Publication of the amendment of the announcement of an active employment service

§ 1

Notice no. 835 of 10. August 2012 on active employment, as amended by announcement No 1. 898 of 30. August 2012 and procladition no. 1039 of 7. November 2012, the following changes are made :

1. I § 33 inserted after paragraph 1. 2 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 3. The job center can be reached in the period up to 31. December 2014, on application, derogate from the provision in paragraph 1. ONE, ONE. pkton, if the job centre considers that participation in bids on guidance and training in the form of a learning process for growth promoters will help the person to obtain fixed employment and become self-supporting as self-employed. '

Paragraph 3 becomes paragraph 3. 4.

2. I Section 33 (4). 3, there will be paragraph 1. 4, the following paragraph shall be inserted. 2 ":" or paragraph 3 ".

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. May 2013.
