Publication of the amendment of the notification of subsidies to the maintenance of changes in water,

§ 1

Notice no. 93 of 28. January, 2010, on subsidies for the maintenance of changes made by publication No 2 by the date of publication 80 of 27. In January 2012, the following changes are made :

1. After section 4 is inserted in Chapter 2 :

" § 4 a. For the purposes of this publication, on the peripherals of the peripheral zone, the outer zone under the territory of the peripherals and the rules laid down by the rules shall be issued. `

2. § 8 (3) TWO, TWO. and 3. pkt., ITREAS :

" A mark card shall be used in the target ratio of 1:10. The field blocks and field block numbers shown in the field block register by the Ministry of the Food Department shall appear on the marker. `

3. Two places. Section 23, paragraph 1. 2, the "2013" will be replaced by "2015".

4. I § 24 pasted as paragraph 2 and paragraph 3 :

" Stop. 2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1 1 shall be reduced to the annual grant for the year in question by an amount per have, as set out in paragraph 1. 3 for the following areas :

a) an undertaking has been covered by an application in accordance with an application received in the Natural Acquisitional Management Board on 1. February 2013, or later,

b) which are intended for compensation for the outermost regions for a period of commitment, which is wholly or partially coincide with the year, and

c) which are randzonal areas at the beginning of the commitment period referred to in point (b).

Paragraph 3.
