final test may also take place after the school period as a Swede test, held by the professional committee.

Paragraph 2. The final test shall take place before the end of the contract period. Without prejudice to the rules relating to the training in question, a final test shall not be less than three months, but in exceptional cases, until six months, before the end of the contract period.

§ 42. The samples must be taken together to ensure the purpose of training and shall ensure that an individual assessment of the examinations can be made.

Paragraph 2. Final tests, including Swedes, which are carried out during school education, are following the rules concerning tests and exams in vocational training courses.

Paragraph 3. For the examination of the study (eux) test (eux), cf. Paragraph 1 (1). 6, the rules shall apply in section 33 a (a). Four, in the law of vocational training.

§ 43. Provisions relating to the Swedes to be held by the professional committee shall be laid down in the rules relating to the individual training.

b) Mundly.

c) Practical.

d) Combinations of points (a-c.

Paragraph 3. The test may be based on the basis, flow and response of the professional committee by electronic means, on the basis of the basis of the trade union and its own.

Paragraph 4. The rules shall also contain the following :

1) Rules on the appointment of the Technical Committee's designation of actors (censors).

Paragraph 5. If a different character scale is used other than the applicable scale, the rules must include description of the selected character scale. If this is a number scale, specify criteria for each value in the scale that must not be confused with the general scale. The final assessment of the sample must be expressed in either a single or a verbal designation.

Paragraph 6. The professional committee may, within the framework of the rules on training, lay down detailed guidelines for the Swedish samples, including rules on payment, cf. Section 33 (4). Four, in the law of vocational training.

Paragraph 7. The professional committee shall ensure that students, schools and trainees are aware of the guidelines drawn up by the professional committee.

Paragraph 8. In the case of the Swedish Committee, the professional committee shall submit, within six weeks of the examination, the professional committee to submit a report on the grades achieved to the school.

Chapter 5

Access Restriction

§ 44. Where access restrictions have been established for an education, cf. Section 9 (1). 1, in the law of vocational training and the rules on individual education, only access to the second level of the primary is accessible. part of students having an education agreement, which also includes this, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. ONE, FOUR. pkt., and § 66 y, which is registered at the school, in the calendar year that is 2 years ahead of the year in which the students are to be recorded. The number of the resulting number will be rounded to the nearest whole number.

Paragraph 4. The Ministry of Education shall enlist a possible restriction and basis of calculation in June for the following calendar year.

Paragraph 5. If there are more applicants without a training agreement than those referred to in paragraph 1. 3 can commentdate the second of the second. a section shall take the school where the instruction is to be implemented, a decision on which may commendate the 2nd of the founding of the founding. Paragraph 7. Chapter 6

Local curriculars, etc., and ordinal rules

§ 45. The school curriculus will be established by the school in cooperation with the local training committee. Education plans shall be drawn up for the initial stages and the main course of action. The viewing plan shall be the school documentation of the teaching and must be completed before the beginning of the school optention. The students must be made aware of the curriculum, and it must be available on the school website.

Paragraph 2. It is the responsibility of the school, in cooperation with the local training committee, to monitor the need for renewal of the training plan and to carry out the necessary review.

Paragraph 3. The local training schedule must include the school's possible supply of eux-flows, cf. Section 1 (1). 6.

§ 46. The local training schedule must include description of the following :

1) The more detailed structure of school education and the exchange rate between school education and training.

2) The educational, dilactic and methodical basis for the execution of the notification, including the choice of subdisplay and working methods, and the system for the use of methods and strategy for the promotion of educational differentiation.

3) The content of the classes and learning activities to which the school has divided the teaching classes. It must appear in the description, which objectives or subobjectives are included in the learning activity.

4) The schools ' offer of the election and the building, and guidelines for the school's guidance on this.

5) The student ' s working hours for learning activities, including projects and so on, as well as the home work of the student, so that the requirements of section 17 and section 61 (2) are clearly stated. Two is fulfilled.

6) The assessment plan of the school, including examinations and assessment bases for tests, and how and when the current and final assessment is carried out.

7) Apprenticeability, resources and equipment, where the rules for training are specific requirements for this purpose.

8) The content of school internship and the practice assessment of students in school trainees.

9) Transitional arrangements for the modification of the local training schedule.

Paragraph 2. In addition, the local training schedule must contain or refer to the following :

1) Criteria for the school evaluation of the skills and conditions of the students in drawing up the student's personal education plan and training book.

2) Description of the school's procedure for assessing student fitness for schoolwork, cf. § 111.

3) The criteria and procedures of the school in the admission of students in education with access restrictions.

4) The school rules for examination, which the school sets out in accordance with the announcement of tests and exams in professional training.

5) Description of the organisation of the school's cooperation with the professional committee, the internship and the student on the holding of samples and the issue of certificates.

Paragraph 3. The local training schedule may be available to full extent in the 'Student Plan'. If the school takes advantage of this option, the school website must be a link to this, cf. the rules laid down in the legislation on transparency and openness in education and so on ;

§ 47. The school has to set the order rules for students in school vocational training. The school must inform the students of the laws of the law no later than the beginning of the notification. The school will also inform the local training committee of the rules.

Paragraph 2. The rules of order shall include the following :

1) Rules on the students ' mandible and presence.

2) Rules for the absence and of the absence of registration of absence, including on the absence of the absence, have been legal for legal reasons.

3) Rules on the students ' home work and task delivery.

4) Rules on the participation of students in project work or similar work, if necessary outside the school, and the school registration of this.

Paragraph 3. The school must record the absence of student absence, including on the absence of a legal basis. The school shall notify the possible trainee for the registration at the latest by the end of the school year end. The school must be kept in possession of an overview of the overall absence of each student.

Chapter 7

Remediation of traineeships

§ 48. Schools must establish appropriate cooperation among themselves and with the specialist committees on the dissemination of trainees for internships that have not even been able to obtain an internship themselves.

Paragraph 2. The Schools and the professional committees shall cooperate on the maintenance of www.praktikpladsen.dk, cf. notice of the processing of the professional committee's handling of approval cases.

§ 49. The Schools are required to provide the medical records and the lighting of the medical plains situation as appropriate for :

1) internship-seeking, their educational background and desire for training, geographical distribution and other relevant information relating to the plainly-seeking,

2) approved trainee places, their educational capabilities, geographical distribution and other relevant information ; and

3) internships in establishments which are not approved but may be considered to satisfy the conditions for whole or partial approval. The information shall be obtained in cooperation with the professional committees or the local training committees if they are authorised to do so by the Technical Committee.

$50. The schools must cooperate with the professional committees, local training committees, local councils, regional social councils and other relevant collaborators to work for the purpose of obtaining trainees. The Schools can agree a division of labour with the cooperation partners.

Paragraph 2. The work of schools can be carried out through company visits, information on the qualifications and training of trainees, informational meetings, as well as other systematic efforts.

Paragraph 3. The work of the work must include both approved and non-approved establishments. For the non-approved establishments, the work on the participation of local training committees shall also examine the possibility of obtaining the professional committee's approval of the undertaking as an internship and the possibilities for subsequent action. training agreements including combinations agreements, etc.

Paragraph 4. The professional committees shall conduct a business undertaking, cf. § 43, paragraph. Two, in the law of vocational training. The establishment shall comprise both approved and non-approved establishments within the Committee ' s territory. The Committee on Industry will guide companies on the various options for the conclusion of training agreements. The professional committees shall contact the approved establishments at appropriate intervals to ensure the best possible use of the company's potential as an internship.

TITLE II

Student training program and so on

Chapter 8

Inclusion of students at school

§ 51. In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 17 and 18 of the rules, they shall be accepted in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation.

Paragraph 2. § 53. The school shall normally notify the applicant within 4 weeks of receipt of the application and no later than four weeks before the start of the notification. Notification of the admission of candidates from primary school and 10. class shall also follow the rules in the notification of training option, training plans and procedures for the choice of youth education.

§ 54. An applicant which does not meet the requirement of a character average of at least 2,0 in Danish and Math, at 9. -or 10. -class samples or have documented a corresponding result at a corresponding test, must take part in a centrally submitted test and a conversation with the school, cf. § § 5 a-c in the law of vocational training.

