Publication of access to vocational training and professional training courses

In accordance with sections 1 and 2 of the Law No 319 of 16. May 1990 on the subject of access to higher education, as amended by law no. 560 of 18. June 2012, section 6 and section 28 of the Centre for Higher Education and other self-training institutions for higher education and so forth, cf. Law Order no. 228 of 17. In March of 2006, as amended by law no. 576 of 9. June 2006 and Law No 140 of 9. February 2010, section 11 and section 14 of law no. 315 of 19. April 2006 on training for professional education as a teacher, as amended by law no. 140 of 9. February, 2010, section 22, paragraph 22. 1, no. 4, section 25 and section 30 of the law on vocational training and professional training in professional training, cf. Law Order no. 882 of 8. August, 2011, section 34, paragraph. 2 and 4, in the case of apothecary, cf. Law Order no. 855 of 4. August 2008, as amended by law no. 140 of 9. Feb, 2010, section 15. 1, in the law on health professionals and on health professional activities, cf. Law Order no. 877 of 4. Chapter 1

Area

§ 1. The announcement relates to access requirements, admission, entry and leave to occupational education and professional training, as referred to in Annex 1 to this notice.

Chapter 2

Access requirements

§ 2. Access to an education, cf. Section 1 assumes the applicant fulfils the access requirements laid down in Annex 1.

Paragraph 2. The adoption requirements shall be determined by the Management of the Higher Educational and Educational Support Management. Changes to access requirements shall be published at the Ministry of Research, Innovation and High-level Training Portal, www.optagelse.dk, with a minimum of 2 years at least 2 years before they enter into force.

§ 3. For the purposes of a high school examination, the following Annexes 1 shall apply :

1) Student Exams (stx).

2) Higher preparation time but (hf).

3) Higher trade sayers (hhx).

4) Higher technical degree (htx).

5) Student Competence for vocational training (eux).

6) Fargo student diploma, Greenland high school education (GGS GED), ferocious higher preparation of the high degree of commerce, the vocational high school education for the higher commercial degree from Greenland, ferocious technical exams ; vocational secondary education to a higher technical degree from Greenland, the degree from the Duborg school and from the A.P. Møller School.

7) High school, refugee and immigrant workers (GIF).

8) Danish / French Baccalauréate (DFB), European Baccalauréat (EB), International Baccalaureate (IB) Option International de Baccalauréate (OIB) and the Danish-German student exam (DIAP).

9) Foreign exams, etc., as a comparable level of the College of Universities and Internationalisation, have assessed a Danish high school diploma.

Paragraph 2. The access requirement for certain technical training may also be achieved by the access seams for the engineering training, cf. Annex 1.

Paragraph 3. Evaluation of foreign examinations, cf. paragraph 1, no. 9, according to the law on the evaluation of foreign training qualifications etc.

Specific access requirements

§ 4. In addition, access to an education may provide for the fulfillment of specific access requirements, which are specified subjects of a B, B, C, D or E level respectively, cf. the rules on high school education, vocational training or for general adult education. The specific access requirements are set by the Management of Higher Education and Educational Training for the Education Institutions setting, cf. Annex 1.

Paragraph 2. When a subject is predetermined at a given level, cf. paragraph 1, the applicant must have complied with the bounds of this or a higher level in accordance with the rules on the character of the report in question. If a number of characters are made, the requirement shall be fulfilled if the weighted average is at least 2,0. The requirement can't be fulfilled with the RI.

Paragraph 3. The institution shall determine in the individual case whether the access requirement is met when the access requirement in Annex 1 is set at

1) appropriate vocational training or

2) relevant vocational training.

Paragraph 4. When the access requirement in Annex 1 is set at a number of secondary classes, the institution of applicants with foreign training qualifications in the individual case shall assess whether the access requirement has been met. The institution shall be based on the assessment of all foreign exams carried out in accordance with the rules of the law on the evaluation of foreign training qualifications, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. 3.

