Publication of grants to municipalities in connection with the repayment of the basis in 2013

Purline of public access. 44 of 13. December 2012 shall be determined :

§ 1. The Minister for Economic and Home Affairs provides for a subsidy of EUR 250 million in 2013. DKK to municipalities in connection with the repayment of basic account in 2013.

Paragraph 2. The subsidy is provisionally distributed on 1. July, 2013, on the basis of the distribution key set out in section 1 (1). 4, in Notice no. 1210 of 14. December 2012 on grants to municipalities in connection with the repayment of the basis in 2012.

Paragraph 3. The subsidy will be regulated on 1. July 2014, on the basis of the sum of the accounts payable by the municipalities, in 2013, to the reimbursement of the basic and interest rate costs incurred in connection with the repayment of the basic.

Paragraph 4. The amount of the subsidy shall be rounded up to the entire crowns.

§ 2. Provided that the local authorities ' expenditure on account of the basis of Article 1 (1) are reimburse. Three, is less than 250 million. DKK plus any. grants transferred from 2012, cf. § 2 of Notice no. 1210 of 14. in writing.-(b) December 2012 on grants to municipalities in connection with the repayment of the 2012 will be reduced in accordance with paragraph 1 (2). 1 with the difference amount. The subsidy shot in 2014 will increase, in such a case, with a corresponding amount.

§ 3. The local authorities must not later than 15. May 2014, to the Ministry of Economic and Interior, provide information on the accounts payable for the repayment of groundwork including intime. interest rates in 2013 and an auditor statement that the expenditure has been correctly set up.

§ 4. The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. April 2013.
