Publication of the calculation of the gross epenal area of the household after housing support law
Under Section 77, in the case of individual housing aid, cf. Law Order no. 34 of 18. January 2013, as follows :
§ 1. The gross epenal area of the residence shall be established in accordance with the rules laid down in accordance with the Law on Building and Home Registration.
Paragraph 2. The statement of the gross oebox area shall be taken in accordance with paragraph 1. Paragraph 1 shall apply with the following exceptions :
1) For housing without independent access, if area is not registered as an autonomous entity in the Building and Book Register (BBR), but as part of an independent unit, the gross epenal area of the household is calculated according to rules set out in accordance with the law on building and housing registration.
2) The area of continuation spaces belonging to a dwelling but is situated separately from here shall be taken into account for the gross Floor Area of the housing. This applies, for example, to the area of space for housing purposes situated on other floors with independent access with the associated address.
§ 2. If the applicant can prove that another specific residence in the same property has similar planting and use, including the same layout and the number of rooms, but a lower gross oepenal area, in accordance with section 1 other than the accommodation provided by the applicant drill, upend the gross Floor Area of the house as follows :
Paragraph 2. The gross epenal area of housing aid shall be refurbid; as the area charged to the very corresponding accommodation in the property. This shall be done in cases where the gross epenal area of the housing is calculated in accordance with Article 1 that the housing cost due to the Clause 12 and Clause 12 shall be reduced in the calculation.
Paragraph 3. Statement by the house ' s gross epenal area, as provided for in paragraph 1, 2 shall be taken with effect from the first of the month following the applicant ' s request.
Paragraph 4. For the verification of the applicant ' s information, Payments Denmark may obtain the attestation from the property owner of the actual housing and use value of the specific housing, cf. paragraph 1 and 41 (4) of the law. 4.
§ 3. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. March, 2013.