Paragraph 2. The samples are written shall have a duration of two hours and shall be judged / not passed.

2) General knowledge of expectations and requirements to implement vocational training.

3) Independence and accountability, including whether the applicant can take the initiative for task solutions.

6) Respect, including understanding of other people.

Chapter 9

Training of the student

Personal training plan, etc.

§ 56. The school draws up with the student and a possible internship at the start of the basic process a personal education plan for the student. Paragraph 2. In the case of students wishing for the opportunity to be included in school trainees, the plan must include 3 training to be used.

Paragraph 3. In order to use the education plan for young people, the school of competence should have carried out an assessment of the pupils ' pupils in general within two weeks from commencement of teaching. This assessment shall include a specific description of the elements of the pupils in relation to the main requested professional direction (1. part), respectively, training (2). part), including a possible need for special support, cf. § 58. The assessment shall be carried out on the basis of elevens ' s prior school education, training or employment. The assessment must also give the student a clear understanding of its own requirements and needs, and the aim is that the training course for which the student selects begins at the right entry level without a double degree. The assessment shall form part of the preparation of the training schedule in respect of decisions on the content of the basic content and the possible revaluation of elements of the basic process.

Paragraph 4. As a basis for education for young people, school should give guidance to training opportunities and the demands made in education, so that the student can make a realistic choice of education, levels and the choice of education. The school must also guide the pupil about the possibility of replacing a profession or a level in a subject according to rules laid down in the education system, cf. Section 4 (4). 4.

Paragraph 5. For students in vocational training for adults (euv), the school in cooperation with the student and a possible employer shall establish a personal training plan on the basis of a competence assessment, cf. § 66 v, paragraph. 2 and 3, and section 66 y in the law of vocational training. The school guile shall, where necessary, the student and his / her possible employer on the skills assessment. Competent assessment is made up of

1) a policy-bound assessment of the theoretical and practical competences of the applicant in the application of rules to training in general and rules for the individual training of exemption from school and trainees as a result of training and education ; professional experience and

2) a discretionary assessment of the applicant ' s additional theoretical skills in the field of education.

Paragraph 6. The school shall decide on the overall truncation of the students ' training courses on the basis of the evaluation referred to in paragraph 1. 5, no. 1, including the selection of training courses, cf. § 66 y, paragraph. One, in the law of vocational training. The school shall also decide on the possibility of further acceptance of school education on the basis of the evaluation referred to in paragraph 1. 5, no. 2, set out in relation to the training objectives of the main flow, cf. However, section 59 (5), 6. The professional committee shall decide on any further shortening of training in the light of the applicant ' s professional experience in addition to the professional experience referred to in paragraph 1. 5, no. 1, referred to.

Paragraph 7. Euv-students receive documentation of the skills that the school has recognised, cf. paragraph 6. For the documentation, it shall show the training documentation and the basis for the assessment. If the school does not fully respond to requests for recognition of competences, the school grounds must justify its decision on this. A whole or partial negative decision cannot be taken without the fact that the school prior has given the applicant the opportunity to express its opinion on the facts on which the decision is taken.

Paragraph 8. When the school receives a training agreement, the school takes the initiative to draw up a personal education plan or update of the existing training plan. The school shall submit proposals to the training plan or updated training plan for the Parties.

Niner. 9. If the student has a current training schedule in accordance with the law on training and occupation, as well as the duty of training, employment, etc., the starting point shall be taken in this.

Paragraph 10. Schools using the elevadeministration system EASY must use 'Student Plan' for the creation and updating of the student ' s personal education plan.

§ 57. The education plan must provide for young people with information on the training the student plans to implement, including :

1) the representation of the student of his personal purpose in the course of training,

2) the student must implement the student ;

3) the student training student must complete, cf. paragraph 3 and 5,

4) selection of specialty, cf. paragraph 3,

5) information on the pupils ' choice of talent track, cf. § 36, building, cf. section 24 (2). 2, in the law of vocational training, and the choice of education leading to the study of study (eux), cf. Section 33 a in the law of vocational training,

6) information on any individual training provided in, cf. Section 15 (3) of the law. 3. The information shall include the description of the objectives and other frameworks for student education and training and training and training ;

7) information on possible courses of action.

Paragraph 2. In addition, the training schedule shall also include information on :

1) the duration of the initial duration, the beginning and completion of the initial,

2) the target of the pupils for the ground, including the teaching of students or educational purposes,

3) the training student has enrolled, including any project work ;

4) they try the pupil participate in,

5) the student plans for the student application, if the student has no education and training agreement ; and

6) information on the alternative choice of school education, if the student cannot continue in the main course of training.

Paragraph 3. In the case of students with training, the internship must :

1) together with the student, prepare a plan for training training in the establishment in accordance with the rules on training and

2) participate in the selection of specialties in accordance with the rules on training.

Paragraph 4. For students of new master lessons, cf. Section 13 (1). 3, the school shall guide the parties on the training process and contribute to the preparation of the training plan as far as possible prior to the training agreement. The school must ensure that the rules on training are not an obstacle to the way in which education can be started with basic practical training. The training plan shall include the following :

1) The beginning and end times of the basic practical training, cf. § 63, paragraph One and two.

2) Information on what main course of action and, where appropriate, specialised training must provide access to, and information on which occupational, general and personal skills, the student must obtain prior to the beginning of the instruction in the general process.

3) Information on the school education that the student may carry out in addition to the practicalisation of the practicatenable training, cf. § 63, paragraph 3.

4) The plan for contact between school and trainee and the ongoing assessment of the student and the participation of the school in this, cf. § 63, paragraph 4.

5) The time, location and course of the final assessment of the pupil in the process, cf. § 63, paragraph 5.

6) Any instruction from the corresponding base flow, as defined in the main course, cf. § 66, paragraph. 5.

Paragraph 5. For students in school practice, the education plan must contain the provisions set out in paragraph 1. 2, no. The information and information referred to in paragraph 5, incidentally, are relevant to school education training, including the training training programme.

Paragraph 6. For euphoric students, the school in the personal training plan, which is theoretical and practical, that the school has recognised, the information necessary for the training process, cf. paragraph 1-5, and the training program that the student must complete, cf. § 66 y, paragraph. One, in the law of vocational training. Paragraph 7. The school shall take into account the position of the training, where appropriate, for additional training, cf. § 51, paragraph. One, in the law of vocational training and section 64.

§ 58 The school shall make contact teachers and mentors available to the students who need support and guidance from such contacts in order to be able to carry out an educational course of action. The school provides a framework for the activities of the contacts and mentorates.

Paragraph 2. The school must ensure that the students who need it are offered social, personal or psychological advice. The school sets the framework for this advice.

Paragraph 3. For students who need strengthened curriculars to complete the course of training, school must offer support and guidance for professional reading. The school provides a framework for this reading guidance, including a framework for a coordinating curator conductor.

Paragraph 4. The school can work together with other schools and authorities on the tasks provided for in paragraph 1. 1-3.

Paragraph 5. Training and business guidance included in the school hold operations shall be carried out by road managers who have carried out the three mandatory modules and an appropriate choice module at diploma in training and vocational guidance, professional understudy in public administration with student registration in training and vocational guidance or master training in the guidance, cf. however, paragraph 1 Six and seven.

Paragraph 6. Guidance may also be carried out by the following :

1) Persons who have at least 5 years of professional experience as a mentor and have carried out one of the following earlier road management training :

a) School and / or youth guidance training (Denmark ' s Teacher ' s Teachers ' High School, and others).

b) Vokseneld leadership training (Denmark's teacher high school, Denmark's Training School teacher training and others).

c) Education and the vocational guidance counselor (formerly referred to as the teaching guide) (formerly referred to as the Danish Industry Appeal Guide) (Denmark ' s Commer-Dagogical Learning Training).

d) Student guidance counselor for student counselors at high school, high school guidance and adult education centers (Ministry of Education).

(e) Basic training for educational guides in general adult education (Ministry of Education).

(f) Student guidance training at higher education, basic training and 4 modules (Education Ministry).

2) Persons who have at least 3 years of professional experience as a guide and before 1. August 2008 has completed the three basic modules of diplomas in education and business guidance.

3) People who are documenting a similar roadside skill level for a real-ability assessment.

