§ 1

In executive order No. 1248 by 30. October 2013 on arms and ammunition, etc., as amended by Decree No. 13 of 6. January 2014, is amended as follows: 1. The footnote to notice the title is replaced by the following: ' 1) Ordinance contains provisions implementing parts of the European Parliament and of the Council Directive 2008/51/EC of 21. May 2008 amending Council Directive 91/477/EEC concerning the acquisition and possession of weapons, the official journal of the European Union 2008, nr. L 179, page 5-11 and parts of the European Parliament and of the Council directive 2009/43/EC of 6 May 2003. May 2009 on simplifying terms and conditions of transfers of defence-related products within the community, Official Journal of the European Union 2009, nr. L 146, page 1-36, as last amended by Commission directive 2014/18/EU of 29. January 2014 amending European Parliament and Council directive 2009/43/EC as regards the list of defence-related products, the official journal of the European Union by 2014, nr. L 40, page 20-55. In the notice includes certain provisions from the European Parliament and of the Council Regulation No 40/94. 258/2012/EUROPEAN UNION of 14. March 2013 for the implementation of article 10 of the United Nations Protocol against the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in firearms, their parts components and ammunition, supplementing The United Nations Convention against transnational organized crime (UN Firearms Protocol '), and fixing the export licence and of the import and transit measures for firearms and their parts and components and ammunition, the official journal of the European Union 2012 , nr. L 94, pp. 1-15. According to article 288 of the Treaty where a regulation is directly applicable in each Member State. The reproduction of these provisions in the Ordinance is thus entirely justified in practical terms and shall not affect the validity of the regulation's immediate in Denmark. The Ordinance has been in draft form notified in accordance with European Parliament and Council Directive 98/34/EC (the ' procedure ' directive), as amended by Directive 98/48/EC. '

2. The introductory part shall be replaced by the following:

section 2 (a). For permission, consent, acceptance and waiver granted by police after this Ordinance, the following provisions shall apply.

(2). Weapons permit, consent, approval and exemption for applicants residing or having its registered office in Fyn police district, mid and Western Jutland police district, Northern Jutland police district, East Jutland's police district, South-East Jutland police district or South and South Jutland police district issued by Police Director in mid and Western Jutland Police. Weapons permit, consent, approval and exemption for applicants residing or having its registered office in Copenhagen police district, Copenhagen's West regional police district, North Zealand police district, middle-and West Zeeland police district, and Lolland-Falster Sydsjællands police district or Bornholm police district issued by Police Director of Copenhagen's West Regional Police.

(3). A shooter or hunting Association has its headquarters in the police district, where the Association must keep weapons or is otherwise likely to have the greatest Association.

(4). Weapons permit, consent, approval and exemption for applicants who do not have place of residence or registered office in Denmark, shall be notified by the Police Director in mid and Western Jutland Police, if the applicant has his permanent place of residence in Fyn police district, mid and Western Jutland police district, Northern Jutland police district, East Jutland's police district, South-East Jutland police district or South and South Jutland police district, or, if the applicant does not have fixed abode in Denmark, if the weapon is stored in one of these police districts. Weapons permit, consent, approval and exemption for applicants who do not have place of residence or registered office in Denmark, shall be notified by the Police Director in Copenhagen's West Regional Police, if the applicant has his permanent place of residence in the Copenhagen police district, Copenhagen's West regional police district, North Zealand police district, middle-and West Zeeland police district, and Lolland-Falster Sydsjællands police district or Bornholm police district, or, if the applicant does not have fixed abode in Denmark, if the weapon is stored in one of these police districts.

(5). Notifications and alerts to police after this notice is sent to the Police Director, that paragraphs 2 and 4. '

4. Anywhere in the notice, the words ' Police Director ' to: ' Police ' and ' Police Director ' to: ' police '.

5. In article 15, paragraph 1 1. paragraph, shall be replaced by ' the national ', to: ' police '.

7. In section 54 shall be replaced by ' Police Director ' to: ' police '.