Character requirements

§ 5. The training institution may require the clearance of exams to be made by a specific grade average as a minimum, or that each subject has been passed with a specific minimum character that is higher than the character 02 in accordance with the rules on the nature of the report in question.

Paragraph 2. The institution ' s decision to establish the character requirements and the modification thereof must be communicated to the Higher Educational and Educational Support Management to publish the requirement of the Ministry's accession track, www.optagelse.dk. and its cuts must be at least two years before they have their effect.

Paragraph 3. The institution may dispensers from its own character requirements, cf. paragraph 1 if there are any unusual circumstances.

Conditional Recording

§ 6. The institution of the Education institution may include applicants even if the admission requirements are not met by the application period, cf. however, paragraph 1 2. Recording is conditional upon the applicant after the institution ' s arrangements prior to the study of the study or immediately after meeting the access requirements or complement to a level which, following the decision of the institution, may be treated as equivalent to the access requirements.

Paragraph 2. In the case of higher education, the institution may determine the subject of conditional inclusion in accordance with paragraph 1. One cannot take place. The institution ' s decision on this must be published on the institution's website at least 1 year before it has effect.

Personalized skills assessment

§ 7. The institution of the Education institution shall make an individual assessment of the competences of an applicant if the applicant seeks to apply to a different basis other than the required access requirements.

Paragraph 2. The institution shall make the individual assessment of the applicant ' s competences on the basis of the information provided for in the application. The assessment must be built on information about the total knowledge, skills and competences of the applicant, irrespective of where they are acquired. Estimates the applicant after the assessment of having professional qualifications which may be equated with the required access requirements, and assesses the institution that the applicant will be able to carry out the training, the institution shall notify the applicant of the authorization to be granted ; evaluated its application in relation to take.

Paragraph 3. The institution may authorise the approval of paragraph 1. 2 on condition that the applicant shall, at the latest before the date of study, consist of additional tests to substantiate the necessary qualifications.

Paragraph 4. Authorisation pursuant to paragraph 1. 2 and 3 shall, on the basis of course, apply only to the training of the institution concerned with minor training establishments providing training, deciding that the authorisation shall apply to all provision of training.

Language Compeeability Requirement

§ 8. The educational institution may, on the basis of a specific technical evaluation, require that foreign applicants or candidates with foreign access bases covered by sections 2 and 2 a in the law on the education of adult foreign nationals and others, by the latest before : the study of study, must have passed the Study test in Danish or documented in Danish. For foreign applicants or candidates with foreign access grounds, which are not to be prepared for the Study Test in Danish, the institution may, alone, require the applicant not later than the study of the study to be carried out ; have documented similar knowledge in Danish.

Paragraph 2. The institution may require the Study Test in Danish to be at least a minimum, or that individual or all of the partial samples have been passed with a specific minimum character that is higher than the character 02.

Paragraph 3. Competeeability requirements, including when the Study Study in Danish must be made visible in the institution's website. Establishment and cuts of requirements must be warded by at least two years before they have effect.

§ 9. If an education or essential part of such a product is offered in English, the applicant shall, by the study of the study, document knowledge in English corresponding to at least B level. The institution of the Education Foundation may provide that applicants must also have a special planned test.

Paragraph 2. The institution may decide that an applicant who does not have any English at least B level at the level of access to a vocational training, a professional undergraduate degree or a self-employed training or a self-building training should instead consist of : in particular organized test.

Paragraph 3. Requirements for English knowledge, including when these must be documented and what requirements are made for foreign tests, must be stated on the institution's website. Establishment and cuts of requirements must be warded by at least two years before they have effect.

More high school examinations

§ 10. Where the applicant has passed high level of access to high school exams, only the first graduated from the graduated basis shall be used as a basis for accession when the grade average is either part of the access requirement or used as a selection criterion, and by adjustment. after section 19.

