August 2011, Section 7 of the law on private high school schools, student courses and courses for higher preparation (hf courses), cf. Law Order no. 950 of 24. September 2012, and section 4 (4). Three, in the law. 166 of 14. The following March 2001 on the teaching environment of students and students shall be determined :

Scope and definitions

§ 1. The announcement shall apply to :

1) Institutions for general education and general adult education.

2) Institutions for vocational training.

3) Private high school schools, student courses and courses for higher preparation rates (hf-courses).

4) High school infirmary at St. Annae High.

§ 2. For the purposes of this notice :

1) Student Study : Student Council or Couric Throat by the institutions referred to in section 1 and so on.

2) ' Elever : Elever or courier on the institutions referred to in section 1 and other countries.

Tasks of the lift

§ 3. Student council is the representation of students to the institution.

§ 4. The Student Council shall carry out cooperation with the Management Board, the head of staff and other staff members ' common educational, professional, cultural, personal and economic interests at the institution.

Paragraph 2. The Student Council shall have the right to issue a position on the conditions laid down in paragraph 1. 1.

The reduction and selection of members of the Council

§ 7. The institutions referred to in section 1 and so on shall have the right to form an student body.

Paragraph 2. In an institution with more training or departments, one student body shall be set up for the entire institution. It may be laid down in the statutes, cf. § 12, paragraph 1. 2, no. 1 that the Student Council may, in addition, set up firm advice for the individual education or department of the institution.

§ 8. The members of the Student Council shall be selected on an annual establishment meeting to which all students at the institution must be invited and have access to the right to vote. It may be laid down in the statutes, cf. § 12, paragraph 1. 1, no. 4, that the annual regular session is held separately at each department.

Paragraph 2. An Student Council is operating until the next annual annual meeting, or until a new student council is elected at a student meeting for the rest of the period up to the next annual annual service meeting. If a student council decides to resign, the institution's leader must invite the students to choose a new student body for the rest of the period up to the next annual annual meeting.

§ 9. All students at the institution have been voting, and are electionable to the student council.

Paragraph 2. On institutions that have the provision of vocational training, it may be decided in the Staff Regulations that students in a vocational training period after the end of the term of school retain the right to vote and the eligibility for and membership of the Student Council if they are to be carried out, a training period in training is expected to resume training at the institution.

§ 10. The council members are un-groaning.

Paragraph 2. Participation in student council meetings, including attendance at regular councils, cf. § 12, paragraph 1. 2, no. 1, in the training period shall be treated as an absence in the teaching period and shall not be registered as a absence. However, the timing and extent of the meetings must be agreed with the head of the institution.

Staff Regulations and Rules of Procedure

§ 11. A proposal for the student council's statutes shall be drawn up by the student council, cf. however, section 15 (3). 2, and shall be adopted at a student meeting convened by the student body and for which all students have access to the speech and voting rights.

Paragraph 2. Any decision to change the status of the student body must be adopted at a student meeting, cf. paragraph 1.

Paragraph 3. Student who are not members of the Student Council may make proposals for amendments to the Staff Regulations of the Student Council.

§ 12. The bylaws of the Council shall include provisions concerning :

1) The size of the elevator.

2) The procedure for the selection of members of the student body and, where appropriate, of alternates, including where appropriate, of permanent representation for different training or departments.

3) Conservation of suffrage and eligibility for internship during periods, cf. Section 9 (1). 2.

4) Conduct of the annual ordinary student body meeting, cf. § 8 (3) 1, including when the meeting is to be held, the time limits for calls for the meeting and for the submission of proposals for processing at the meeting and fixed item points.

5) The holding of other lifts meetings, including time limits for the meeting and for the submission of proposals for processing at the meeting.

6) The Student's Economy and Accounting Department.

7) The approach of the memorandum of association.

Paragraph 2. The Staff Regulations may include additional provisions, including those relating to :

1) The reduction of the Permanent Council of Ministers for Individual Education or Departments at the institution, and the choice of such advice and their composition and tasks.

2) The setting up of the Permanent Committees of the Student Council and the choice of committees and their composition and their duties.

3) The designation of the teaching environment representatives of the Student Council, cf. Section 6 (2). 2.

§ 13. It must take precedence over the annual annual meeting of the meeting, cf. § 8 (3) Paragraph 12 (1) and 12 (2). 1, no. 4, be audited auditing of the student council's accounts of two Accounable Accountators appointed by the Student Council and the institution of the institution in association.

Paragraph 2. If the institution does not have an student body, the institution of the institution may, in cooperation with interested pupils, prepare a memorandum proposal with a view to holding a student meeting, cf. Section 11 (1). 1.

§ 16. The head of the institution must cooperate with the Student Council to disseminate knowledge among the students of the Student Council, including the activities and tasks of the Council, in order to strengthen the democratic understanding among the students.

Paragraph 2. The head of the institution must continuously ensure cooperation with the student council to disseminate students ' knowledge of lifts, including through the information material, the use of the institution's website and information on the annual regular student meeting, cf. § 8 (3) Paragraph 12 (1) and 12 (2). 1, no. 4.

§ 17. The institution shall grant the student body contribution to the work of the student body, including any cost to membership of organisations or participation in the event of an elevation of an elevation. The Board of Directors shall determine the size of the grant, taking into account a draft budget from the student council.

Paragraph 2. The Student Council may have other income than the institution ' s grants under paragraph 1. 1.

Entry into force

§ 19. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. February, 2013.
