Publication of the amendment of grants to municipal projects concerning phosphor wetlands

§ 1

Notice no. 372 of 26. April 2012, on grants to municipal projects concerning phosphor wetlands, the following changes are made :

1. Section 1 (1). 2, ITREAS :

" Stop. 2. The purpose of the scheme is to improve the aquatic environment and nature by a reduction in phosphor (fos; fos;) as a priority of the EPA's publication on criteria for the assessment of local authority projects concerning phosphor wetlands ; individual water-landing countries. ` ;

2. I § 9 pasted as paragraph 2 :

" Stop. 2. Applications for which an undertaking has been pledged for pre-examination and where the project period in accordance with the case is expired during the period from the 6. December 2012 to the 25th. March 2013 will be extended so that the project period expires 1. June 2013. "

3. I § 10 pasted as paragraph 2 :

" Stop. 2. Applications for which undertakings have been committed to installations for phosphovade areas and where the project period under the case is expired during the period from the 6. December 2012 to the 25th. March 2013 will be extended so that the project period expires 1. June 2013. "

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 25th. March 2013 and take effect from 1. May 2012.