Paragraph 2. The institution of the Education Foundation may dispensers from paragraph 1. 1 if there are any unusual circumstances.

Chapter 3

Access to a self-employed overbuilding training

§ 11. Access to a self-employed over-building training (professionsundergraduate) requires one of the vocational training courses referred to in Annex 1 or other Danish or foreign education at the same level.

Paragraph 2. A minimum of access requirements shall be set at least two years before they enter into force.

Paragraph 3. Training establishments may record applicants for a self-employment training (professionsgraduate) on a different basis other than those laid down in paragraph 1. 1 if the applicant has professional qualifications which may be placed on the side, and the institution estimates that the applicant will be able to complete the training. The institution may provide that the applicant must submit additional tests at the latest before the date specified for the study type.

Paragraph 4. Evaluation of foreign examinations, cf. paragraph Paragraph 1 shall be carried out in accordance with the rules of the law on the evaluation of foreign training qualifications and so on.

Chapter 4

Recording

§ 12. The training institution shall determine, cf.. paragraph 2 how many applicants may be admitted to each training, unless the capacity for absorption is determined by the Governing Committee for Education and training.

Paragraph 2. In the area of training, the institution shall establish an absorption capacity that ensures satisfactory training conditions.

§ 13. Applicants that have completed a candidate's training can only be accepted in an education if there are any seats available.

Paragraph 2. The institution of the Education Foundation may dispensers from paragraph 1. 1 if there are any unusual circumstances.

Quotas

§ 14. Are there more qualified applicants than training places in each area of admissions, cf. § 12, paragraph 1. 1, the training plates can be divided into quota 1 and quota 2 and, where appropriate, quota 3. Overcoming seats from quota 1 are transferred to quota 2, and surplus seats from quota 2 are transferred to quota 1. Quota 3 can only be created for training that is provided in English.

Paragraph 2. The governance of the Higher education and training aid shall determine the size of the quotas each year, including quota 3, in accordance with the recommendation from the educational establishments.

Paragraph 3. The steering control can approve the use of a different recording system to the institutions providing training to provide an education system other than the quota system.

Paragraph 4. The institution shall publish on its website the established distribution of the training grounds in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 and 2, and a possible other recording system under paragraph 1. 3.

Chapter 5

Application procedure

§ 15. Applications for admission through quotas 1 and 2 will be digitally using the recording portal www.optagelse.dk, unless the training institution has offered that the application may be submitted in a different way, cf. Communication on digital communication on the application for entry to higher education.

Paragraph 2. It is possible to search for recording by up to eight of the areas of admissions that are set out in the recording portal www.optagelse.dk.

Paragraph 3. The applicant shall submit an application and attach documentation to the access basis of all the required training in priority order. The documentation on access grounds shall be attached to the application for the admission portal www.optagelse.dk if the applicant has not received diplomas or similar before the expiry of the application period, cf. § 16.

Paragraph 4. The application for entry through quota 3 shall be applied according to rules laid down by the institution. These were published on the institution's website.

§ 16. The application deadline for the inclusion of a training shall be :

1) The 15th. March at 12:00 for applicants seeking admission through quota 2.

2) The 15th. March at At 12 noon for all applicants with international or foreign access examinations, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. 1, no. 8 and 9, unless the persons concerned must apply quota 3, cf. paragraph 2.

3) The 15th. March at 12-12 for applicants for training, as part of the access requirements, cf. in Annex 1, an initiation test, an initiation call or something.

4) The 5th. July at 12:00 for applicants seeking admission through quota 1.

5) The 15th. March at 12:00 or 5. July at 12 noon for educational establishments which do not record the quota system.

Paragraph 2. For applicants seeking admission through quota 3, the institution shall fix the application period, which cannot be later than the 15. March at 12:00. The time limit for application shall be published on the institution ' s website.

