Completion of higher education establishments at the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Higher Education institutions during the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Education,

In accordance with section 10 (4), 1, 3 and 5, and section 15 (3). 2, in the Act of Higher Artistic Education institutions, cf. Law Order no. 465 of 8. May 2013, as amended by law no. 898 of 4. July 2013 :

Chapter 1

The purpose of the Bachelor and candidate education

§ 1. Bachelor and candidate courses are independent training courses based on research, artistic development and practice to qualify the student independently to perform business functions on the basis of knowledge and knowledge, methodical skills in one or more areas of professional competence.

Paragraph 2. A professional area consists of a training element or group of related training elements within one of the areas : architecture, design, craft, preservation and restoration.

§ 2. The purpose of undergraduations is to :

1) introduce the students in the scientific and artistic disciplines of one or more specialized areas, including the theory and method of the area or area, so that students obtain a wide professional knowledge and skills ;

2) the student achieves the professional knowledge and the qualifications and skills of the students, so that students are able to independently identify, formulate and resolve complex issues in the field of the professional area or the relevant components of the professional areas ; and

3) the student shall obtain the basis for the exercise of business functions and to qualify for admission to a candidate ' s education.

§ 3. The purpose of the candidate's education is to

1) develop the professional knowledge and skills of the student and increase the qualifications and skills of the theoretical and competence as well as the independence of the undergrads,

2) the student achieves a technical clarification through the application of further elements of the disciplines and methods of the area in the disciplines and methodologies, including training in scientific and artistic work and method, which develops the student's student ; competence to dispuate more specialized business functions, as well as to participate in scientific and artistic development work ; and

3) qualify students for further training, including Ph.D. training.

Chapter 2

Organisation of the Organisation, etc.

§ 4. Bachelor and candidate education are built by a number of modules.

Paragraph 2. A module consists of a training element or a group of training elements that have as a goal that the student achieves a whole of professional qualifications and skills within a specified time frame set out in ECTS points and end. with one or more samples within certain exams mines specified and delimited by the study scheme.

Paragraph 3. A training element is understood as an educational part of its own learning objectives.

Paragraph 4. 60 ECTS scores correspond to 1 year of full-time study.

Paragraph 5. Training institution may lay down the rules governing the study of both the undergraduate and the Candidate Education and the date on which the student should have completed undergraduate training and, at the latest, must have completed the candidate's training after the date of the study ; Students have started a few training.

§ 5. The educational institution may lay down in the course of the study that each training period may include, where appropriate, an internship, possibly associated with areas outside the training institution in Denmark or abroad.

Paragraph 2. A maximum of 30 ECTS points may be replaced by the practice.

Enrollment to training elements

§ 6. Before the start of each study year or every six months, in accordance with the same period of study. however, paragraph 1 3, the training institution must ensure that students in undergraduate and graduates are enrolled in training elements in the relevant study of the training courses corresponding to 60 ECTS points or 30 ECTS points. Registration must be made, regardless of the lack of a student shortage of training elements from the previous year of study.

Paragraph 2. The educational institution shall lay down rules for registration for training elements, including the selection criteria for any possible. selection subject, cf. ~ 10 (1)) 3, and section 13 (3). 3. The education institution may withdraw a student to one or more training elements, cf. paragraph 1 if there are exceptional circumstances, or if the student is an elite sportscader, where the student will not be able to apply in a normal course of study. If a student is enrolled in one or more training elements in a study year, the training element or training elements will be included in the calculation of the ECTS points in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 in the student years of study.

Paragraph 5. The training institution may dispensers from enrollment rules determined in accordance with paragraph 1. 2 if exceptional conditions exist.

§ 7. Educational institution may join students who are admitted and registered in a study of undergraduate training, training elements and tests for up to 30 ECTS-points on a candidate ' s training if the educational institution it is estimated that the student has professional qualifications to implement and graduate undergraduate training and, at the same time, to complete training elements in candidate education.

Paragraph 2. Chapter 3

Bachelor training

§ 8. Bachelor training has been set to 180 ECTS points

§ 10. Bachelor training must be a runaway training course in which students are able to get the basis for further study on candidate education. Bachelor training may also form the basis for the exercise of professional functions.

Paragraph 2. The educational institution shall organise the training process in such a way as to ensure the professional coherence and progression of the design.

Paragraph 3. The educational institution shall lay down in the course of the study arrangements for the individual undergraduate training :

1) Acting training elements for the general professional competence and identity of training and other compulsory training elements corresponding to at least 120 ECTS points. The Heri must be a bachelor project of at least 10 ECTS points and not more than 30 ECTS points.

2) Whether the training includes optional training elements. If there are optional training elements, these can be between 10 ECTS points and no more than 60 ECTS points. Optional training elements can be used for students to qualify the study and business skills through toning and perspectives in areas that are broadly related to the core areas of education.

