Publication of the amendment of weapons and munitions, etc.

§ 1

Notice no. 1248 of 30. October 2013, arms and munitions, etc., as amended by publication No 2 ; Thirteen of six. January 2014, the following changes are made :

1. Foot notation the title of the notice shall be replaced by the following :

" 1) The commotion contains provisions that implement parts of Directive 2008 /51/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21. . May 2008 amending Council Directive 91 /477/EEC on the acquisition and possession of weapons, EU Journals 2008, nr. In 179, page 5-11 and part of Directive 2009 /43/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council May 2009 on the simplification of conditions and conditions for the transfer of defence-related products within the Community, the EU Official Journal 2009, nr. L146, page 1-36, as last amended by Commission Directive 2014 /18/EU of 29. January 2014 amending Directive 2009 /43/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to the list of defence-related products, EU-2014, nr. L40, page 20 to 55. The publication has been included in the publication of certain provisions of Regulation No 2 of the European Parliament and of 258 /2012/EU of 14. March 2013 on the implementation of Article 10 of the United Nations Protocol on combating illegal manufacture and trade in firearms and parts, components and ammunition to be complementary to the United Nations Convention on the Fighting of the United Nations Convention on the Anti-Male Convention ; cross-border organised crime ("United Nations Weapons Protocol"), and the fixing of export licences and import and transit operations for firearms and parts, components and ammunition thereof, EU-Official Journal 2012, nr. L94, page 1-15. According to Article 288 of the EDF Treaty, a Regulation shall apply immediately in each Member State. The rendition of these provisions in the notice is therefore based solely on practical considerations and is without prejudice to the immediate validity of the regulation in Denmark. The announcement has, as a draft, been notified in accordance with Directive 98 /34/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (Information Directive), as amended by Directive 98 /48/EC. `

3. After section 2, pasted before section 3 :

' General provisions

§ 2 a. In the case of authorisation, consent, approval and derogation granted by the police in accordance with this notice, the following provisions shall apply.

Paragraph 2. Permission granted, consent, approval and derogation to applicants of residence or registered office in the police force of the police, the police of the North, the police, the police force of North Jutland, the police force of the East, South-Checkland Police, South and Sønderjyllands ; Police officers shall be notified by the police commissioner in the case of the Midt and Vestjyllands police. Permission granted, consent, approval and derogation to applicants of residence or registered office in the police circle of Copenhagen, the Western European Police Circle, the police force of the North, the police, the police and Lolland police, the police, the police and Lolland-Falsters. Police officers or Bornholm police officers shall be notified by the police commissioner of the Copenhagen Vesteen Police Department.

The authorization, consent, approval and derogation to applicants who are not domiciled or registered in Denmark shall be notified by the police commissioner of the Copenhagen VesteeDistrict Police Department if the applicant has his permanent residence in the police circle of Copenhagen, the Copenhagen Police Department, Vesteen Police, Northern Ireland Police, Middle and Lolland police, the police force of the South and Lolland-Falster police or Bornholm police force or, if the applicant does not have a permanent residence in Denmark if the weapon is stored in one of those police circles.

Paragraph 5. Sigges and reports to the police following this notice shall be sent to the Commissioner who is following paragraph 1. 2 and 4. "

4. Everywhere in the announcement, the "Police Director" will be replaced by the police and the police chief of police officers.

5. I Section 15 (3). ONE, ONE. pkt., The Danish National Police Commissioner will be replaced by the following : 'the police'.

6. I Section 31 (1). 2, no. 1, "home-enforcement police in this country" shall be replaced by : ' the Commissioner who is following Article 2 (a `).

7. I § 54 the "police commissioner's" is replaced by the following : "police."

8. § 56 ITREAS :

" § 56. Approval of whether a successful deactivation has been carried out in accordance with section 55 (3). 1 and 2 shall be carried out by the police commissioner of the police force in which the applicant is domiciled or registered.

Paragraph 2. The one in paragraph 1. 1 the Commissioner shall issue a request or as a check on quiesce carried out as a condition for a notified authorization certificate as proof of an approved deactivation. `

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. October 2014.