Paragraph 3. Applicants seeking admission to the date of application of the 15. March at However, given the acceptance criteria in both quota 1 and 2, acceptance by quota 1 assumes that the applicant has an appropriate degree of access that can be converted into an admissions quota, cf. § 18. Applicants seeking admission to the date of application on 5. July at It will only be judged according to the accession criteria in quota 1.

Paragraph 4. The institution may, in exceptional cases, disregard a slight exceeding of the application period referred to in paragraph 1. 1.

Chapter 6

Application of the application

§ 17. The institution of the Education Foundation shall decide on the admission of each applicant according to the rules laid down in this notice.

Quota 1

§ 18. The training seats in quota 1 shall be assigned after falling absorption quota applicants with access exams in accordance with the conditions laid down in the final vote. Section 3, paragraph 3. 1.

Paragraph 2. The recording quota is :

1) the degree according to the certificate of the degree of examination adjusted in accordance with the rules of section 19, or

2) the degrees of exams of a foreign exams after the 7-step scale, cf. § 38, paragraph. 4, adjusted in accordance with the rules of section 19.

Paragraph 3. Applicants with foreign-access exams which cannot be converted into a recording quota can only be subject to quota 2 or 3, cf. Section 21 (1). 1, no. 4.

Paragraph 4. The Education Institute may dispensers from the rules laid down in paragraph 1. 1 if there are any unusual circumstances.

Bonus for early study est.

§ 19. An applicant with an exforce-for-giving degree, cf. § 3, stk.1, no. 1-5, and section 10, which has ended up to two years before the application wound, cf. however, paragraph 1 3, see the adjusted average, cf. paragraph 2 when it is to be used as a selection criterion, cf. § 18. The date of termination of the examination certificate shall be the date of the examination certificate.

Paragraph 2. The adjustment of the degree in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 is multiplied by multiplying the grade average, cf. § 38, paragraph. Five, with 1.08. The average will be calculated with 1 decimal.

Paragraph 3. The institution of the Education Foundation shall extend the 2-year period in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 if the applicant has been prevented from starting an education because of the following conditions :

1) Obligation service, including service on a host-level playing field.

2) Training for the purposes of the international operations carried out in the course of the defence operations.

3) Adoption or maternity leave.

4) Longer disease.

5) Insulting the nutrient, which are disabled, seriously ill or dying.

6) Training for, and participation in the Olympic Games or the Paralympic Games, as an Elite or the World Class, designated by Team Denmark.

Paragraph 4. Extend after paragraph 1 3 is provided with full application year. An applicant may, however, be able to sum up to a maximum of four years of exemption.

Paragraph 5. An applicant with an exforce-for-giving degree, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. 1, no. 6, 8 and 9 receive, when the result can be converted into an admission quota, adjusted the quota if it is to be used as a selection criterion, in accordance with the rules laid down in paragraph 1. 1-4. An applicant who may decide for himself the time of the finale of the access test shall be adjusted only on the average of his diploma if the training and the associated tests have been completed within a period corresponding to the one which corresponds to it ; normal or normal training for the training in question.

20. If it is not possible to absorber all applicants with the same admissions quota, cf. Section 18, the selection shall be made by the lottery that is carried out by the Coordinated Offer, cf. § 24.

Quota 2

§ 21. The training seats in the quota 2 shall be assigned :

1) Applicants that meet the access requirements for training but do not have sufficient admissions quota to be eligible to be admitted to quota 1.

2) Applicants who do not have a high school degree but which meet other access requirements, cf. Annex 1 to the degree in question.

3) Applicants that do not meet the required access requirements but have qualifications that may be placed on the same page as described in the same way as they are. § 7.

4) Applicants with a foreign access degree that cannot be converted into an admission quota in quota 1, cf. Section 18 (2). 3, unless the persons concerned have to apply quota 3, cf. § 22.

5) Applicants who, as part of the fulfilment of the access requirements, see Annex 1, must take part in an acceptance test, an initiation call or something like that.

