Law on the amendment of the Health Act

(Financial aid for dental hygis to people with epilepsy)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the health code, cf. Law Order no. 913 of 13. July 2010, as last amended by Section 1 of law no. 1401 of 23. December 2012, the following changes are made :

1. The title before section 135 is replaced by the following :

"Financial aid to dental hygis by accident-related dental damage and dental damage caused by epileptic seizures".

2. I § 135 pasted as paragraph 2 :

" Stop. 2. The local authority shall provide support to dentures to persons with epilepsy in the event of functionally destructive or aqueous consequences of injury to teeth, mouth or jaw archases caused by an epileptic seizure. "

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. February, 2013.

Paragraph 2. The law shall apply to damages arising after the entry into force of the law.

§ 3

The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland but can, by means of a royal device, be set in full or in part to the Faeroe Islands, with the changes that the ferotable relationships are to make.
