(Wait List Fees Charting)

§ 1

Notice no. 1303 of 15. In December 2009, on the rental of general housing etc., as amended by the notice No 1474 of 16. December 2010 and Notice no. 913 of 10. September 2012, the following changes are made :

1. Section 3, paragraph 3. 3, ITREAS :

" Stop. 3 . The housing organisation shall be charged on the withdrawal of a fee (charging fee), which shall not substantially exceed the expenses incurred by the management of the housing organisation. In the form of listing, the housing organisation shall inform the housing organisation in writing on the rules in 3., 5. and 7. Act. Additional administrative charges shall be collected annually on the updating of the waiting list (up to date fees). However, following prior agreement with the housing seeker, the housing organisation may charge up the updating fee for a longer period, but not more than a period of five years. If the housing seeker does not pay the tuition, the housing organisation shall send a reminder of the missing payment to the housing seeker. The reminder shall include the rule in 7. Act. If the housing does not pay for the reminders, the housing seeker is deleted from the waiting list.

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 23rd. 1 January 2013 and have effect on the list of inventions, collections and deletions from the wait list, which is carried out on 23. January 2013, or later.