Paragraph 2. The training seats in quota 2 shall be allocated in accordance with the actual evaluation of the applicants. The institution of the Education Foundation shall publish on its own website the objective criteria which may be included in the assessment of the individual applicant. In the criteria, business and other activities may be weipled with a period of conjoined 12 months. Any changes to the criteria must be varred with at least two years before they have effect.

Paragraph 3. Occuits business work in the evaluation, cf. paragraph 2, service and posting as part of the contract with the defense are hereby placed and included with the entire contract period, cf. paragraph TWO, THREE. pkt., irrespective of the fact that the contract expires after the application period, but not later than study test.

Paragraph 4. The institution may dispensers from their own admission criteria in paragraph 1. 2 if exceptional conditions exist.

Quota 3

§ 22. The training grounds in quota 3 shall be awarded to applicants who have a foreign forgiving degree, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. 3, and where the applicant is in need of temporary residence permits for temporary residence. The training sites shall be allocated on the basis of a specific assessment of the applicants according to the criteria set by the educational institution.

Paragraph 2. The institution shall publish in English on its website, which objective professional criteria, together with the required access requirements, shall be published in accordance with the requirements laid down in accordance with : Annex 1 is included in the assessment of each applicant. Signature of the criteria must be warmed at least 1 years before they have their effect.

Paragraph 3. Applicants which satisfy the conditions laid down in paragraph 1. 1, shall be entered outside of quota 1 and 2.

Paragraph 4. The institution may dispensers from their own admission criteria in paragraph 1. 1 if there are any unusual circumstances.

Wait List Places (State Places)

-23. In addition to the absorption capacity, the Education institution shall set up a number of waiting list spaces to be sought at the same time as the application for ordinary admission. The applicant for waiting list seats shall be shown on a priority wait list by the same criteria as the ordinary recording.

Paragraph 2. The right to a training ground shall be suspended if the applicant on the waiting list has not taken up the offer of the training ground within a time limit set by the institution.

Paragraph 3. If the applicant has not been offered a recording at the expiration of the deadline, the wait list shall be changed to a pledge to be made by the following year. However, it is a condition of admission that the applicant must comply with the specific requirements and requirements for certain minimum standards for the training of the year in question in accordance with the specific requirements and minimum requirements for the specific requirements. § § 4-6.

Paragraph 4. Regardless of the fact that a commitment has been made, the applicant shall submit a new application the following year.

Recording Coordination

§ 24. Coordination of the applicant ' s admission to the training provided for by this notice shall be made by the Coordinated enrollment, which is part of the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Higher Education.

Paragraph 2. Training establishments covered by this notice shall be required to notify the Coordinated Register of the information necessary for the coordination of the application and enrollment, including information on training, applicants for the provision of training ; to and absorbed in the field of education.

Communication of Decision

§ 25. The institution of the Education Foundation shall not later than 30. July shall provide the applicants for inclusion at the institution, an offer of training ground, cf. however, paragraph 1 3.

Paragraph 2. The enrollment enrollment will be given by the 30. On behalf of the institutions, on behalf of the institutions, the applicant countries shall communicate to the applicants who are not eligible for training in the course of the application. however, paragraph 1 3.

Paragraph 3. The educational establishments may regularly notify the applicants who can be admitted at the institution through quota 3, with quotations on the training ground, but not later than 1. The institution shall send the Coordinated Register by the 15th. June, who is busy with quota 3.

Paragraph 4. The right to training grounds as referred to in paragraph 1. Paragraph 1 and paragraph. 3 shall be suspended if the applicant has not taken the offer within a time limit set by the educational institution. The institution may, in exceptional cases, be dispensers for a slight exceeding of the required confirmation date.

Free training spaces

SECTION 26. Applicants that are not available to any of the sought training shall be given at the same time as the communication on the Proposal of the Coordinated Register of Education, where there are available seats. In the case of admission to available seats, the institution of the educational institution shall set up even the application and accession procedure, including time limits. In the case of more applicants for an education than there are available seats, applicants shall be admitted according to objective criteria established by the institution. The criteria for the selection must be published on the institution's website at the same time as the publication of the available seats.

