Appendix 1

Publication of the amendment of the announcement of an approval system for firms providing consultancy and project management, etc. in connection with the energy transfer of dwellings ;

§ 1

Notice no. 109 of 30. January 2014, on an approval system for companies providing consultancy and project management, etc. for the purpose of the energy transfer of housing, the following changes are made :

1. Section 6 (2). 2, ITREAS :

" Stop. 2. The DEA is leading a list on the board's website of approved establishments. Approved undertakings which do not have an employee staff who are trained in accordance with Annex 5 may, during the three-month period referred to in Article 13 (1), may be available for the period of three months. ' 5, do not appear on the list of approved establishments. `

2. I Section 7 (2). 1, no. 1, the following shall be inserted after ' and ' : ' in the last three months `.

3. I Section 9 (1). 1, the ' paragraph shall be amended 2 " to : ". 13, paragraph. FIVE. "

4. Section 9 (1). 2-3, revoked.

Paragraph 4 becomes paragraph 4. 2.

5. I § 11 the following shall be inserted after ' after ' : ' provisional `.

6. Section 13 (1). 3, ITREAS :

" Stop. 3. 10. I § 38, paragraph. 1, the "31 August 2014" is replaced by the following : "31 March 2015".

11. I § 38 inserted after paragraph 1. 1 as new slices :

" Stop. 2. Applications for approval as Bestor-Bolig-adviser after 1 .1, received in the Energy Management Board for and by 9. October 2014, will be completed according to the applicable rules at the time of the application.

Paragraph 3. The controliners and certifying bodies shall recognise the educational background for employees of approved establishments approved by the Agency for the Energy Management pursuant to paragraph 1. 1. "

Paragraph 2-3 is then being referred to in paragraph 1. 4-5.

12. I § 38, paragraph. 3, the first paragraph of the Member The fifth is replaced by '31 August 2014' to : '31 March 2015'.

13. Appendix 5 the text of Annex 1 shall be replaced by this notice.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 10. October 2014.

' Appendix 5

Requirements for training, training and vocational training

The company must, in order to obtain approval as a minimum, have one employee who is trained and has the necessary skills to implement the benefits package 1 " housing energy saving options and plan for the performance of the benefits package ; I'm a private overing.

1. Employees whom an approved company wishes to use to provide benefits under the Benefit Package 1 "Housing Energy Savings & Plan for Energy Rover" must meet the following requirements :

Basic Education

• At least relevant basic training at level 4 (level of craft training) or higher of a minimum of three years, in accordance with the Danish qualification framework for lifelong learning. In the course of the training institution where training has been carried out, the training of appropriate primary training shall be documented at level four or higher. If the training has been carried out more than 30 years ago and is not from a university or a similar training institution, the training may be documented in the presentation of a declaration by the employee, which is to : training institution education has been carried out, and in what year.

• Training at level 4 shall be supplemented by documenting the relevant energy vocational training (energy guides or other courier activity of two or three days of equivalent levels corresponding to the level or more) of the Community.

Vocational experience

A minimum of two years of proven experience inside construction. Documents shall be documented in the completion of a declaration, but shall be documented on the request of the inspection body or by the certificate of certification.

Training

Employees which an approved company wants to use to provide benefits under the benefit package 1 "Housing Energy Savings & Plan for renovation" must have participated in a training course related to the approval system module 1. Education and training shall be carried out at a minimum level 5 or higher in accordance with the Danish Qualification framework for lifelong learning. The training must be carried out on either an education flow outbid by the Energy Management Board, or on a training program from a state-funded training institution, cf. listed below, or on another training that is the subject of the training of the Energy Management, cf. below.

The Management Board may, by definition, provide training in the training process and participate in tests and announces to the teaching and testing of the Energy Management website. If multiple employees for a course or trial than have been offered are offered, the places shall be offered to the employees who have signed up first.

Educational training on a state-funded training institution shall be conducted in a training institution following notice No 636 of 29. June 2009 on vocational education and professional training, executive order, 536 of 27. May 2013 on higher-level adult education (Academy of Akademics), or proclaition no. 1331 of 17. In December 2012 on training for the chief engineer, or from another relevant state-funded higher-education institution.

In addition, teaching in the training process may also be recognised if it is documented that they have undergone training and tests corresponding to the training of the Energy Management Board. The training is carried out by providers that have a knowledge base, skills and experience in the provision of a minimum level of 5, within the installation or construction site.

Employees must have examined the content of the scheme, the rule basis, guidance, and tools. Employees must also be taught in relation to clichscreens, installations, VE facilities, as well as communication tools, which must support the dialogue-based approach to the roommate. Employees must have a test. Employees who are trained as an energy consultant and work as such in a certified energy label for energy labelling of buildings and shipbuilding experts do not have to participate in part of the training as BedreBolig adviser to the provision of benefits in accordance with benefits package 1 which relates to the practical registration of building parts.

The approved company must ensure that employees are continuously kept up to date on major changes in their professional area through courses and training. The approved company ensures that the company fill out questionnaires according to details of the Energy Management Board on up-to-date knowledge and the number of cases completed, and record the responses to the questionnaires in their quality system.

In addition, employees must participate in compulsory courses and meetings in accordance with the detailed rules of the Energy Management Board.

The company must, in order to obtain approval as a minimum, have one employee who is trained and has the necessary skills to carry out a benefit package 2 'tender retrieval and construction' or deal with one. sub-contractor, who trained and have the skills required to carry out the benefit package 2.

2. Employees who wish to provide services under the 2 "Quotation of Quotation and Conventions" pursuant to the "Quotation and construction" must meet the following requirements :

Employees must be tested and examinations according to the procedure for the Energy Management Board. It is a prerequisite for joining the sample in Module 2, that the same employee has passed the test in Module 1.

Employees must continuously keep themselves up to date on major changes in their professional area through courses and in training. Employees must complete questionnaires according to the detailed provision of the Energy Management Board to update the information and the number of cases completed and record the responses to the questionnaires in their quality system.

In addition, employees must participate in compulsory courses and meetings after the power of energy management. '
