Completion of the watercourses and lakes on the watercourses and lakes

In accordance with Article 78 (2), 2 and 3, in the law of water, cf. Law Order no. 927 of 24. September 2009, as amended by law no. 553 of 1. In June 2011, and after negotiating with the Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries :

§ 1. The Management Board shall supervise compliance with the provision in Article 69 (1) of the law. 1.

Paragraph 2. Employees of the Natural Business Authority shall have the right to travel and lakes according to the rules of the section 57 of the law without a court order.

§ 2. If the National Services Board shall see a possible violation of the section 69 (5) of the law. 1, the Management Board shall inform the water running authority accordingly.

Paragraph 2. The water running authority shall take over after notification of paragraph 1. 1 the further processing of the case after the river basin slop.

Paragraph 3. The provisions of paragraph 1. 1 and 2 shall not concern the control of the Natural Business Management Board on cross-compliance by the rules on cross-compliance.

§ 3. The decision of the Natural Acquisitions to inform the water running authority, cf. Section 2 (2). 1 may not be complained to the Minister for the Environment or other administrative authority.

§ 4. The Minister for the Environment may provide the Director of the Natural Acquisitions Instruction for the exercise of tasks following the notice.

§ 5. The announcement will enter into force on the 171. May 2013.
