Announcing concerning the amendment of the publication of the grant for conversion to organic land use

§ 1

Notice no. 94 of 28. January, 2010, on subsidies for conversion to organic soil, as amended by publication No 2 ; 373 of 12. April 2010 and Notice no. 90 of 27. In January 2012, the following changes are made :

1. The following section 11 is inserted :

" § 11 a. Regardless of section 11, there may be from 1. February 2013 shall not be submitted for a commitment to grants. `

2. Two places. Section 22 (2). 2, the "2013" will be replaced by "2015".

3. After paragraph 22 is inserted in Chapter 5 :

" § 22 a. If a commitment includes the areas covered by section 23 (4), The declaration may be made that the reduction of grants under section 23 (3). Two, do not accept.

Paragraph 2. The declaration may relate to one or more undertakings ' commitments. The following provisions shall apply to the declaration of each undertaking :

1) The declaration may be lodged only if there are the areas covered by section 23 (4). 2, for the affis; the declaration covers and which were not covered by Section 23 (1). Paragraph 3. Paragraph 4. 5. Section 33 (4). TWO, TWO. pkt., and § 37 revoked.

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. February, 2013.

Paragraph 2. § 1, no. 2 shall apply from 1. January 2013.