Chapter 7

Inclusion of the self-employed or self-building training (professionsundergraduate)

§ 27. The application for admission to a professional undergoing training, organised as a self-employed training education, shall be made directly to the educational institution with the period of application of the five. July at 12 noon, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. The application deadline is the 15th. March at At 12 noon, if the selection is made up.

Paragraph 3. The institution shall not later than 30. July shall provide the applicants for inclusion at the institution, an offer of training space. The institution shall concurrent a communication on the disclaimer to the applicants who are not eligible for inclusion.

Paragraph 4. The institution shall publish in its website the date of application, acceptance procedure, and the time for quotes, or to refuse, at the time of training under paragraph 1. 2 as well as any requirements for confirmation of the tender.

§ 28. Can the educational institution of capacity not include all applicants for a professional undergraduate training which is organised as a self-employed training programme, the selection shall be based on professional criteria laid down in advance ; by the institutions providing the same training.

Paragraph 2. Institutions providing the same training shall determine in the study scheme the professional criteria attached to the selection of applicants. The professional criteria may be made up of the average on the level of access training or grades attained in a number of subjects in the training, the former student body of the applicant, and a personal call, such as, for example, the applicant ' s motivation and study of study shall be uncovered.

Paragraph 3. The institution shall publish on its website the professional criteria which may be included in the assessment of each applicant. Any changes to the criteria must be varred with at least two years before they have effect.

§ 29. In the case of self-employed over-building training (professional undergraduate), which are offered in English, the training institution may reserve a number of studio seats for applicants who need a residence permit to participate in an education, and if : the foreign exams are evaluated to meet the requirements for the training in question. The time limit and time of an offer to study may for these applicants be earlier than for other applicants.

Paragraph 2. The institution shall publish in its website the date of application, acceptance procedure, and the time for quotes, or to refuse, at the time of training under paragraph 1. 1 and any requirements for confirmation of the tender.

Chapter 8

Enwriting

-$30. The institution of the Education institution shall include the student administratively on the appropriate stage of training in one of the following categories :

1) Acquisitions of vocational training.

2) Professional undergraduations.

3) Independent over-building training (professionsundergraduate).

4) Shorter study courses for merit in other training.

5) Guest students, by the way.

Paragraph 2. Depreciation can be carried out at any time and at several studies on the part of the institution after the institution's rules on the distribution of students.

Paragraph 3. Depreciation of training later stages is conditional on the opening of the institution of the institution.

Paragraph 4. In writing, the student shall be subject to the rights and obligations arising from the rules applicable to students at the level of the relevant training of the institution concerned.

Paragraph 5. The institution may lay down detailed rules on the entry into the law.

§ 31. The student may not be inscribe by more than one full-time training at a time, except in the case referred to in section 30 (5). 1, no. 4 and 5.

Paragraph 2. The institution of the Education Foundation may dispensers from paragraph 1. 1 if there are any unusual circumstances.

Student shifts and transfer to other institutions

§ 32. Switching to new education in the same or other training institution shall be based on the rules of the new training.

Paragraph 2. Transfer to the same training at another institution may not, unless exceptional conditions are available, when the student has passed tests corresponding to the first study year of the receiving training.

Paragraph 3. Transit presuppositions that there are available training places on the training stage of education.

Chapter 9

Printing

§ 33. Educational institution brings an end to the intake when the student

1) has completed the training ;

2) may not end the training as a result of the fact that the person concerned has been used by his diploma,

3) may not end the training as a result of the rules governing the training or rules in question in accordance with Article 34 (1). 1, or

4) I want to report out of the training.

