Publication of the level of the A1 and the A2-level Danes for family-colled foreigners

In accordance with section 9 (4), 36, in the law of foreigners, cf. Law Order no. 984 of 2. In October 2012, and after negotiating with the children's children and the Minister for Education, the following shall be :

Chapter 1

Definitions

§ 1. Chapter 2

Form A1 and A2 test

§ 4. The A1 and A2 tests are oral tests which are submitted individually without auxiliary means.

Paragraph 2. The A1 and A2 tests shall be carried out using a computer-based test system playing the questions of the test and shall record the response of the test participant. The test participant shall not operate the computer, and the submission of the A1 and A2 tests does not require IT-based knowledge.

§ 5. The total sample time of the A1 sample is approximately About 20 minutes, and for the A2 test. 25 minutes depending on the exact duration of each issue. All Trial Participants shall be assigned the same response time within the total trial period.

Chapter 3

Contents of A1 and A2 test

§ 6. The A1s test consists of 30 questions in four partial samples. In part test 1, the sample participant shall answer questions concerning itself ; in part test two, the sample participant shall listen to a number of short texts and respond to questions about the texts. In part test 3, the test participant hears a number of texts and must respond to whether a given image is appropriate for each text. In part test four, the sample participant shall listen to a number of short stories and respond to questions of each story.

§ 7. The a2 test consists of 30 questions, distributed in four subsamples. In part test 1, the sample participant shall answer questions concerning itself ; in part test 2, the sample participant shall listen to a number of texts and respond to questions about the texts. In part test 3, the Trial Participant must listen to a number of dialogues and respond to questions about each dialog. In subtest four, the test participant hears a tale and must answer questions about the tale.

Chapter 4

Charge Charge

§ 8. The fee for taking the A-1 sample and the A2 test is set to 2.438,40 Kroner in the 2013 level. The amount of the amount shall be adjusted once a year on 1. Chapter 5

Deasfeed for the A1 and A2 tests

§ 9. The Immigration Management Board shall set a period of six months to pass the A-1 sample. The period shall be calculated from the date of entry into the register of the population or, where the sample participant already has a residence permit in this country, from the notification of the residence permit in accordance with Article 9 (4) of the foreigners. 1, no. § 10. The Immigration Board shall set a period of 15 months to pass the A2 test. Chapter 6

Participation in A1 and A2 tests

§ 12. Participation in the A1 and A2 tests is conditional on the sampling of the sampling participant prior to sampling

2) has paid the test fee, cf. § 8 (3) 1 and 2,

4) for test results, passports or other valid travel records, issued by a public authority, have been presented by a public authority.

Paragraph 2. If a Trial Participant cannot display credential with photo, cf. paragraph 1, or the identity of the test participant is questioned, the test shall be immediately held in contact with the Immigration.

§ 13. In the case of the decision that the A1to be a bestseller, the Immigration Management Board shall, for the purpose of the test, including the consequences of not complying with the rules, the possibility of complaining about the test flow and the assessment of the test. Chapter 7

Adetentions of A1 and A2 test

§ 16. The test shall ensure that the A1 and A2 tests are carried out under reassuring conditions, including that the enclosure and other rooms used in the test holding are appropriate for the purposes of this purpose.

Chapter 8

Assessment of the test

Chapter 9

Complagues

20. A complaint against the test must be lodged at the Immigration Management Board no later than 7 days after the test has been carried out. Complainas submitted later is rejected.

§ 21. The Trial Participant may complain to the Ministry of Justice of the Expidation Management Decisions following this notice, cf. however, section 22. The complaint shall be submitted to the Ministry of Justice no later than 7 days after the decision has been issued. Complainas submitted later is rejected.

§ 22. The sample participant may appeal to the Ministry of Children and Education above the decision of the Board of Appeal whether the A1 or A2 test has been passed or has not passed. The complaint shall be submitted to the Ministry of Children and Education no later than 7 days after the decision has been announced. Complainas submitted later is rejected.

Paragraph 2. Until the Ministry of Children and Undertaking has taken a decision in accordance with paragraph 1. 1, the Board of Appeal may not decide on the extension of the extension or withdrawal of the residence permit, in the name of the fact that the sample participant has not passed the A-1 test.

Chapter 10

Entry into force

Appendix 1

The following tests shall be deemed as necessary to provide proof that a foreigner has passed a test sample at a level of at least one (1) level :

1. The Danish-class Tests of Dansk 1 have been a character average of at least 6 (since the 13-scale) or 02 (after 7-step scale), Test in Danish 2 passed with a character average of not less than 6 (after 13-scale) or 02 (after 7-step scale), Test in Danish 3 a grade average of not less than 6 (since the 13-scale) or 02 (after the 7-step scale) or the Study test must have been at least the grade 6 (after the 13th scale) or 02 (after the 7-step scale) in each of the four disciplines.

(For the calculation of an average character for Sample in Danish 1, Test in Danish 2 and Test in Danish 3 counts the grade in verbal communication twice).

Second, the school's final test of the ninth. or 10. class with a grade average of not less than 6 (after 13-scale) or 02 (after the 7-step scale) of the Danish disciplines, other than order.

3. Prove to high school education-the general high school education (student exams and HHX and HTX) and vocational secondary education.

5. Almed adult education (avu) : Danish as second language level G, Danish as second language level D, Danish level G or Danish level D with a character average of at least 02 (after 7-step scale). Prove to the general preparation.

6. passed FVU read step 1, step 2, step 3 or step 4.

7. Proof of vocational training (e.g. proof of completed basic flow (groundwork certificate)), or at a disconnected course, a statement from the school with information on completed teaching and submitted tests with the standpoint peraxieer or test at least 6 (after 13-scale) or at least 02 (after the 7-step scale) in Danish on level A-F.

8. Bestled Dansktry 3 from Student School in Copenhagen and Odense, and Aarhus Municipality Center.

9. Evidence of higher education at universities, commercial schools, nursing schools, nursing schools, seminars, etc., unless it is a foreign language training program.

Older, approved samples

10. Language Centers Almentry 2, with a character average of at least 6.

11. Bested Dansktry 2 from the language centers (since 2002 Study test).

12, the projection of the language of the language schools, with an average of 3 or more.

13. The professional preparation of the language schools (ERH) has been passed by a grade average of not less than 6 or B.

14. The adult education preparatory test for the language schools (VUF) has been passed with a character average of at least 6 or B.

Danish as second language steps 1, Danish step 1 or Dansk step 2 from general adult education (avu).

16. Social and health care training, educational basic education (pgu), social and health care training with an average of standpoint or test characters in Danish of not less than 6 (after the 13-scale) or 02 (after 7-step scale).

17. Proof of vocational training (e.g. proof of completed basic flow certificate) or evidence of partially completed basic flow tests in at least one level A-F level A-F, with an average of standpoint and test characters in Danish of not less than 6 (after 13-scale) or 02 (after the 7-step scale).


Appendix 2

The following tests shall be deemed as necessary to provide proof that a foreigner has passed a test of at least 22-level dancing :

1. The Danish-class Tests of Dansk 1 have been a character average of at least 6 (since the 13-scale) or 02 (after 7-step scale), Test in Danish 2 passed with a character average of not less than 6 (after 13-scale) or 02 (after 7-step scale), Test in Danish 3 a grade average of not less than 6 (since the 13-scale) or 02 (after the 7-step scale) or the Study test must have been at least the grade 6 (after the 13th scale) or 02 (after the 7-step scale) in each of the four disciplines.

(For the calculation of an average character for Sample in Danish 1, Test in Danish 2 and Test in Danish 3 counts the grade in verbal communication twice).
