Publication of the amendment of the technical requirements and approval, etc. for earmarks, electronic earmarks and chips for bovine animals, swine, sheep or goats

§ 1

Notice no. 405 of 5. May 2011 on technical requirements and approvals, etc. for earmarks, electronic earmarks and chips for bovine animals, pigs, sheep or goats, shall be amended as follows :

1. I Section 13 (1). 1, pasted after ' cf. however, paragraph 1 2 ":" and 3 "

2. I § 13 inserted after paragraph 1. 2 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 3. One bending brace or bending brace mark may have different color than yellow or red. "

Paragraph 3 becomes paragraph 3. 4.

3. I § 14 inserted after paragraph 1. 2 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 3. By way of derogation to paragraph 1. 1 may be used as replacement earmarks, which are to be provided with the following information on both sides :

1) Logo, cf. Annex 1.

2) The country code 'DK'.

3) CHR number of the herd-up crew. ` ;

paragraphs 3 and 4 are then referred to in paragraph 1. 4 and 5.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on the sixth. May 2013.
