Publication of the amendment of the notice of dental

§ 1

Notice no. 179 of 28. February 2012 on dental work, as amended by announcement No 1 1344 of 18. December 2012, the following changes are made :

1. I preamour the words ' and Law No 1259 of 18. December 2012 'to :', law no. 1259 of 18. December 2012 and Law No 62 of 29. January 2013 '.

2. The headline the following shall be replaced by the following :

"Financial support for dental hygianists by accident-related dental damage and dental damage caused by epileptic seizures"

3. § 17 ITREAS :

" § 17. Support for dentists in section 135 of the Health Code includes support for fixed prostheses (Kroner, bridges, implants, etc.) and protractive prostheses (whole-and partial prostheses).

Paragraph 2. Aid to dentures in accordance with Article 135 of the health officer shall be allocated under the following conditions :

1) Aid shall only be granted to the extent that damage is not covered by insurance. If the damage is partially covered by insurance, the damage may be granted to that part of the injury not covered by the insurance.

2) Aid shall be granted only for processing in accordance with the status and maintenance level of the floor;

3) Aid shall be granted only to remedy the direct damage effects of the accident or the epileptic seizure and not for any subsequent injury which does not have an immediate connection with the original damage.

4) No aid shall be granted for the repair or replacement of an earlier grant of dentures unless justified in the course of a processing requirement resulting from a subsequent new injury covered by Article 135 of the health officer.

Paragraph 3. If the patient wishes to receive a treatment other than that granted by the local authorities to the Clause 135 of the health officer, the patient may receive a refund of an amount equal to the price of the treatment for which the local authority has authorised the aid. `

4. The headline point 9 shall be replaced by the following :

"Property payment, entry into force, etc."

5. § 28 revoked.

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. February, 2013.
