Publication of the amendment to the foreigners ' notice

§ 1

In the foreigners ' announcement, no. 727 of 28. June 2012, the following changes are made :

1. I section 24 (2). 3 the following paragraph shall be added. 3 ":" and 5 ".

2. I § 25 inserted after paragraph 1. 10 as new play :

" Stop. 11. Temporal residence permit, after a foreign policy, section 9 (c) of the foreigners. 5, to foreigners, whose presence in this country is required of investigations or prosecutions, shall be granted for six months and may be extended for periods of not more than six months. `

Paragraph 11 will then be paragraph 1. 12.

3. I § 25, paragraph. 11, 1. Act. that the first paragraph of the Member 12, 1. pkt., shall be replaced by ' paragraph 1. One-10 : " to the following paragraph : ONE-ELEVEN.

4. I Section 33 (4). 1, no. 1 the following section shall be inserted after ' Section 14 (1) 1 ":" and § 14 a, paragraph 1 '.

5. I § 34, paragraph. THREE, ONE. Act. the following paragraph shall be added. 1 ":" and 5 ".

6. I § 35, paragraph. ONE, TWO. Act. the following paragraph shall be added. 1 ":" or 5 ".

7. I § 38, paragraph. ONE, ONE. Act. the following paragraph shall be added. 1 ":" or 5 ".

8. I § 58, paragraph. 3 , replaced by ' 6, 7, 9, 10 and 12 `, to : ' 6, 7, 9, 10 and 12 `.

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The announcement shall enter into force on 2. May 2013.

Paragraph 2. § 1, no. 1-3 and nr. 5 to 7 shall apply only to foreigners from which the third country is to be used. In May 2013, a residence permit shall be granted in accordance with Article 9 (c) of the foreignment. 5.
