Publication of grants to schools, household schools and crav-working schools under contractual lockout
In accordance with paragraph 16 (1). Paragraph 1, in the Law of the High School, schools, household schools and the workschools (free boarding schools), cf. Law Order no. 689 of 22. June 2011 shall be :
§ 1. For schools, household schools and crav-schools, which are covered by the contractual lockout, initiated on 1. In April 2013, the requirement for curriculus is reduced in section 13 (2). 1, in the notice. 807 of 19. July 2012 on subsidies and so on to elementary schools, schools, household schools and workschools (free boarding schools), with four hours and 12 minutes for each day of the day that the lockout is taking. If students at a minimum of 12 weeks ' duration are not available for full stay at the school 2 full stop. Easter day, however, the requirement for curricula shall be reduced by five hours and 15 minutes for each sigh day of that part of the subdisplay suckle falling into the time room 1. April-5. April 2013, both days, including, cf. 20, no. 3, in the notice. 807 of 19. July 2012 on subsidies and so on to elementary schools, schools, household schools and crab schools (free boarding schools).
Paragraph 2. In the following year 2012, the following classes of education are to be subject to the same course on top of the number of curriculus required under Article 13 (2). 1, in the notice. 807 of 19. July 2012 on grants, etc. for elementary schools, schools, household schools and workschools (free boarding schools) are given at least the number of curriculars referred to in paragraph 1 (1). 1 has failed to give under the lockout.
§ 2. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. April 2013.
