WE, MARGRETHE the SECOND, by the grace of God Queen of Denmark, do indeed:

The Danish Parliament has adopted and we know Our consent confirmed the following law:

§ 1

In the law on promotion of energy savings in buildings, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 636 of 19. June 2012, is amended as follows: 1. After Chapter 9 (a) shall be inserted: ' Chapter 9 b Authentication system for companies that provide advice and project management etc. in connection with energy renovation of buildings, section 24 such enterprises shall be approved in accordance with rules laid down under section 24 (g) to provide 1) mapping of a building's energy-saving options, including identification of an energy renovation consequences for comfort and indoor air quality in the building , 2) development of a plan, including completion of a standard document on energy-saving opportunities and for renovation and 3) tender and project management relating to the implementation of energy saving measures.

(3). (7). Costs in connection with the approval and verification or certification of a company's quality management system shall be borne by the individual company.

(8). Climate, energy and building the Minister may lay down rules on recall and lapse of authorizations issued in accordance with the rules laid down pursuant to paragraph 1.

§ 24 h.