Paragraph 7. The school may derogate from the training requirements set out in paragraph 1. 5 and 6 for already employed road managers. The school may also derogate from the requirements when it is not possible to employ road managers who meet the requirements. The school must have a plan for when all road leaders can meet the training requirements set out in paragraph 1. Five and six.

Rewriting

$59. In determining the teaching student, the student must have approved what the student has diplomas or other evidence for and the actual skills of the student body, by the way. The school shall decide on the exemption for parts of the training on the basis of a good writing after paragraph 1. Moreover, according to the rules on individual training and other rules on the rewriting of individual training and other regulations. The professional committee may shorten the training period, cf. Section 57 of the law of vocational training.

Paragraph 2. A pupil who has completed a part of an education or, in any case, to be able to obtain written training requirements on the basis of the actual or formal competences of the student may rise to an education or a skill-giving step on the basis of training or skills ; an individual assessment of the skills of the pupils. The professional committee shall determine the duration of training training.

Paragraph 3. If rewriting is made on the basis of education or employment which does not fully correspond to the content of a teaching profession for which the student is exempted, the school may require that the pupil participate in the training course required to reach the appropriate level ; the target of education.

Paragraph 4. The school shall offer the student education at higher-level or other relevant training, rather than the teaching of the student, as defined in the case of the student. however, paragraph 1 6.

Paragraph 5. The school can be exemped from the fact that the student is in the second way acquires knowledge that is assessed by the school necessary to achieve the objectives set for the teaching.

Paragraph 6. In cases where school takes the examination of truncation of school education by more than four weeks for students with a training agreement, the school, if not otherwise provided for in the rules on training, shall inform the professional committee concerned.

Training book

§ 60. The school supplies the student with an education book at the beginning of school education. The training book shall contain the following :

1) They issued headlines and other evidence of teaching, the student has completed.

2) The internships that the internship has issued.

3) Student training schedule.

4) Other information that is relevant to the education of the student, cf. also paragraph 1. 2-4.

Paragraph 2. The school must ensure that the training book also includes the rules on training, including the rules on the suitability of school practice.

Paragraph 3. The student has a copy of any contract of education and training, if any, and any additions to this training book. In addition, the student evicts evidence and other evidence of the already completed part of the compulsory training in the form of grounddrainage evidence, school guidance and the practice of trainees. The student determines whether evidence of training that is not compulsory in vocational training should be included in the training book. These documents may replace those parts of the training schedule as the education plan is implemented.

Paragraph 4. The student shall insert any information and documentation concerning the internship abroad, cf. § 5 c (3) (c) Two, in the law of vocational training.

Paragraph 5. The education ledger is the pupil's own, and the student has a duty to maintain the training book with the issue of evidence and any revisions of the education plan. The school has a duty to follow up on this and possibly assist the student. The student must inform the internship of the content of the training book.

Paragraph 6. The training book and the evidence and other documentation included in the training book must not contain information about the absence or information relating to social conditions or other sensitive personal information about the student.

Paragraph 7. The training book can be, in whole or in part, available electronically in the 'Student Plan'.

Chapter 10

School lessons.

General

§ 61. The teaching must, through training differentiation, take into account the professional and personal preconditions of each student, in order to learn and have to be practices-related, so as to strengthen the ability of students to link theory and practice. In the course of a training course, the student must face up to various teaching and working forms, including those aimed at promoting the desire and the ability to continue learning in a lifetime of perspective.

Paragraph 2. School education is carried out for the individual pupils, as full-time teaching, and the work of the student must be of a degree similar to working time for a full-time job in the labour market.

Paragraph 3. The school shall involve the students in the organization of the teaching, including the selection of specific content, in accordance with the student ' s personal education plan.

Basic course and basic practical training (new master teachin)

§ 62. The school shall set out in the local training schedule how the basic curriculls are organized, cf. § 46.

Paragraph 2. The class of the first order of the primary. the student must be introduced into one or more training courses to be made available to the student. Without education, students are challenged throughout their constitutions through the course of their choice through the practice of testing and skills-building and how the student is informed about and meeting other relevant training areas.

§ 63. The basic practical training (new master teachus), cf. Section 13 (1). 3, including any school education, usually last 1 year taken from the initial time of the training agreement and up to the skills assessment, cf. paragraph 4.

Paragraph 2. The practical training, cf. paragraph 1, shall contribute to the participation of the trainee for professional, general and personal skills, which, in accordance with the rules on training, are necessary in order to be able to begin training in the main course of the training period concerned. In the course of support of the practical training, the course of action may be taken from the 2 of the corresponding base foruneration. Part. In addition, tuition shall be taken from the 2nd of the corresponding base. part that serves to comply with regulatory requirements for the student to perform specific work tasks during training, if the undertaking does not in any other way ensure that the student has the corresponding training, cf. also paragraph 1. Paragraph 3. The school will be taught to guide the company and the student as needed, as well as contribute to the ongoing assessment of the student. If this assessment gives rise to this, the school must contribute to the review of the education plan, cf. § 56, paragraph. 1, and provide any training necessary for the student to atone for the objectives of the basic practical training provided for in the training schedule.

Paragraph 4. The school is performing in the new master's, along with the internship skills evaluation of the student at the end of the process. The availability of the pupils shall be tested if the student has obtained the skills required, cf. paragraph 2. When the assessment is used, the terms ' approved ' or ' not approved ` shall be used.

Paragraph 5. As part of the skills assessment, cf. paragraph 4, the student resolves a practical task, drawn up by the internship and the school together. The practical task is based on the basic practical training, cf. paragraph 2. The task is resolved as far as possible within the company, but may be resolved at school by agreement between pupil, company and school.

Paragraph 6. The one in paragraph 1. 5 the said task, following an agreement between pupil, the company and the school concerned, shall be replaced by the test referred to in section 22.

§ 64. In the course of the training that the student achieves all the competence targets to be met by the student in the transition from the main course to the main course, the school must offer guidance, cf. § 56, paragraph. 4, as well as guidance on internship opportunities, relevant training opportunities and mobility-enhancing benefits, as well as the orientation of legal relations between pupils and trainees and the conditions for accession to school practice.

Paragraph 2. For guidance on other training areas, the school with other authorities, etc., administers appropriate guidance systems.

§ 65. Once the groundwork is finished, the school will issue a piece of evidence.

Paragraph 2. A certificate of progress must include information on the level of competence which the student has obtained, indicating the standpoint or test marks. The proof must include information on which the student may be able to continue at the time of the issue of the evidence.

Paragraph 3. If the student at the end of the groundwork does not meet the conditions in which to proceed in the course of the main course of the student ' s personal education plan, or the student terminals the groundwork, the school issues a declaration of information on : the course of the training and any tests carried out, cf. paragraph 2. The student has the right to any evidence of a single subject, if there is a basis for it.

Paragraph 4. When a foundler 2. part of students with a training agreement is divided into several periods of school, the school provides school guidance to the student after the completion of the individual period of school.

Paragraph 5. For students who have conducted basic practical training, cf. Section 13 (1). 3, issue the school after the skills assessment, cf. § 63, paragraph 4 and 5, proof of implementation of the progress whose pupils have obtained the term ' approved `. Paragraph 6. If proof of paragraph 1 5 cannot be issued, the general rules for the issue of school guidance shall be subject to the issue of guidance, cf. Article 79, as part of the review of the student ' s personal education plan in consultation between school, pupil and company shall be determined how the student can reach the goals of 1. The instruction in the main cycle

§ 66. The school shall perform the instruction in accordance with the rules for each training, cf. however, paragraph 1 6. School education must be organized in exchange training, with the emphasis on strengthening the pupils ' ability to link theory and practice.

Paragraph 2. An optional specialty is chosen by the student and trainees during training courses in the framework of the rules on training. The choice shall be made within one of the classes laid down for the elections or, where appropriate, re-election after the rules on training. The choice or re-election must take place within the first year of the student ' s training course according to the background, if not otherwise provided in the education system. The time limit may be devised for students in school practice. The Elevens ' choice of specials and talent must be shown in the student's personal education plan.

Paragraph 3. The school may offer in cooperation with other schools and institutions the specials that are tied to specialities in education. In addition, the school provides optional specials that are associated with the training, to the extent that a general election basis is guaranteed by a student and company.

