Announcement of the announcement of certification of training elements in public management at the level of diplomat and the establishment of certification notice (certification announcement)

§ 1

Notice no. 401 of 20. April 2012 on the certification of training elements in public management at the level of diplomat and the establishment of Certification Order (Certification Order), as amended by Notice No 1445 of 20. December 2012, the following changes are made :

1. I § 4 pasted as paragraph FOUR :

" Stop. 4. A provider may apply for a recertification of a module, cf. Section 18 (2). 4. For the re-certification application, the provider may change a maximum of 50% overall in relation to previously approved supply of the module as far as the account is accounted for the fulfilment of all 7 certification criteria laid down, cf. Annex 1, but a maximum of 50% overall, in the field of criterion 2-4. In the case of changes that exceed 50%, the application for certification of new invitations to tender shall be submitted. `

2. I § 7 inserted after paragraph 1. 1, as new paragraph :

" Stop. 2. For the submission of the application for the re-certification of one module in public administration at diplomatic level at one tender, cf. Section 3, will make an application for a fee of $10,000. in 2013, prices for the examination of the application, cf. Section 5 (5). TWO. "

paragraphs 2 and 3 shall then be set out in paragraph 1. 3 and 4.

3. I Section 7 (2). 3, and paragraph 4, is changed " cf. paragraph 1 " to : " cf. paragraph One and two.

4. I § 18 pasted as paragraph 5 :

" Stop. 5. The Certification Board may extend certification of a module for up to 3 months, provided that the provider has submitted a recertification request. "

5. I Annex 1, in the Criterium 4 Assessment of the module read no. 1-5 Thus :

" 1) Provider has organized the test for the purpose of evaluating whether the participant has achieved the objectives of the training of apprentice to the module as set out in Annex 2.

2) The module ends with an external individual sample or group test where a member of the department has appointed a member of the Centre for the Management Group for the Management of the Trade Area and which at the end of the examination shall deliver a report on : the examination process for the institution and the censoroffice, cf. the notice of examinations and examinations in the field of higher education (diploma notice).

3) The module is judged on the basis of the individual performance of the participant after the 7-step scale.

4) Provider can explain that appropriate procedures have been established for the issuance of evidence to the participant for the trial and a copy of the certificate of certification for the module.

5) The participant can only be tested in the special emulum module when the modules of an overall volume of 45 ECTS-points corresponding to the 6 standard modules and 3 voting modules are passed. `

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on the sixth. May 2013.