Paragraph 4. The Bachelor project is placed at the level of training of education. Study year and must document the student's understanding of and ability to reflect on the main areas of education. The task formulation of the undergraduate study is formulated by the educational institution or the student body. The Education Foundation shall approve the task formulation and shall, at the same time, fix a time limit for the project.

Chapter 4

Candidate training

§ 11. Candidate training is set to 120 ECTS points.

§ 12. A candidate's education gives the right to use the term 'cand'. (candidatus or candidatals) followed by the Latin designation for each education, cf. in Annex 1, unless a different description is set out in Annex 1. The trade name of the training must be specified subsequently. The corresponding English language designation is the Master of Arts (MA) or Master of Science (MSC), followed by the term in English as specified in Annex 1 unless a different designation is set out in Annex 1.

§ 13. Candidate training must be a run-down process that builds knowledge and the insight that the student has acquired in undergraduate training. Candidate education must qualify for Ph.D. training.

Paragraph 2. The educational institution shall organise the training process in such a way as to ensure the professional coherence and progression of the design. The modular structure of the training must ensure that students are normally able to choose between competencies of competency aimed at different business functions.

Paragraph 3. The educational institution shall lay down in the study arrangements for the individual candidate training :

1) Acting training elements for the general professional competence and identity of training and other compulsory training elements corresponding to at least 90 ECTS points. This includes a nominal of 30 ECTS points, yet the candidate special for conservatory training must be between 40 and 60 ECTS points.

2) Whether the training includes optional training elements. If there are optional training elements, these can be between 10 ECTS points and no more than 60 ECTS points. Optional training elements can be used for students to qualify the study and business skills through toning and perspectives in areas that are broadly related to the core areas of education.

Paragraph 4. The candidate specialties end training and must document skills in the use of artistic and / or scientific theories and methods during work with a professional bounded subject. However, the institution of the Education Institute may dispense from the fact that the specialty concludes the training when it is justified in exceptional circumstances.

Paragraph 5. The task formulation of the candidate specialist is being formulated by the student. Paragraph 6. If the student does not deliver the specialty in the case of paragraph 1. Chapter 5

Tests and examination

§ 14. An education shall include the external tests necessary in accordance with the announcement of the examination and censorship of higher-stage artistic studies at the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Higher Education and training ; (SAT SAT) This training may include the internal tests in addition to this. The training must include at least the following three tests :

2) A remote sample in the undergraduate project.

3) A remote sample in the candidate's specialty.

Chapter 6

Study scheme

§ 15. The institution of the Education institution shall lay down detailed rules on training in a study scheme.

Paragraph 2. The study arrangements for undergraduates must include :

1) The designation of the training in Danish and in English, cf. § 9.

2) Norm specified in ECTS points.

3) Fagable profile that describes

a) the purpose of training,

b) training elements of training, cf. § 10, and

c) the target of training for learning to exchange training.

4) Rules for modules, training elements, and optionally optional training elements, cf. sections 4 and 10, including

a) learning-exchange in the form of knowledge, skills and competencies ;

b) scope specified in ECTS-point,

c) the teaching and working forms,

d) time-off, and

(e) conditions for participation.

5) Rules on written tasks and project work, including the underwriting project and the extent to which it is to be completed, cf. § 10.

6) Rules for merit, including the option of selecting modules forming part of another education at a training institution in Denmark or abroad, cf. § 19.

7) Rules for the internship, cf. § 5.

8) Any rules for practising, cf. § 5.

9) Any rules on which the student must have completed training after commencing on this subject, cf. Section 4 (4). 5.

10) Any rules on the requirement to read texts in foreign languages and the knowledge of the foreign language or the alienation of the language of foreign languages are required.

Paragraph 3. The study arrangements for candidate training shall include :

1) Access requirements.

2) The designation of the training in Latin, Danish and English, cf. section 12 and Annex 1.

3) Normation specified in ECTS points, cf. § 11.

4) Fagable profile that describes

a) the purpose of training,

b) training elements of training, cf. § 13, and

c) the target of training for learning to exchange training.

5) Rules for modules, training elements, and optionally optional training elements, cf. § 4 and § 13 (3). 3, including

a) learning-exchange in the form of knowledge, skills and competencies ;

b) scope specified in ECTS-point,

c) the teaching and working forms,

d) time-off, and

(e) conditions for participation.

6) Rules on written tasks and project work, including the candidate specialist and the extent to which it is to be completed, cf. § 13.

7) Rules for merit, including the option of selecting modules forming part of another education at a training institution in Denmark or abroad, cf. § 19.

8) Any rules for practising, cf. § 5.