Paragraph 4. The school must give the student and the company the opportunity to select an optional specialty in other schools or institutions.

Paragraph 5. In the case of pupils where the basic process has been replaced in whole or in part, to basic practical training (new master teachin), the teaching of the main course includes education, as provided for in the proof of the implementation of the new master study, cf. Section 65 (2). 5 have moved from the corresponding base flow to the main flow. This training shall, as far as possible, be carried out as part of the eleventional schooling of elevens in the main.

Paragraph 6. For students who receive school lessons in accordance with the rules in section 66 e, in the law on vocational training, the school may derogate from the rules on the training of each person in relation to the relationship between school education and training.

Chapter 11

Elevens participation in school education

§ 67. The students must participate in the school education of each vocational education and training, in accordance with the rules on training and the student's personal education plan.

Paragraph 2. The students have to follow the school's ordinal rules, cf. § 47.

§ 68. The students may be absent from the teaching of sickness and on other legal grounds that have been documented on the basis of the school's detailed guidelines for this.

Paragraph 2. The school may grant a short-term education in special cases, if the school estimates that the student can reach the goal of education. For students with the training agreement, the decision is taken after negotiation with the internship.

§ 69. The school can rule out a student from continuing education, cf. § 50, paragraph. One, in the law of vocational training.

Paragraph 2. A student can only be excluded from continuing training, when less far-reaching measures, cf. paragraph 3, and § 58, no attempt has been made. In addition, for pupils with training, the school must also follow the procedure following Article 74 (2). Two and three.

Paragraph 3. The school decides on the nature and degree of neglect or disciplinary offences, which measures should be taken to avoid the exclusion of the student, including the measures referred to in section 58, chats, warnings, temporary discharge, call for residency, transfer to secondary school and combinations thereof. The school must record the measures applied to each student.

Paragraph 4. If the exclusion grounds are only for optional additional training, the exclusion can only be extended to this.

§ 70. If a student has been guilty of a special offence, it must be assumed that, as a result, a decision on the exclusion of continuing education will be allowed to be returned without prior notice, until finally, decision of the exclusion question.

§ 71. When a student has neglected all the teaching for a long time, and the school in vain has made a reasonable effort to get into contact with the student, the school can consider the student to be enrolled. However, the school must, before contacting the student's activities, contact the student's activities and include it in its deliberations. The school must notify the internship and seek to give the student notification of the enrollment of ordinary and registered letters.

§ 72. In the case of students who are subject to custody, any written messages shall be sent to the holder of the parental authority with a copy to the student.

§ 73. The school can summon students to a new school retreat during sickness or in other absence.

Paragraph 2. For students who have completed a new school-stay, the training period may be extended, cf. sections 58 and 59 of the law on vocational training.

Paragraph 3. The school can return the student and to call the student to a new school trip, the student of which has been absent from teaching to such a degree that the student has not received a satisfactory return on the teaching.

§ 74. When school rules out a student from continuing education, the school of the student and any holder of the parental authority shall indicate in writing to the actual facts of the decision based on the basis and the information on which the actual relationship is based ; the rules of appeal. With regard to these decisions, the rules on the grounds, partying and the use of complaints shall apply mutatis muchas;

Paragraph 2. In the case of students with a training agreement, decisions on exclusion from continued training, temporary discharge, call for residency or transfer to another school can only be taken after negotiation with the internship.

Paragraph 3. The school shall inform the establishment of the decisions referred to in paragraph 1. 2, as well as on written warnings, in so far as these relate to conditions that have an impact on the ability of the student to complete the training cycle.

§ 75. A student is excluded from continuing training, when the school has given written notice to the student and to possible holders of parental responsibility.

SECTION 76. In the case of exclusion from continuing education, any training agreement may be suspended, cf. Section 62 of the law on vocational training. The training agreement does not lapus when the student is temporarily repatriation to the company.

Chapter 12

Practic-education

§ 77. The internship must, in accordance with the rules on individual training and on the basis of the training scheme for each master process, so that it leads to education and training to enable the student to reach the goal of education. The company must conduct training in an active interaction with the school. The company provides a plan for trainee training in the company, taking into account the nature and production of the establishment. The company shall cooperate in cooperation with the school by determining the student ' s personal training plan in accordance with the rules on this subject.

Paragraph 2. During the initial internship, the company sets the student into the work tasks that occur during training. The student must ensure security in working with relevant working tasks under instructions.

Paragraph 3. In the periods following a period of schooling, training and training must be complementary to each other in a suitable manner, in accordance with the provisions laid down in the training scheme ; for the individual main course.

Paragraph 4. The company must, as far as possible, organize the training in the company so that work is worked on by increasing level of difficulty and complexity, so that the student at the end of the last internship achieves a level corresponding to the requirements that are being made ; a certified graduate.

Paragraph 5. The company must tightense the need and understanding that environmental requirements, hygiene requirements and rules relating to personal security and safety in relation to equipment, etc. are respected and that the provisions of the working environment legislation are complied with.

Paragraph 6. The rules on the practice of practising the practice of practising training are applicable to the school, when training is carried out as a schoolteacher.

Chapter 13

Judgment, certificates, etc.

Assessment

§ 78. The school makes an ongoing assessment of the performance of the student's performance throughout the student's education. The assessment shall be made in accordance with the assessment plan of the school, cf. § 46, paragraph. 1, no. 6. The objective of the ongoing assessment is to guide the student and provide the basis for the issuance of school guidance.

Paragraph 2. The final assessment of the school shall be carried out when the said subdividing parts have been completed. Final assessment shall be carried out in relation to the objectives laid down in the rules governing training. In the final assessment, a final character shall be determined that may be a standpoint character or an examination or test character. The standpoint peritator shall express the position of the student in relation to the stated objectives of the teaching at the time of the nature of the report. In the case of the examination, the examination and examination of the vocational training courses shall be applied. Final samples shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of section 41 and 42. When the test is taken, the test character shall replace the corresponding standpoint percepter and shall be part of any average calculations. 6. Act. does not apply to the basins test.

Paragraph 3. At the end of the notification, the standpoint characteristics shall be communicated to the student before the pupils ' participation in samples in the profession. If a subject is not completed during the period of end of the term, an assessment shall be given. The assessment may be of a subcharacter.

Paragraph 4. Publication of character scale and other assessment shall apply to the nature of the report.

Paragraph 5. For the examination of the study (eux) test (eux), cf. Section 1 (1). 6, section 7 (4). 3, in the field of study qualifications in the case of vocational training (eux) and so on and rules laid down pursuant to this.

School guide

§ 79. The school shall issue a guidance to the student and the internship (school guidance) after the end of a school stay, if proof of access to basic courses or school proof cannot be issued, cf. however, paragraph 1 3. The school guide forms the basis for any revision of the student ' s education plan.

Paragraph 2. The school guide is designed in cooperation with the student. In the school guide, the position of the student is expressed in the form of characters in relation to the specified objectives at the end of school-year training, according to the school curriculum. For students in individual training, cf. Section 15 (3). However, 3, in the law of vocational training, the position of the pupils shall be expressed in relation to the objectives laid down in the student ' s personal education plan.

Paragraph 3. The school guide shall state the school ' s assessment of the possible needs of student education and for supplementary training in the internship.

Paragraph 4. The school guide may also contain other information that is relevant to the cooperation between the school, the student and the internship, if this is set out in the local training schedule.

Paragraph 5. The guidance instructions shall include the necessary information for the identification of pupils, school, training, speciality and school period.

Practice Declaration

$80. At the end of an internship period prior to a term of schooling, the internship is issuing an internship declaration. The internage declaration is issued to the student and to the school.

Paragraph 2. The training declaration shall be made by the undertaking in cooperation with the student and must include information on which areas of work and the functions of the student have been involved in the establishment, whether the student has reached the objectives of the internship and the indication of : the undertaking ' s assessment of any special needs in the field of subsequent school education and training.

Paragraph 3. The professional committee shall prepare forms for the use of the training declarations. The school delivers the forms to the company.

Paragraph 4. The training must include the necessary information for the identification of pupil, company, internship, training and specialised training.

Paragraph 5. At the end of an internship period, the school practice is issued by the school.

Scholeproof, etc.

