Appendix 1 Description of the contents of ship training training

Completion of training for ship-sock

In accordance with section 12 (2), 1 and 13 (3). 1, in the field of maritime training, cf. Law Order no. 207 of 4. March 2011, as amended by law no. 478 of 30. The following may be set :

Chapter 1

The purpose of the education

§ 1. The purpose of ship training is to qualify skilled cooks to be able to enter into the crew as ship ' s shipboard in commercial ships independently.

Chapter 2

Measure of education

§ 2. Training for shipwrecker shall develop the courier participant with a focus on knowledge of security.

§ 3. The objectives of the learning exchange include the knowledge, skills and competencies of a ship ' s safety to be achieved in education.

Paragraph 2. Learning objectives for knowledge are the sea kits have

1) knowledge of ships ' crews, their composition and the workspaces ;

2) knowledge of the duties and rights of the ship, in accordance with the seaman's slots ;

3) knowledge of documents which are essential and necessary for the release and service on board,

4) knowledge of the safety organisation on board,

5) knowledge of health conditions at sea,

6) knowledge of the release of the life-saving products,

7) the knowledge of fire and extinguishing theory and

8) knowledge of the prevention of fire on board.

Paragraph 3. Skills of skills are the ship ' s capable of

1) extinguishing different types of small fires by the use of commonly available transportable extinguishers and fire, including extinguishing of fire in deep fryer and kip-steger,

2) can use normally on-board search equipment and

3) are able to carry out the work on board a safety and health-related manner.

Paragraph 4. Learning objectives for skills are the ship-footers can

1) participate in the safety work on board a merchant ship ;

2) contribute to the use of different methods and tools for the systematic working environment ;

3) identify risk zones during the work processes ; and

4) conduct a deliberate responsible conduct and treatment of flammable substances and materials and implement fire prevention measures.

Paragraph 5. The ship ' s bulkhead shall comply with the requirements of the STCW Convention in accordance with the requirements of the Maritime Management Convention on the subject of the Maritime Management Convention, relating to :

1) basic maritime safety, cf. STCW Code section of section A-VI/1, Section 2.1.1.1,

2) first aid, cf. STCW Code A-VI/1, Section 2.1.1.3, and

3) work safety / occupational environment, cf. STCW Code section of section A-VI/1, Section 2.1.1.4.

Chapter 3

The organisation of the training

§ 4. The training shall be organised with an increasing degree of difficulty and complexity throughout the process.

Paragraph 2. The training shall be established to establish a correlation between the theory and the practicalism of the courier participant ' s practical experience.

Paragraph 3. New national and international insights and new methods relevant to the courier participant shall be integrated into the teaching.

Paragraph 4. Various teaching forms shall support the development of autonomy and cooperation of the courier participant and the ability to think new.

Paragraph 5. The Education Institute shall organise the training so that it complies with the provisions of paragraph 1. The requirements referred to in Annex 1 in Annex 1, and the requirements of the STCW Convention.

Paragraph 6. The institution shall be responsible for the implementation of the training in its entirety, including in the case of possible training.

Chapter 4

The duration of the training

§ 5. The training for ship-sock training has been set to 5 weeks, equivalent 7.5 points in the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).

Paragraph 2. The training is divided into topics and consists of

1) mandatory items equal to 1,5 ECTS points ; and

2) interns equal to 6 ECTS points.

Chapter 5

Practik

§ 6. The practice must take place in a sea-going commercial or fishing vessel or a ship belonging to the Navy.

Paragraph 2. The practice must be carried out under the guidance of a sea ship with one of the Maritime Maritime Service, recognized seafarers certification and must be carried out in accordance with one of the Higher Educational Training and Educational Support Management Board.

Paragraph 3. It is incumbated to the training institution to assist the courier participant in finding suitable trainees in order to ensure that the required practitioner can be implemented within the time that was normally used.

Paragraph 4. Practitics must be carried out in accordance with the agreement between the educational institution and the practice of trainees. The education institution shall enter into a written agreement with the internship of trainees for the KursusParticipant and to carry out the guidance of the audience participant, as well as in the course of the internship.

Paragraph 5. The internsite, that is to say. the shipping company shall be approved by the Educational institution or by the Educational Training Foundation and Educational Support.

Paragraph 6. A written agreement shall be entered between the courier participant and the trainee. The internsite must appoint an employee who is qualified as a counselor for the audience participant.

Paragraph 7. The training facility is incumbated to be helpful in the drafting of agreements and administration in the context of the implementation of the practice.

§ 7. Before commencing, the courier shall have completed training in maritime safety and work safety at sea, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. 5, no. One and three.

Chapter 6

Accessing

§ 8. The education institution is taking class participants in training to ship safety and ensure that they meet access requirements.

Paragraph 2. Access to ship ' s training shall mean that the applicant is in possession of :

1) a valid health certificate for seafarers and fishermen ; and

2) Swedish note / training certificate as a chef.

Chapter 7

Tests and certificates

§ 9. Assessments shall be examined in accordance with the applicable publication of the examinations and tests and the assessment of the participants in the field of maritime training (diplomas and qualifications).

