Appendix 1

Publication of the regulation of pigeon, gray-goose, bramgoose and canadage in Dragons and Tårnby Municipalities 1)

Purline to section 37, section 49, paragraph. (3) and Section 54 (4)) 3, in the law of hunting and feral management, cf. Law Order no. 930 of 24. September 2009, shall be determined :

Objections, definitions and scope

§ 1. The purpose of the announcement is to respond to the risk of air safety in Copenhagen Airport, Kastrup.

§ 2. For the purpose of regulation, the notice shall be the establishment or regeneration of wild game.

Paragraph 2. Regulation pursuant to this notice shall be carried out in compliance with the rules on hunting, hunting and game management and in the notices issued under the law, unless otherwise stated by the notice.

§ 3. With this notice, permission to owners and users of properties in Dragons and Tårnby Municipality shall be notified to the local authority to regulate Rat from 1. July to 31. -October.

Paragraph 2. In Dragons and Tårnby Municipalities, areas where the hunting and wild management of hunting and game management can be carried out, the whole year is regulated by cries of greed, bramgoose and canadage when they fly in packs with five or more.

Paragraph 3. The compiers shall not apply to the fishing sector, and to the regulation of : Vestamates, Matr.1 a Koklappers, Tårnby. Afland shage, matr.No 135 a St. Magleby City, St. Magleby and Kofoed Enge, matr.100b, and Hestefelrest part of matr. No 93 a, cf. Annex 1, as well as the island of Saltholm, with associated small islands situated in the Community Birds Protection Area 110.

Adjustment

§ 4. Regulation pursuant to the notice shall be carried out with the glatent shotguns or rifles weapons.

Paragraph 2. This notice shall be authorised to permit the use of artificial concealment and artificial locule owl by means of the notice.

Paragraph 3. Property owners and users can amuse others to complete the regulation.

Paragraph 4. Regulation may only be made by people who are 18 years old.

Paragraph 5. A hunting tenant may only regulate in accordance with the notice of special agreement with the owner or user of the property.

Reporting and derogations

§ 5. Every year at the latest, 30. November, as far as ring dots are concerned, and 31. In March, in the case of greed, bramblog and canadage, a report to the Natural Authority shall be reported to the nature of the number of individuals who have been depreciated in accordance with the publication.

Penalty provisions

Entry into force

§ 8. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. March 2013 and terminates automatically on 1. March 2016, unless otherwise determined by.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 834 of 24. June 2010 on the regulation of pigeon and grey goose in Dragons and Tårnby Municipalities are hereby repealed.
