Completion of higher education in the field of higher education for adults

In accordance with section 11 (4), 2, section 12 (2). 4, section 13 (3). 4, section 14 (4). 4, section 15 (3). 5 and 6, section 17 (4). 5, section 19 (4). 1, no. 2, section 30, paragraph 2, and section 32 (3). 1, no. 2, in the field of primary education and training for adult education (training system) for adults, cf. Law Order no. 881 of 8. August 2011 :

Chapter 1

Area

§ 1. The announcement shall include higher education training (academic training), diplomas and master training carried out as flexible courses of action. A flexible course of action is joined by training elements from existing education and ending with a project of departure. The flexible course is set in a personal training plan.

Chapter 2

Educational institutions

§ 2. A flexible course of action may be organised by the educational institutions within the Ministry of Research, Innovation and the Higher Education Area, which provide for higher education for adults at the same level as the flexible flow and the prior ; for the professional area of the departure project.

Chapter 3

Designation

§ 3. Higher adult education, implemented in a flexible manner, gives the right to use the term associated with the higher adult education, followed by a parenthesis of training in the professional field of the training.

Paragraph 2. A diplomatic training conducted in a flexible manner gives the right to use the term associated with diploma, followed by an indication of the professional competence of the training area in parentheses.

Paragraph 3. A master training carried out as a flexible course gives the right to use the term associated with master training, followed by the training of the training area in parentheses.

Chapter 4

Access requirements

§ 4. Access to higher education for adults with a flexible course is conditional on the applicant before drawing up a personal training schedule, cf. Section 5 fulfilment the access requirements to the higher education for adults in question.

Chapter 5

Education Plan

§ 5. The individual training plan shall be determined by the institution responsible for training, cf. section 2. The plan shall be drawn up in cooperation with and after the preceding guidance of the applicant, starting with the applicant ' s professional experience, life experience and prior training. The institution of the training responsible shall ensure that the plan meets the requirements of section 8 (3). 2.

Paragraph 2. The education plan shall describe the overall training course of the applicant, including the project of departure. The Education Plan specifies the training elements which the applicant must carry out in order to end the requested training. The plan shall contain :

1) The applicant ' s access basis, cf. § 4.

2) The professional profile of the training, including professional and skill level, cf. § 8 (3) 2.

3) Composition of the training elements that are part of the process, specifying the ECTS points, including training elements that have already been completed.

4) Indication of the institution of the elements shall be carried out or carried out.

5) The order in which the training elements should be carried out and an indicative timetable for this, cf. § 8.

Paragraph 3. The institution responsible for training shall ensure that the applicant is given the opportunity to complete all the training elements of the education plan, cf. however, section 6 (4). 2. If the progress contains elements to be carried out in other institutions, the institution responsible shall take the necessary arrangements with these institutions.

§ 6. The education plan must be signed by both the competent institution and the applicant. The institution responsible shall provide a copy of the plan to the applicant and to any other institutions in which parts of the process are to be implemented.

Paragraph 2. The training responsible institution may, at the request of the student, authorize the deviation of the training plan, including in cases where a training element has been modified significantly or is no longer available.

§ 7. If training has not been completed within 6 years, the training schedule will lapses. The time is calculated from the signing of the training plan.

Chapter 6

Training elements

§ 8. The education elements of a flexible flow and the departure project, cf. Section 9 shall have a volume of equal to 60 ECTS points, of which :

1) at least 30 ECTS points must be achieved by the prodification of a professional area ; and

2) at least 10 ECTS-points for higher adult education, at least 15 ECTS-points on a diplom or at least 12 ECTS-points on a master training shall be achieved by a project in the area of professional training, cf. Section 5 (5). 2, no. 2.

Paragraph 2. The level, ordering and composition of each training element shall ensure a clear technical profile, a level of competence corresponding to higher adult education, diploma-and master-level respectively ; an internal context and a professional progression of the training in question.

Paragraph 3. Individual training elements may be carried out by the institution responsible for training, cf. the training plan. Section 5 (5). 1, or in other institutions, cf. Section 18 of the basic education and training of higher education (education system) for adults.

Chapter 7

Time project

§ 9. The training process shall be terminated by an individual, written departure project. The project must connect the individual training elements.

Paragraph 2. The subject of the departure project must be within the competence of the training area, cf. Section 5 (5). 2, no. 2, and shall be approved by the institution responsible for the project before the start of the project.

Paragraph 3. The departure project shall be implemented by the institution which has drawn up the training plan.

Paragraph 4. The institution shall designate a guidance counselor for the student in relation to the departure project.

§ 10. The review project shall be assessed by an oral test. A general nature shall be given for the written departure project and the oral performance.

Paragraph 2. The test shall be arranged in accordance with the same lines as for the professional area of the departure project and an individual assessment is given.

§ 11. In the case of samples and, in particular, the assessment of the departure project shall also apply to the rules in the notice of examinations and the degree in professional higher education.

§ 12. The Commission shall decide on the basis of this notice, except in the cases referred to in section 6 (2), and 2.

Chapter 8

Other Rules

§ 13. The governance of the Higher Education Committee may allow deviations from the notice as part of the experiment. At the same time, the duration and reporting form shall be determined.

§ 14. The decision by the Education institution pursuant to this notice may be brought to the Governing Committee for the Governing Committee of the Committee on Legal Affairs, when the complaint relates to legal issues. The appeal shall be submitted to the institution responsible for training, which shall make a statement, which the complainant shall have the opportunity to comment on within a period of at least 1 week. The institution shall send the complaint to the Management Board attached to the statement and any comments made by the complainant.

Paragraph 2. The deadline for filing a complaint pursuant to paragraph shall be made. One is two weeks from the day the decision is notified to the complainant.

Chapter 9

Entry into force

§ 15. The announcement shall enter into force on 5. December, 2013.

§ 16. Publication no. 1206 of 15. In December 2000, a flexible approach to higher education for adults is hereby repealed.