§ 81. In the case of the school-scholading school education, including final test in school education, the school shall issue an overall certificate (school certificate) for school education. The school certificate is issued to the student. The professional committee and the internship shall be informed of the school certificate.

Paragraph 2. In accordance with the rules on individual training, the issue of school certificate may be subject to the fact that the student has obtained irresistible accortias in specified classes or as an average.

Paragraph 3. The school certificate shall, by the way, be issued in accordance with the rules in the notice of examinations and examinations in the vocational training courses, including the rules on the wording of foreign languages.

Paragraph 4. If the school education is interrupted, the student has a claim to receive evidence of the completed section of school education.

Paragraph 5. For students who have not completed the training course, the school in a statement to the student and the internship can assess the school's assessment of the needs of the student's needs for additional school education and for complementary training in the internship, if applicable ; The school will find a need for it.

$82. Proof of the implementation of basic flows shall be issued after Section 65.

Paragraph 2. At the end of the enclosure, the school draws up evidence for the student and the internship.

Final internship declaration

§ 83. When the internship in the company is terminated, the internship is issuing a declaration on this (the final practice declaration). If more companies have concluded education and training with the student, each of the companies is issuing a final practice declaration. In such cases, the internship may inform the following company, where appropriate, in the training process for the issuance of the practice.

Paragraph 2. The declaration is issued to the student, the school and the professional committee.

Paragraph 3. The declaration must include the following :

1) Designation of training including, if appropriate, specialty, profile or similar.

2) Indication of internship and internship periods. Where the case is to be posted, the undertakings the student has been stationed and for which periods have been assigned to the firms.

3) The signature of the company.

Paragraph 4. The professional committee forms the form of forms to issue the final practice declarations and provide schools with them. The school delivers the forms to the company.

Paragraph 5. The final practice declaration shall include information for use by the professional committee in the area of the test for a Sweatee.

Paragraph 6. If intercourse is interrupted, the student has a claim to receive an internship declaration for the completed part of the training training. The practice declaration shall be drawn up in accordance with the form set out in Annex 3.

Paragraph 7. If training is to be completed as a school trainee, the final practice declaration is issued by the school.

Training certificate

§ 84. Training certificates shall be issued to the student when school evidence and final practice declaration has been issued and any Swedes outside the school education class has been passed.

Paragraph 2. It shall be laid down in the individual training notification, whether education certificate shall be issued by the school or by the professional committee. The body issuing the education certificate shall inform the professional committee of the school of the education certificate.

Paragraph 3. For the examination of the study (eux) test (eux), cf. Section 1 (1). 6, section 5 (5) shall apply. 2-4, and section 7, paragraph 7. 3, in the field of study qualifications in the case of vocational training (eux) and so on and rules laid down in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 (3) of the law. 3.

§ 85. The certificate of education shall be issued after the notification and examination of examinations and examinations in the field of training, including the rules on the subject of foreign languages, and in any case, the following :

1) Designation of the completed training, including the area of expertise and possible profile.

2) Reference to the school certificate and final practice declaration.

3) Statement of the Swedes, if any, of the test is passed, and any indication of a sample of a wrinlet.

Paragraph 2. The other information which, following the notification and examination of the examinations of the vocational training courses, shall be indicated in the evidence, may be given in the form of supplementary annexes to which the proof refers.

Chapter 14

Education agreements

Inclusion and registration of training agreements and so on.

§ 86. Elev and trainees shall conclude an agreement on the implementation of training (training agreement) in accordance with the provisions of law on vocational training. The Agreement shall be concluded for the purposes of the form set out in Annex 4. The school delivers forms here. The forms will also be available on the Home Affairs Home Affairs website. The Schools offer assistance at the conclusion of the agreement.

Paragraph 2. The student chooses a speciality or step at the conclusion of the education agreement, unless otherwise provided in the rules of training for education.

Paragraph 3. Training agreement on vocational training for adults (euv), cf. Chapter 7 of the law on vocational training, may include the educational process of the entire student body or the initial competence assessment, and its associated training schedule for the student body.

Paragraph 4. Education agreements on vocational training for adults can be concluded without internship periods if the student education program will not include training courses at the time of his or her personal education plan.

§ 87. When the training agreement has been concluded, cf. § 86, the company immediately sends the agreement to the school, the student after agreement with the company wants to be included.

Paragraph 2. If the required school cannot accept the student, the school shall immediately send the agreement to a school in which the student can be admitted. Elev and Company are informed at the same time. The school also illus of the training of education at other schools.

§ 88. The school where the student is to be admitted shall examine the receipt of the training agreement, whether it is fully completed and signed.

Paragraph 2. The school shall record the training agreement when the following conditions are met :

1) The student may be admitted, cf. § 51.

2) The Agreement includes all training courses and school visits or at least one school and one internship in accordance with the rules on training, cf. however, section 86 (2). 3.

3) The Agreement is in accordance with section 96-100, if it is a Combination Agreement.

4) The agreement is in line with the rules on goods-rewriting (exemption) for parts of education.

5) The professional committee has approved any special provisions contained in the Agreement, cf. § 90, paragraph. 2.

6) The salary provided for in the Agreement shall be in accordance with Article 55 of the Act on training of vocational training.

7) Any question of approval of the company as an internship has been clarified, cf. $89.

Paragraph 3. Educational agreements concluded in accordance with section 66 f in the law on vocational training shall be recorded in a similar manner.

$89. In the case of registration, the school shall examine whether the establishment has been approved by the Technical Committee as an internship. If the establishment has not been approved, the school shall immediately call upon the professional committee with a request to see whether the undertaking can be approved, or, if appropriate, approve the company after paragraph 31 (3). Three, in the law of vocational training. The school provides a message to the parties about what the school has done.

§ 90. If the training agreement does not comply with the conditions of registration, the school shall, as a matter of urgency, be addressed to the company and to the student, in order to obtain the defects, as set out in the first place. It's also Section 79.

Paragraph 2. If the Parties wish to make changes to or additions to the form (form) of the form, see this Agreement, the contract content of the contract shall be made. § 52, paragraph. § 91. The school shall provide as soon as possible and normally within four weeks of the receipt of the training agreement, cf. however, section 57 (3). 4 that serve as a school registration, notification of the time of admission to school on the basis of the training agreement and informing the student and the company on the further training course. The school provides for the preparation or updating of the student's personal education plan.

Paragraph 2. At the same time, the school orients the parties to options for optional specials, including which optional school studies may offer in collaboration with other schools and institutions.

§ 92. The school records changes in the contract ratio in the following cases :

1) Upon extension or truncation of the contract period.

2) In case of transfer of ownership by the transfer of undertakings.

3) In the case of changes to education or specializing in the training ratio.

4) On the basis of the rules on training, by modifying the internship.

5) In other changes in the contract relationship.

Paragraph 2. Addendum to the training agreement, which relates to the provisions of paragraph 1 1, no. 1-5 mentioned changes must be agreed upon by the student and the undertaking, using the form set out in Annex 5. Addendum to the Education Agreement for the extension or truncation of the contract period shall include information on the grounds and be accompanied, where necessary, by the necessary authorisation of the professional committee. The amendments referred to in paragraph 1 shall be made. 1, no. 2-4, section 89 and 90 corresponding use.

Paragraph 3. The school records the changes when the conditions laid down in paragraph 1. Two is met.

§ 93. When an education agreement or modification in the contract ratio is registered, the school parties shall notify the parties of the registration, with a copy of the registered agreement, with information on the decisions taken at the school in the registration process.

$94. The school where the training agreement is registered shall be notified if the training agreement is :

1) lifted during the test period,

2) repealed by agreement between the Parties,

3) repealed by one of the Parties after the end of the test,

4) lifted by the decision of the Tvisticiency Board,

5) the fall as a result of the exclusion of the student from continuing training, the decision on which has been taken by a different school other than the one registered to the Agreement, or

6) discharged for other reasons before the end of the contract period.

Paragraph 2. Notification to the school of paragraph. 1, no. 1-4 and 6 shall be provided by the undertaking.

Paragraph 3. Notification of the termination of an education agreement, cf. paragraph 1, shall be carried out using the form set out in Annex 6.

