DKK for superbicycle trails and bicycle parking.

Bicycle parking supplements can be sought to improve the conditions for cycling in everyday life. This makes it more attractive to ride a bike. Bicycle parking in connection with traffic congestion will strengthen both cycling and public transport.

Posting of pool

Municipalities and traffic companies can apply for bicycle parking. The applicant group may be composed of several applicants.

The pool provides support for projects with the following purposes :

Establishment of new bicycle parking spaces and extending existing bicycle parking

In order to ensure that it is attractive to cycle, they are committed to the establishment of a sufficient number of bicycle parking spaces. For example, in connection with stations and busterminals.

It will be a promotion, but not a prerequisite for an application that it can contribute to the strengthening of collective traffic.

It will be possible to draw up applications so that the project is part of a global project or strategy that simultaneously seeks funds from other state pools and the same pool, with superbicycle paths.

The following principles will, moreover, be included in the selection (priority) of which projects which will be awarded :

The project increases capacity and generally improves the bicycle parking conditions.

That as many as possible will benefit from the project

Coordinated with relevant actors
