Publication of good agricultural and environmental condition (GLM) 1)

In accordance with paragraph 1 (1), paragraphs 1, 2 and 4 and 4 (4) and (4), 1, in the case of the administration of the European Community regulations on schemes under the Common Agricultural Policy, financed by the European Guarantee Fund for Agriculture and so on. (The agricultural aid law), cf. Law Order no. 445 of 23. April 2010, and section 3, no. 2 and 3, cf. § 2, nr. 4 (a-d and 11 (1), Amendment No 4. 316 of 31. March 2007, on rural development (rural areas), shall be adopted according to the authority :

Scope of application

§ 1. This notice lays down the requirements for good agricultural and environmental condition, as recipients of direct aid and support under the 2007-2013 rural areas programme, must comply with agricultural land and areas covered by commitments by : The rural area program. The requirements set out in Annex 1 to this notice and of Annex 1 to the notice of cross compliance shall be shown in accordance with the requirements of the cross-compliance. Notice no. 51 of 23. January 2013. The compliance and verification of the requirements set out in Annex 1 to this notice shall be regulated in the notice of cross-compliance.

Paragraph 2. Specifications 4.1, 4.2, 4.5 and 4.12 of Annex 1 to this notice shall not apply where the conditions of commitment to rural areas, commitments under the legislation or projects approved by the Natural Agency for the implementation of the Council shall not apply, Directive 79 /409/EEC of 2. April 1979 on the protection of wild birds, Council Directive 92 /43/EEC of 21. May 1992 on the conservation of natural habitats and wild fauna and flora and European Parliament and Council Directive 2000 /60/EC of 23. In October 2000 establishing a framework for Community water policy measures prevent compliance with requirements 4.1, 4.2, 4.5 and 4.12.

Paragraph 3. The requirements set out in Annex 1 to this notice shall not apply to areas which are reported as an agricultural area for a period of not less than five years, provided that they are not applied to agricultural activity and no aid shall be sought for the areas under Regulations covered by Council Regulation (EC) No, 73/2009 of 19. 1 January 2009 or Council Regulation (EC) No, 1698/2005 of 20. September 2005. However, the areas may be reloaded during the period and the planting stock shall be left untouched by the area.

Definitions

§ 2. In the case of cultivated land, the notice shall be the agricultural area in which the production of crops or ungrazing is not produced.

Paragraph 2. In the case of permanent pasture, the area of land devoted to grass for at least five years and under normal weather conditions may be ungrazed or harvested by a suspension in the period 1. June to 31. August and

1) where the cover of more than half of the part of the semi-grass and other vegetables is made of grass and other vegetables,

2) other agricultural areas with grass, other than cultivated areas.

Paragraph 3. In the case of grazing land, the adoration shall mean agricultural land used for the cultivation of grass or other vegetable crops, both sown and self-sown, and which shall be repaid with other crop other than grass at least every five years and under normal conditions ; the weather conditions may be ungrazed or harvested by a suspension in the period 15. May to 15. September and

1) where the cover of more than half of the part of the semi-grass and other vegetables is made of grass and other vegetables,

2) other agricultural areas with grass, other than cultivated areas.

Excultivated areas

§ 3. Ucultivated areas shall be kept in the plant deck until such time as cultivation is re-examined.

Paragraph 2. In areas which are transferred to cultivated land or cultivated land recovered within 14 days of harvest, the plant deck shall be established within 14 days of harvest. If the harvest is so late that plant cover cannot be established at this stage of growth, the plant deck shall be established as soon as possible and not later than 31. May the following year.

Paragraph 3. In the first paragraph, 1 the areas referred to above shall be referred to each year before 1. In October, the fall in areas without sufficient plant cover.

Paragraph 4. Excultivated areas shall not be used in a manner that causes the destruction of the plant deck.

Paragraph 5. Notwithstanding paragraph 1 4 is the permitted area of cultivated land,

1) temporarily storing straw, roams, potatoes and similar,

2) to drape, plant and land, sand and gravel or actual soil improvers, such as chalice, on condition the plant deck is re-established as soon as the work on the supply is completed, and

3) to establish interim measures and arrangements in accordance with the rules of the single payment scheme, if the plant-deck is re-established as soon as possible after use.

Paragraph 6. The provisions of paragraph 1. However, 1-2 shall not apply to areas situated within the aboards referred to in section 69 of the waterflow slots of two metres.

Paragraph 7. Plant cover may be omitted from a maximum width of a maximum of two metres in each field (bargrounsstripes). However, the plant tyre may not be omitted on land located more than five metres from lakes, open water flows, coastlines and time memories that are protected under the section 29 of the mouse slop.

Paragraph 8. Bargrounders can be established in accordance with section 18 (2). 3, in the notice of direct aid to farmers under the single payment scheme.

Niner. 9. Notwithstanding paragraph 1 In the case of cultivated areas, soil work shall be carried out from 15. July, prior to the establishment of a winter crop. Grassland

The areas must be kept free of the growth of trees and bushes.

Paragraph 2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1 1 may be subject to permanent pasture, for which aid shall not be sought after the Single Payment Scheme and without the nitrogen quota located in Natura 2000 areas or covered by a Section 3 protection under the nature protection law, or the SFL areas that are, as per the case, 31. In December 2006, in accordance with one of the Ministry of Health ' s declarations on subsidies for environmentally friendly land use measures, the lightsaur shall be maintained with a clear mark of a minimum of 0,3 livestock units per litre. ha. on average over the period from 1. July to 15. September. If the degrazing is not sufficient to keep the area of the area open or the weeping is carried out with less than 0,3 livestock units per unit of charge. ha. on average during the pasture period, the area must be fought each year in the period 1. July to 15. September. For the conversion of horses and ruminants to livestock units, Annex 2 shall be used.
