Publication of the exception of companies from the law of public access to management

In accordance with Article 4 (4), Two, in Law No 606 of 12. June 2013 on the general public in the administration and after negotiation with the Minister for Justice shall lay down :

§ 1. Law on the public in the administration does not apply to TV 2/DANMARK A/S, TV 2 Networks A/S, TV 2 Radio A/S, TV 2 News A/S, TV 2 DTT A/S and TV 2 BIB A/S.

§ 2. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2014.