Paragraph 4. Where training is concluded in accordance with the rules on training, the school where the training agreement is registered shall be notified by the school or professional committee, which has issued training evidence. If the school has issued the training certificate, the professional committee shall be informed accordingly.

Paragraph 5. Once the education relationship is discharged, the training agreement with any associated dossiers shall be kept by the school for the purpose of transferring to public archives in accordance with the rules on this subject. The information is also kept in a register.

§ 95. The school shall inform the professional committee of registered training agreements or amendments thereto and of any agreements which have been recorded for one of the reasons set out in section 94 (3). 1.

Combination agreements

§ 96. A training agreement may cover several enterprises. In addition, an undertaking by the agreement may undertake to allow part of the student ' s education to be carried out in another company.

Paragraph 2. A school can provide additional school trainees for students who have signed up to the training agreement if the conditions are in section 66 d (1). 3 or 4, in the law on vocational training, has been met.

§ 97. A training agreement concluded with two or more undertakings shall comprise the entire training course, and the training agreement must show which schools and trainders are a party to each company.

Paragraph 2. Each part of the agreement shall include the names of the participating undertakings, the duration of the contract and their calendar location.

Paragraph 3. The agreement must be concluded on the form referred to in section 86, using a form for each agreement.

-98. The undertakings shall, without delay, submit to the school classes the conclusion of the contract to the school teaching class, cf. § 87.

§ 99. The test time is taken from the beginning of the first internship, cf. § 60, paragraph. Two, in the law of vocational training. The first internship must, within three weeks of the time before the expiry of the test period, consult the ex-post companies on the progress of the test track.

§ 100. If the contract period is truncated or extended after the decision of the Technical Committee, the professional committee shall decide on the partial contract periods for the duration of the duration of the contract or the extension.

Paragraph 2. Agreement for the extension of the contract period, made by the parties, cf. § 58, paragraph. 1, in the law of vocational training, must be concluded by the student with the current and subsequent companies in the training process, and the contract must specify the part of the partial contract period for the extension.

Paragraph 3. § § 92 to 95 shall apply mutatis mutis.

Implementation of part of the training in other activities

§ 101. An undertaking which has committed itself to a part of the education of the student in another company is to the student's responsibility for the overall training course of education. The company shall be responsible for the deployment of the posting during the agreed or prefixed period during the agreed time of training and that the undertaking to which the posting is being carried out has been approved for the implementation of the part of the operation ; internship.

Paragraph 2. Companies which, in accordance with section 66 d (1), 3, in the law on vocational training, allow the student to receive additional school trainers, to the student's responsibility for the overall training course.

Chapter 15

Practice Places

Instruction of the internship-seeking

§ 102. In the case of students who are registered as an intern after starting school education, the student ' s plan for interactions shall be subject to the student ' s personal training plan.

§ 103. The Schools offer guidance to internship seekers.

Paragraph 2. The aim of the road is to enable the internships to assess their opportunities to obtain an internship so that they can make a qualified choice on a realistic basis.

Paragraph 3. The guidance must include adequate information on the current education and labour market situation both locally and at the national level, including information on alternative training facilities, both in the training that requires internship by law ; on vocational education and training, and in the training that does not require it.

Paragraph 4. The instructions must be sought to strengthen the preconditions for applying the trainees for self-seeking trainees and other educational opportunities.

Paragraph 5. The school is working together with the Youth Education Guide and other authorities and institutions that are administering guidance systems that affect the ability of students to implement a youth education.

§ 104. In the dissemination of trainees, the school must try to meet the training of the trainees the training of the trainees. In the case of the dissemination of trainees for pupils who want or to be in school practice, Section 113 shall apply.

Paragraph 2. At the same time, in the case of the dissemination of trainees, the school must inform the company of the specific reference. The school shall ask the company to inform the school of the result of the reference, including the reference to the reference that the person concerned has obtained an internship.

Logging of internship-seekers

§ 105. Practice-seeking, which wants it, should be registered as an enlisted internship, cf. as well as § 113.

Paragraph 2. The registration must ensure that the registered internship-seekers receive tender or referral to internships or receive instructions for guidance. The registration must also form part of the basis for the provision of statistical inventory of the situation in which the practice is applied.

Paragraph 3. The school must be regularly and systematically at least every 3. month by letter (contact letter) contact the registered internships for the purpose of checking whether they are still practised, normally with quotation instructions.

Paragraph 4. The registration shall include the training and training of the training centres for the training and the training of their training, which are necessary for effective trainee treatment.

§ 106. A registered internship-seeker shall notify the school of the school.

1) the internship changes to the residence,

2) the training-seeking changes the education wish,

3) the interning-seeker is no longer an intership-seeker or

Paragraph 2. The school shall inform the trainees that an internship-seeking will be issued by the registration as a seeker, if that person,

1) has achieved a training space,

2) has indicated that they are no longer or wish to be interning for the purposes of the ship ;

3) do not respond to contact letter from school, cf. § 105, paragraph. 3, within a time limit laid down by the school, in not less than 5 days,

4) do not respond positively to a reasonable internship offer, or

5) does not respond positively to inquiries from the school of internship options, including the failure to contact the companies from which the school refers.

Paragraph 3. When the school takes a decision that an internship-seeker shall be discarded by one of the reasons set out in paragraph 1. In order to do so, the school shall immediately inform the notified school of the fact that the entry into the Register will be resubmitted if the person concerned becomes an active internship for the purposes of the register.

§ 107. For students and businesses, the Ministry of Education is operating at the electronic meeting place at internship pladsen.dk ; at the internship plad.dk, information about interning trainees must be publicly available.

Paragraph 2. The school is transferring information on the students from the administrative systems. Data is passed on the name and training of the student body. The student may require the name not to be reported.

Paragraph 3. Practikpladsen.dk is being rectified so that each student can create additional information about himself.

Paragraph 4. It is a condition for continued registration in the internship plad.dk, that the student, by the end of its initial course, provides information that is suitable for giving companies which wish to recruit students, an opportunity to decide, on : a given applicant is a possible future student in the company (student profile).

Chapter 16

School internship, etc.

Practiccenters

§ 108. An internship is part of an approved institution for vocational training which has been approved for the training of school practicaments.

Paragraph 2. An internship is organized by a leader who refers to the institution's leader.

Paragraph 3. The local training committees, for the main course of internship-school-education provider, forms a parity-based internship committee, cf. however, paragraph 1 The Board of Practiccentric committee counsels the Board of Directors of the institution. The interncenter is providing secretarial assistance to the committee.

Paragraph 4. The Administrative Board of an institution with an internship may decide that paragraph 1 shall be taken. 3 shall not apply to the internship.

-109. The Ministry of Education approves the internship at the request of an institution and, by the recommendation of the Council, for the Basic Acquisitions of Acquisitions, cf. § 108, paragraph. 1.

Paragraph 2. The application must include a business model that describes how the school will conduct the operation of training training in an internship (school practice). The application shall also include a description of possible cooperation with other schools for the operation of the internship.

Paragraph 3. Approval, cf. § 108, paragraph. 1, on the basis of a comprehensive assessment, based on the consideration to ensure a fair and qualitative sustainable education environment, a sufficient number of training agreements and a geographical coverage of the labour market, taking into account the social market ; Demand for vocational training and the students ' search

Conditions for inclusion and so on

§ 110. If the conditions are met, they live with proof of the implementation of the basic conditions, if the conditions are met, they can be trained in an internship (school practice), cf. however, paragraph 1 Two, immediately after the completion of the groundwork.

Paragraph 2. Educational training provided for in Annex 7 is not provided with school practice.

Paragraph 3. The requirement for a completed basing course of vocational training shall be deemed to have been fulfilled, cf. § 66 a, paragraph. 3, in the law of vocational training, if the student at the time of absorption is at least able to receive written training for and with the basic course of education in training on the basis of other classes implemented in the last two years and organised outside the vocational training, cf. however, paragraph 1 4.

Paragraph 4. If it is established that there is an access restriction to the training, cf. Section 44 : School practice cannot be admitted to students who have completed the process of writing on the specific competences of access to the main course of education.

Paragraph 5. For students in individual training, cf. Section 15 (3). 3, in the law of vocational training, the student ' s personal education plan is reviewed to a necessary extent so that it includes an ordinary training course in case the student wants to be admitted to school trainees.