§ 34. Where the inscribe has been brought to an end, cf. § 33, nr. 2 and 3, the institution may allow the person concerned to enter into a new type of entry, cf. however, Section 13, provided that the institution on the basis of a specific technical assessment considers that the possibility of implementing the training is substantially improved or, if the content of the training is substantially altered.

Paragraph 2. Where the entry has been brought to an end, after paragraph 33, no. 4, the person concerned shall be able to apply and rewrite new, cf. however, section 33, nr. One-three, and paragraph 13.

$35. Educational institutions providing the same training may in the study scheme determine unifying criteria for which the entry can be put to an end for students who have not been studied in a coherent period of at least 1 year. The rules must be laid down for the application of the law to be a study agent.

Paragraph 2. It must be stated in the institution's rules that the institution may dispense from the student activity requirement if exceptional circumstances are available.

Chapter 10

Orlov

§ 36. Students may receive leave from an education according to the rules laid down by the educational institution, cf. however, section 37.

Paragraph 2. Students may not participate in the training period during the period during which the student has a leave of absence from the study.

§ 37. A training institution may not grant a student leave until the person concerned has passed the samples after 1. Study years in a training school or a professional understudy, or have completed the first half of study years in a self-employed over-building training (professionsundergraduate), cf. however, paragraph 1 Two and three.

Paragraph 2. Orlov must be notified to students if it is justified in maternity, adoption or convocation to a service, as defined in section 1 in the Law on Exercibility of Commitment and so on.

Paragraph 3. Students drawing up a contract with the defence of broadcasting abroad or drawing up contracts for broadcasting abroad shall follow the rules in section 13 (b) on the law of the defence of the defence.

Paragraph 4. The institutions may dispensers from paragraph 1. 1 if there are any unusual circumstances.

Chapter 11

Other provisions

§ 38. Characters and grade average, cf. Section 4 (4). 2, section 5, paragraph 1. 1 and 8 (3). 2, is specified in the 7-step scale, cf. The Children's and Education Department's announcement of character scale and other assessment.

Paragraph 2. When the final average from the degree of acceding, cf. Section 3 (1). 1, no. 1-5 and 7 shall be used as a selection criterion or forming part of the access requirement, the 7-step scale is used.

Paragraph 3. Conversion of average from the 13 scale to the 7 step scale, cf. paragraph 1 and 2 shall be changed after conversion tables, published in the recording portal www.optagelse.dk.

Paragraph 4. Conversion in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 and 2 for applicants with access exams, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. 1, no. 6, 8 and 9, when the result can be converted into the 7-step scale, after conversion tables, which are published on the Universities and Internationalization home page.

Paragraph 5. Confinement of the grade average, cf. Section 19, is done after the conversion to the 7-step scale has been completed.

§ 39. At the Danish Media Media and Journalistic School, each admission shall be reserved for two applicants from the Faroe Islands who have passed the access requirements to training, cf. Annex 1.

§ 40. The governance of the Higher Education and Training Support may be dispensers from the notice, where there is a justification in exceptional circumstances.

§ 41. The governance of the Higher Education and Education Support may provide that the notification to the Ministry of Education in accordance with the notice shall be carried out in electronic form, including in the format and in which addressees the messages shall be provided.

§ 42. Complaints of the decisions of the educational institution in accordance with this notice may, once the complaint relates to legal issues, be brought to the Governing of the Higher Educational and Educational Support Management.

Paragraph 2. The appeal shall be submitted to the institution within two weeks of the day the decision is notified to the complainant. If the institution retains its previously informed decision, the institution shall forward the complaint to the Governing Committee for Education and Education and training, accompanied by a statement which the complainant has had the opportunity to comment on within one. deadline of 1 week. The comments of the repository are sent to the board.

Chapter 12

The entry into force, etc.

§ 43. The announcement shall enter into force on 5. March 2013, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. Section 19 shall apply to applicants who have completed their high school diploma in 2007 or later.

§ 44. Publication no. 1212 of 17. December 2012 on access to vocational training and professional training courses shall be repealed.
