§ 1
Notice no. 1307 of 15. In December 2009 on the operation of general quarters, etc., as amended by publication No 2 ; 506 of 10. 1 May 2010, Notice no. 1238 of 5. November 2012, announcement no. 20 of 16. January 2012 and procladition no. 1164 of 11. December 2012, the following changes are made :
1. I Section 6 (2). 4, the following is added 6 and 7 :
" 6) Disclosure of a department.
7) Shared partitioning meeting and joint department of department for multiple departments. "
2. I § 6 the following paragraph is added : 5 :
" Stop. 5. The Chief Executive Agency may decide on the modernisation of kitchens and bathrooms in a department without the consent of the department, cf. § 37, paragraph. 5, in the case of general housing and so on, if :
1) the workers are necessary to ensure that the overall project can be implemented in an appropriate manner ;
2) the workers are included in an approved health plan and,
3) aid shall be granted by the Rural Development Fund ' s investment framework, cf. Section 91 of that said law. "
3. § 40, ITREAS :
" § 40. The allocation of provisions for the enacting enceptions to the enceptions shall be 544 kr. per the unit of the tenants until the Fund in cash for the housing organisation as a whole amounts to 5,434 kr. per lease unit, cf. ~ 30 (5)) 4. If the balance of the fonder exceeds this amount, the annual provisions shall be terminated. If the balance of the fund is reduced in this amount, the payment shall be made in the case of a new annual execution. The amounts referred to shall be adjusted in accordance with the network price index, as Denmark's Statistics calculates. The adjustment will be made by April 2012 as a basis for the April 2012 award. The adjustment shall be carried out once a year for the first time of the financial year following the publication of the April 2013 award period. ` ;
4. § 41, paragraph. ONE, ONE. pkt., the following shall be inserted and replaced by :
" The Dispositional Fund covers losses, including consumption-dependent expenses, at a general housing department's operation, which is due to the tenancy of the tenancy. The Dispositional Fund also covers that part of a loss of loss in the absence of rent or non-compliance by the non-payment of the non-repayable obligation, which is more than 313 kr. per Tenants Unit. The body organization may choose to allow the terms of the outline to cover a reduction in the lower cost of such expenditure if it is appropriate in relation to the funds in the enceptive fund and the individual departmental financial allocation. The amount in 2. Act. be adjusted in accordance with the network price index, as Denmark's Statistics calculates. The adjustment will be made by April 2012 as a basis for the April 2012 award. The adjustment shall be made once a year, for the first time with effect for the financial year following the award of prices for April, 2013. The Dispositional Fund does not cover the cost of the loss of tenancy and losses resulting from the failure to comply with the non-compliance obligation if the expenditure is covered by the municipality after paragraph 54 (5). 4, section 59, paragraph. One-three, paragraph 62 or section 63 (3). 3, in the law of universal housing, etc. ` ;
5. § 43, paragraph. 8, ITREAS :
" With possible funds at the execution account shall be borne by the operations resulting from the tenacity of the tenancy. The funds are also covered by the loss of the operation caused by the loss of rent or non-compliance with the non-payment of the non-payment of the non-payment. The provision account shall not cover any loss caused by the rendition of the non-compliance with the failure of the non-compliance with the failure to be covered by the municipality in accordance with paragraph 57 (3). ' 1 or 2 or Section 58 of the general housing law etc. ` ;
6. Section 44 (2). 7, ITREAS :

§ 2
The announcement shall enter into force on 1. April 2013