Paragraph 2. After successful education, education institutes a diploma of qualifications to be issued by the education institution.

Chapter 8

Subvixed Qualifications

§ 10. The sub-vices must be at an overall level of qualifications higher than the level of training for education. Qualification level shall mean a theoretical, professional and / or professional competence, in addition to pedagogical competence.

Paragraph 2. New teachers must undergo the implementation of relevant pedagogical adult teaching, corresponding to 30 ECTS points, which can be achieved through a combination of theoretical teaching and follow-up on the institution of its own educational institution.

Chapter 9

Other Rules

§ 11. The decisions of the educational institutions pursuant to the notice may be submitted to the Governing Committee for the Higher Education and Education and Training support of the complaint as regards the complaint, cf. in force in the field of maritime training, the applicable notification of the complaints. The appeal shall be submitted to the institution of Education, which shall forward the complaint to the Higher and Educational Educational Management Board and shall be accompanied by a statement. The institution shall provide the complainant within a period of at least one week to comment on the opinion. The possible comment from the complainant shall be sent to the Management of the Higher Educational and Educational Support Management.

Paragraph 2. The deadline for filing a complaint pursuant to paragraph shall be made. One is two weeks from the day the decision is notified to the complainant.

Paragraph 3. The decisions taken by the Higher Education and Education Management Board shall not be subject to higher administrative authority.

§ 12. The governance of the Higher Education and Education and Education Support may allow the deviation of the publication as part of the trial. At the same time, the duration and reporting form shall be determined.

Paragraph 2. The governance of the Higher Education and Education and Education Support may be dispensers from the notice, where justified in particular circumstances.

Chapter 10

Entry into force

§ 13. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. May 2013.

Appendix 1

Description of the contents of ship training training

Mandatory topics

Subject : Maritime Safety

The KursusParticipant shall, through the training in the safety of the sea, obtain theoretical and practical qualifications so as to allow them to participate in the safety work on board.

Test requirements : Internal sample.

Central Theme :

Means of rescue and equipment -the proper use of personal life preservatives, the extraction of lifeboat and fleet, and man-overboard boats, the use of bailouts, the use of the lifeboats, the skills of bringing a kafer fleet on the right keel.

Safety Rolling -Alarm signals.

Emergency signal equipment -emergency diodes and EPIRB and SART, emergency bends and the use of pyrotechnic flare equipment and the GMDSS system.

Subject : Fire Fighting

In the course of training, the courier shall obtain knowledge of the prevention and control of fire on board so as to result in responsible behaviour and treatment of flammable substances and materials, and is aware of the importance of fire prevention ; measures on board. Finally, the courier must be able to use transportable fire extinguishers, be aware of fire-extinguishing equipment on ships and obtain an understanding of the fire scrolls of ships.

Sampling requirements : Internal sample.

Central Theme :

Fire and fire extinguishing in ships -suitable portable fire extinguishers for the closing of different types of fires and their risks, the heating and fire extinguishing system on ships.

Precaterms, fire-proofing and fire-rolling -measures for the detection of fire, behaviour by the exception of fire area, fire-proofing in connection with the work of the galley, the purpose of fire rollers and guidelines for evacuation in connection with fire.

Evacuation- knowledge of evacuation in connection with fire.

Subject : Work environment, ergonomics and first aid

The courier shall, through the teaching of education, obtain qualifications around safety hazards so that they are able to carry out the work on board a safety and health-related manner, and have obtained knowledge of the working environment ; and security, so that they have been aware of a safe and healthy working environment.

In addition, the courier shall be informed by means of knowledge of the physical factors affecting the body during the work, so that they can contribute to the prevention of labour damage by using appropriate employment positions and, movements.

Finally, in the course of first aid training, the courier is required to provide life-saving first aid by means of accidents and sudden diseases in such a way as to be sick or Casualties shall be kept alive / resuscit; until more qualified help reaches the end.

Test requirements : Internal sample in maritim first aid, and passed the course of Danish First Aid 101 at the intermediate stage.

Central Theme :

Relevant rules and preventive safety work -laws and rules of importance for their own and other people's safety, methods of preventing accidents on board, the nature and use of personal protective equipment.

Work Environment on board -proper lifting techniques, methods and tools for systematic working environment work, including the workplace assessment (APV).

Ergonomics- the workload of the various working positions, appropriate lifting, carrier, pushing, and wood techniques, appropriate remedies in different situations in relation to the direction of the ship and the organisation of the work.

Sea of Practicsis

The internship must be targeted and follow one of the governance of the Higher Education and Education-through-Education book, which undertakes the basis of the training of the sea. The training book shall be conducted according to the guidelines described in the book itself.

Sampling requirements : The training ends with the master and the shipwreck responsible for the training, certifying a declaration in the training book for the fulfillment of the elements described by the participant.

Interns in the internship :

The responsibilities and duties of the Hovmaster, the responsibilities and duties of the ship, work security, administrative tasks, including provisioning, cost accounting, customs and port papers, deflecting, etc., purchase of provisions, stores / stores/bonded stores, bread baking, cutting meat ; special conditions relating to the refrigeration and storage of supplies, cabin owner and cleaning, the ISM system.