9) Any rules on which the student must have completed training after commencing on this subject, cf. Section 4 (4). 5.

10) Any requirement to read texts in foreign languages and the indication of the foreign language or alienation of the language of foreign languages are required.

Paragraph 4. In addition to the rules laid down pursuant to this notice, the study arrangements shall include rules established under the notice of access to artistic training and undergraduations of higher artistic educational establishments ; in the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Vials (The Bachelor Access Order), the announcement of access to candidate education by the higher-stage educational institutions of the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Higher Educational (The Candidate Access Order), the announcement of the examination and censorship of higher-stage artistic studies under the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Vials (Sanitation Order), and notice on the scale of character and the second assessment by certain educational establishments under the Ministry of Culture (report by the Ministry of Culture (report by the Ministry of Culture).

Paragraph 5. It must be stated in the study of the study that the educational institution can dispense with the rules of the study of the study, which alone is set by the educational institution, when it is justified in exceptional circumstances.

§ 16. Study schemes and significant changes are coming into force at the start of the course of study.

Paragraph 3. Governing student schemes must be publicly available on the educational website of the educational institution.

§ 17. With a view to a coherent training structure for undergrad and candidate education, the educational institution of the notification framework may lay down common rules on the content and organisation of education and training in the educational institution.

Chapter 7

Merit, complaint, try and dispensation

§ 18. The supposed training elements following this notice shall equivalence equivalence to other educational establishments providing the same training for the same training after this notice.

Paragraph 2. The student has a duty to provide information on the training elements of a different Danish or foreign higher education, which must be assumed to be able to provide merit. The decision shall be made on the basis of a professional opinion.

§ 19. The student has an obligation to document the completed and proven training elements of the approved student residence in Denmark or abroad on the prior authorisation of study periods in Denmark or abroad to show the study of the approved study. The student must, in the case of prior approval, give consent to the training institution after a study to be made available for the purpose of obtaining the necessary information.

Paragraph 2. For the approval of paragraph 1, 1 the training element shall be deemed to have been completed if it has been determined in accordance with the rules relating to the training in question.

Paragraph 3. The education institution must publish in its website a statistic of decisions on merit, including advance merit.

20. The decisions of the educational institution in accordance with this notice may be brought to the Governing Committee for the Governing Committee of the Experts when the complaint relates to legal matters. The appeal shall be made to the institution of training, which shall deliver an opinion, which the complainant shall have the opportunity to comment on within a period of one week. The institution of the Education Foundation shall send the complaint to the Management Board attached to the opinion and any comments made by the complaint.

Paragraph 2. To lodge a complaint, in accordance with paragraph 1, One is two weeks from the day the decision is notified to the complainant.

§ 21. The governance of the Higher Education Committee may allow the deviation of the notice as part of the experiment. At the same time, the duration of the test and the reporting form shall be determined.

Chapter 8

Training for artistic crafts in glass and ceramics

§ 22. Chapter 9

Entry into force

Paragraph 3. The following notices shall be deleted :

1) Publication no. 531 of 27. June 2002 on architectural training at the Royal Danske Kunstakademi Architecture School and Architecture School in Aarhus (Bachelor and Candist Training)

2) Publication no. 608 of 18. August 1998 on education, etc., on the Royal Danske Kunstakadem Conservatory school.

Individual Candials

Candidate education is located within one of the areas : architecture, design, or preservation and restoration.

1. Candidate Education in architecture (cand.arch.)

-Candidate training in architecture is intended to qualify the student in an artistic and scientific basis for employment as an architect in the public and private sector.

-Architecture training may enable students to specialize in the main areas of the architectural sector :

1) Planning

3) (Architectural) design

-Candidate education gives the right to the term "candle.arch". (candidatus/candidatecturae). In English, Master of Arts (MA) in Architecture.

2. Candidate Education in Design (Candle.des.)

-Candidate training in design aims to qualify students to gain professional knowledge, methodical skill and professional competence in the disciplines of design professionals for employment in the design area, including craft and crafts.

-Candidate training is developing in an artistic and scientific basis the students ' ability for aesthetics, innovative formulas and resolution of a problem in a vector between concrete, materialenaries and abstract, theoretical approaches, so that, students are qualified to resolve both concrete, theoretical and abstract design tasks.

3. Candidate training in preservatives and restoration (cand.scient.cons)

-Candidate training and restoration training are designed to qualify the student to perform business functions with background in scientific and artistic studies in the preservation and restoration of cultural and natural heritage.

-Candidate education must build the skills of the students in areas such as active and preventive preservation, restoration, faghistorie, relevant to bordering humanities and natural sciences, relevant craft and relevant art, so that the candidate gets to have the candidate relevant skills and competencies, as well as in selected areas, a knowledge based on the highest level of international research.