Paragraph 6. A student who has carried out a stage of a degree of training, cf. Section 15 (3). 2, in the law of vocational training, or which has concluded an education agreement that comprises less than a skill-making stage, cf. § 88, paragraph. 2, no. In the event of the expiry of the agreement, the second may be entered for school internship if the conditions for accession are otherwise fulfilled.

§ 111. In school education and school practice, school is required to assess whether the student is fit to carry out the required training, and whether the student post-graduate training will subsequently be able to function in the labour market.

Paragraph 2. The students who wish to join school practice and have not had a training agreement must have at least three training wishes to be specified in the personal training plan in accordance with the basic order of the day, cf. § 56, paragraph. TWO, TWO. Act. The school shall be subject to this in the context of the evaluation provided for in paragraph 1. 1.

Paragraph 3. In order to be able to be admitted to school practice, the student from the end of the founding of the founding of the personal training plan must prove that the student :

1) have applied for employment as a student in the areas of training that the basic process provides access to,

2) applied for hire, cf. no. 1, in establishments which have open trainee sites at www.praktikpladsen.dk, and

3) have applied for employment as a student in other relevant training courses where there is space.

Paragraph 4. A pupil who does not comply with the requirements of paragraph 1. Two and three, we can't get into a school internship.

Paragraph 5. Assessment, cf. paragraph Paragraph 1 and paragraph 1. 3, no. In addition, 1 and 2 must also be carried out by the school, as long as the student is concerned with schoolwork.

Paragraph 6. In the current aptitude assessment, emphasis must also be placed on whether the student receives a satisfactory benefit from school education and practice, as well as an assessment of the overall conduct of the student in relation to employment in the field of employment ; the training area, including the ability of the student, for example, to meet meeting times and agreements.

§ 112. The student shall seek and must not refuse an offer of appropriate trainee, respectively, in the case of school trainees, throughout the country. The school guidance counselor on the possibility of obtaining mobility incentives under the law of the Employers ' Educational contributions.

Paragraph 2. However, the school can, by way of exception, include a student to school practice in the primary education training, if the student can document a concrete and realistic prospect of an internship in the training period in a short space of time.

§ 113. The student must, in order to be active, as a minimum,

1) take appropriate initiatives in order to obtain internship and

2) be registered as an internship with a visible profile at the latest from the end of the groundwork.

Paragraph 2. The one in paragraph 1. 1, no. The registration shall include information about which training the student wishes and has indicated in the personal training plan, as well as student profile, cf. Section 107, paragraph 1. 4.

Paragraph 3. When the student is enrolled as an intern, information is transferred from the school's student body to interpodsen.dk, if the student does not within 14 days after the meeting, cf. § 115, paragraph 1. 2, or 14 days after application for inclusion in accordance with section 66 e (1). In the field of law on vocational training, the student profile shall be deleted as an internship, and where necessary, the registration shall be recorded.

Paragraph 4. The student is informed of the deletion, cf. paragraph 3.

§ 114. A student who has lost an undue training agreement may, after a concrete decision, be included in school practice, cf. Article 66 a (3) of the law. 2.

Paragraph 2. However, students cannot be admitted to schoolwork if the question of whether the suspension is due to the non-compliance is brought to the professional committee or the Board of Tvistifice.

Paragraph 3. From the recording, the student must meet the requirements of section 111 (1). 5 and 6, section 112 and 113.

Recurring Procedure

§ 115. The interns are guiding the students about the conditions for joining school practice and on the scheme, by the way, and advising students about how they are meeting the conditions until the time of the decision on accession. In this context, the student is also a student of opportunities for education outside the training of vocational training.

Paragraph 2. The internship is summon the students at an information meeting on school practice at least one week's notice. The sitting may be held up to two weeks before and shall be held no later than one week after the end of the groundwork. The students have a piece of furniture. Elives that do not meet the obligations of the meeting cannot be included in school practice.

Paragraph 3. The provisions of paragraph 1. 2, shall apply mutatis muth to students applying to school practice on a different basis other than specified in section 110 (1). 1.

§ 116. The students fulfilling the conditions for inclusion in school practice are accepted by the school at the start of school practice a month after the end of the founding of the founding, unless the student has concluded an education agreement.

Paragraph 2. At the take, the internship is part of a school deal with the student. § 117. The application and acceptance procedure shall be carried out by the internship on the basis of an agreement on this subject to the school where the student has completed the initial basic course of action recorded as a practice seeker.

Paragraph 2. For students who can be admitted to school practice in section 66 a, paragraph. 2, in the law of vocational training, the application and acceptance procedure of the internship referred to in the school, which the registered training agreement has entered into, has concluded agreement with in accordance with paragraph 1. 3.

Paragraph 3. Has an internship entered into an agreement with a school practice on school practice on the school grounds, cf. § 66 b, paragraph. 2, in the law of vocational training, the students concerned shall, as soon as possible and, most recently, be aware of the importance of the cooperation agreement for the pupils in the case of whether or not it is the internship or school there ;

1) After the recording, the student has registered as an internship according to the rules on this subject,

School Education without Education Agreement

§ 118. Ingestion and so on for school education without a training agreement, cf. § 66 e, paragraph. 2, in the law of vocational training, the rules on admission etc. to school practice laid down in section 114.

Chapter 17

Vocational training plus

General School of Education without Education Agreement

§ 119. Acquisitions plus (eud +) are organised in accordance with Chapter 7 b in the law on vocational training.

Recording and Competency

§ 120. The application for inclusion in eud + will be submitted to a school that provides the main course of the training program. The school shall take a decision on the inclusion in eud + if the conditions of section 66 m in the law on vocational training are met. If the school cannot be allowed to record the applicant, the school shall guide the applicant for fulfillment of acceptance requirements and, where appropriate, on alternative training options, cf. also paragraph 1. 7.

Paragraph 2. For students entering the eud +, school is in cooperation with the student and a possible employer a personal training plan, cf. The section 66 of the law, on the basis of a competence assessment.

Paragraph 3. The assessment and training plan shall relate to the implementation of the subsequent training stage, which the student would have access to continue in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 (3). 4.

Paragraph 4. When the school makes a decision on admission, the school calls the applicant for a conversation. The time is set as far as possible in the interests of the applicant ' s wishes. At the same time, the school requests, where appropriate, the necessary documentation for the assessment of the skills The coil shall also, where appropriate, guide the applicant and his / her, if necessary, to the employer.

Paragraph 5. The school shall decide on the recognition of the theoretical and practical competence of the applicant on the basis of an assessment on the basis of documentation and, where appropriate, testing of the competences. The school may, with a view to this assessment, in cooperation with the applicant and any employer, may convene the applicant to a competency of competency which the school organises up to two weeks.

Paragraph 6. The applicant receives documentation (evidence) for the skills that the school has recognised. The documentation must indicate the training documentation and the basis for the assessment.

Paragraph 7. Where an application is made pursuant to paragraph 1 Paragraph 1 cannot be accepted in whole or in part, nor does the school not fully or partially satisfy the desire for the recognition of skills pursuant to paragraph 1. The fifth grade is to justify its decision on this subject. A wholly or partial negative decision cannot be taken without the fact that the school prior has given the applicant the opportunity to express its opinion on the facts on which the decision is taken.

Education Plan

§ 121. Student training schedule, cf. § 66 n, paragraph 1. In the case of vocational training, 2, on the basis of the objectives of education and training, according to the rules on the training in question, education and training shall be determined.

Paragraph 2. The school shall inform the professional committee of the education plan.

§ 122. Any changes to the training plan will be determined in cooperation with the student and its possible employer.

Paragraph 2. In the case of possible changes to the objectives, content and rules of assessment in the training training plan, the school shall take the initiative necessary to make any necessary changes to the training schedule, cf. paragraph 1.

Paragraph 3. The training plan will fall if the training training plan is not carried out within 6 years from the fixing of the training plan after paragraph 120 (3). 2.

The implementation of the training plan and so on.

§ 123. The student can take lessons during school periods in accordance with the rules on training, occupational training or a single class subject to the training plan at the school that has set the training schedule. The student may also choose to carry out these parts at another school that provides for the teaching of the class. If the school that has set the training schedule does not provide all the said training, the school must refer to a school that provides the educational parts that it does not provide for the service.

