Law on the amendment of the Criminal Code, the law on the restraining order, the prohibition of residence and the expulsion of the law ;

(Strength of effort towards forced marriage and religious virials)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the penal code, cf. Law Order no. 1007 of 24. In October 2012, as amended by Section 2 of Law No 1242 of 18. December 2012 and section 2 of the Law No 1385 of 23. December 2012, the following change is made :

1. I § 260, paragraph. 2, the following shall be inserted after "marriage" means : "or to a religious viation without a common-value".

§ 2

In the law of foreigners, cf. Law Order no. 984 of 2. Oct in October 2012, as amended in section 1 of Act 1. 571 of 18. June 2012 and at the latest at Section 1 of Act 1. 572 of 18. June 2012, the following changes are made :

1. I § 9 f inserted after paragraph 1. 4 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 5. Where the applicant, as part of its operation, carries out or undertake to invalidity or without a commonplace, shall extend the residence permit in accordance with paragraph 1. Paragraph 1 shall also be conditional upon the applicant within six months of the period of notification of the residence permit for the period of time of the Danish family law to be completed. It shall be the responsibility of the applicant to provide documentation. The period of six months may, upon application, be extended at a legal decline. `

Paragk 5-7 will then be referred to in paragraph 5. 6-8.

2. I § 9 h, paragraph 4, and Section 33 (4). 5, in section 9 (f), 7, "to :" § 9 f, paragraph. 8, ".

3. I Section 19 (1). 1, no. 9, in section 9 (f), 5, "to :" § 9 f, paragraph. SIX, "

4. I § 22, nr. 7, the following shall be inserted after "marriage" means : "or to a religious viation without a common-value".

5. I § 52 b, paragraph. 1, no. 3, pasted after " cf. no. 1 and 2, " including decisions concerning legal decline, cf. Section 9 (f). FIVE, "

§ 3

Law no. 112 of 3. February 2012 on restraining order, suspension and dislocation are amended as follows :

1. I § 2 pasted as paragraph 3 :

" Stop. 3. Additions may also be given if a person is suspected of having committed or attempted to commit an infringement of the criminal code of criminal law by forcing a different person to marriage or a religious ceremony without a citizen ; validity. By way of derogation from the conditions laid down in Section 14, the Commissioner may decide on restraining order after 1. Pct. "

2. I § 4, no. 1, in section 2 (2), 2, ' to : section 2 (2). Two or three, ".

§ 4

Paragraph 1. The Act shall enter into force on the day following the announcement in the law in Juditsiding, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. § 2, nr. 1-3 and 5, enter into force on 1. October 2013.

Paragraph 3. § 2, nr. Paragraph 1 shall apply only to foreigners who are granted a residence permit after the entry into force of the law.

Paragraph 4. § 2, nr. 4, shall apply only if the conditions which justify the expulsion have been committed after the entry into force of the law.

§ 5

Paragraph 1. The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands, but § 2 may, by means of a royal appliance, fully or in part, to the Faeroe Islands, with the changes that the ferotable relationships are to make.

Paragraph 2. The law does not apply to Greenland, but § 2 and 3 may, in the case of Greenland, be implemented in full or in part to Greenland, with the changes that the Greenland conditions are saying.