Paragraph 2. Intensive workshop training at school or in a company after Section 66 n (1). 2, no. 3, in the law on vocational training, shall be organised by the school in cooperation with the student and the possible company. If such an intensive workshop training is not carried out by the school in question, the school shall conclude an agreement on this with a company or another school. The agreement to be made by the school of a company or other school shall include requirements for the implementation of the training component in question.

Paragraph 3. Any intensive foreman training at the student's workplace by Section Law 66 n (2). 2, no. 4, organized by the school in cooperation with the student and the company concerned. The agreement to which the school is part of the establishment must include requirements for the implementation of the training component in question.

Paragraph 4. If, in the training schedule, practical work is included in the student's workplace by the section 66 n (1) of the law. 2, no. 5, describes the workspaces and functions concerned and the estimated time of the work in the training plan. If the work cannot be carried out at the student's potential employer, the student is incumvendeable to find an employer where the work can be done. The school offers the learner's advice with regard to finding an employer where the work can be done.

Paragraph 5. Swattested or other final test, cf. Section 66 n, paragraph 1. 2, no. 6 shall be implemented in accordance with the rules on the training in question. If, following the rules on training, the examination shall be carried out by the professional committee, the school shall designate the person concerned to the test in cooperation with the Committee, where the necessary evidence of the individual training parts is available and approved by the school.

§ 124. The documentation for the implementation of the training parts to which the training programme covers are issued as follows :

1) Documentation for school education in the form of compulsory tuition training in the training stage in question in accordance with the rules on training shall be issued by the school in question in accordance with the rules on the issue of school guidance, cf. § 79.

2) Proof of the implementation of labour market training or individual subjects shall be issued in accordance with the rules relating to such training parts.

3) Evidence for the implementation of the workshop training shall be issued by the school in question, cf. § 123, paragraph 1. Two and three.

4) Proof of implementation of practical work, cf. § 123, paragraph 1. 4, shall be issued by the undertaking in cooperation with the student and must include information on the work undertaken by the student to the fulfilment of the training plan and its duration.

5) Deforestation shall be issued in accordance with the rules on training when there is evidence that the school education, where appropriate in the form of the labour market or the single profession, has been implemented.

Paragraph 2. If the skills assessment, cf. § 66 n, paragraph 1. 3, in the law of vocational training, is based on the fact that the student is nominated directly for the Swedes or the second final test, the documentation for the skills recognised by the school in accordance with paragraph 120 (2). 6, instead of documentation provided for in paragraph 1. 1.

Training certificate

§ 125. The school that has established the training plan shall make provision for training to be issued in accordance with the rules on training, when :

1) school certificate has been issued,

2) any evidence of workshop training and practical work has been issued and approved by the school, and

3) Sweat or other final test has been passed.

Chapter 18

Production school-based vocational training

§ 126. Production school-based vocational training shall be organized in accordance with Chapter 7 c in the law on vocational training.

§ 127. Where vocational training is organised as a production-based vocational training, the cooperating production-based tasks and functions are carried out as an internship, cf. § 66 s, paragraph. One, in the law of vocational training.

§ 128. § 63, paragraph 3, section 57, paragraph. 4, section 63, section 65 (3). 5 and 6, and section 66 (3). 5 for basic practical training (new master training) shall apply mutatis muctual use to production-based vocational training, cf. however, section 66 p, paragraph ONE, TWO. pkton, in the law of vocational training.

§ 129. Adoption to production-based vocational education and training follows the rules in section 66 q in the law on vocational training.

Chapter 19

Complagues

$130. Complaguing the decisions of a school shall be submitted to the school of the decision.

Paragraph 2. Complaguing a school decision on admission to school, decisions on the recognition of real-competence other than practical competences after section 56 (6). 6, and Decisions pursuant to section 69, which are excluded from continued training, temporary discharge, revocation or transfer to secondary school, may be submitted to the Ministry of Education. The class must be submitted for the school, cf. paragraph 1, no later than four weeks after the decision has been notified to the person concerned. If the complaint is not taken as a result of the school, the school shall forward the complaint to the Ministry, accompanied by the school comments. Before informing the school the complainant of the position of the school to the complaint, and gives the complainant a period of 1 week to make any comments on the matter. When the student has made comments, or when the deadline has expired, the school of complaint to the Ministry shall be assisted by the case file.

Paragraph 3. Complainas in connection with samples follow the rules of the diploma notice. In the case of complaints about decisions at secondary level, which are included in vocational training, except for the basic subject, cf. Section 1 (1). 6, section 7 (4). 3, in the field of study qualifications in the case of vocational training (eux) and so on and rules laid down pursuant to this.

Paragraph 4. The student may continue the training of the school during the examination of a complaint against a decision after paragraph 69. However, the appeal for a decision on temporary discharge or exclusion from continuing training shall apply only if it is determined by the school or the Ministry.

Paragraph 5. Complaints of a school decision on an elev's admission or termination of school practice are being dealt with in accordance with section 66 j in the law on vocational training.

Paragraph 6. Decision of the School concerning the recognition of practical skills relating to training plus, including decisions on relevant business experience, after ~ 66 m, nr. 3, in the law of vocational training, as well as the school decisions on the recognition of practicalities in vocational training for adults, may be submitted to the professional committee by the person concerned by the decision to which the decision relates. The school has to give me directions. The appeal shall be submitted to the school that has taken the decision within two weeks of the date of the decision to be notified to the person concerned. If the complaint is not taken as a result of the school, the school shall forward the complaint to the professional committee, accompanied by the opinion of the school. The school shall provide the professional committee with the necessary information for the processing of the case. The decision of the professional committee may not be brought before the second authority to the Administrative Decision.

Paragraph 7. For complainant school decisions in educational affairs for high school education, which is part of vocational training, except for the basic subject, cf. Section 1 (1). 6, section 37 (3) shall apply. 1, in the law of education and training for the higher commercial sector (hhx) and higher technical qualifications (htx) and rules laid down in pursuits of this.

Chapter 20

Entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 131. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. October, 2014, cf. however, paragraph 1 4-10.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 834 of 27. June 2013 on vocational training is hereby repealed.

Paragraph 3. Publication no. 1405 of 22. In December 2000 on basic training for adults (GVU), the 1 shall be repealed. August 2015. However, the announcement shall continue to apply to training that has been started before this date. the schools shall lay down any transitional arrangements for pupils who have started training according to the rules in force, and which wish to take up the new rules, cf. Section 11 (1). 8, in the Law No 634 of 16. June 2014 amending the law on vocational training, the law on training and professions, as well as the obligation to education, employment, etc., law on public school and different laws (Better and more attractive vocational training and other vocational training and other).

Paragraph 4. For the basic flow and main courses which are started before 1. August 2015, the paragraph shall be found in paragraph 1. However, the notice of the notification shall continue to apply.

Paragraph 5. For teachers employed before the 15th. in January 2010, section 12 (2) shall apply. 1, no. 2, in Notice no. 1518 of 13. In December 2007 on vocational training continues to be applied.

Paragraph 6. For teachers employed in the period from the 15th. January, 2010, and with the 31 st. December 2012 will find paragraph 12, paragraph 12. 1, no. 2, in Notice no. 1514 of 15. In December 2010, continued use.

Paragraph 7. The provisions of section 56 (3). TWO, TWO. pkt., and section 111 (1). 2 shall apply only to students who have started a basic process after the 15th. January, 2010.

Paragraph 8. Rule 66 (b) (b) 3, in the law on vocational training, shall continue to apply to students applying for the admission to school trainees in an internship on the basis of training commensurate before 1. August 2015.

Niner. 9. Educational contracts concluded before the 15th. In January 2010, using the forms before this date shall retain their validity, notwithstanding the provisions of section 86 (s). Paragraph 1, section 92 (2). 2, and section 94 (3). 3.

Paragraph 10. Educational agreements concluded in the period from the 15th. January, 2010, and with the 31 st. In July 2015, using the forms in force in force shall retain their validity, notwithstanding the provisions of section 86 (s). Paragraph 1, section 92 (2). 2, and section 94 (3). 3, however, only when the terms of the contract have been started before 1. August 2015.
