Publication of the content and the form of the initial water plan period

In accordance with section 6 (4), 2, in the environmental target sloven, cf. Law Order no. 932 of 24. September 2009, shall be determined :

§ 1. The basic analysis, which, pursuant to the section 30 of the law, cf. Section 28 and section 6 shall apply to the draft water plan plans for the first water period, which will be submitted in May 2013 in May 2013, are the same basic studies that have been drawn up previously in the period from 2004 to 2006 and which have subsequently been updated in the most recently adopted ; proposals for water plans, cf. Notice no. 1355 of 11. December 2006 on the characterisation of water deposits, the imposition of influences and the mapping of water resources and proclamation no. 39 of 19. January, 2011, on the preparation of economic analysis for the use of water plans.

Paragraph 2. The basic analysis of the basic analysis for the first water period may be shown on the nature of the Natural Home page and the updates made in the adopted plans for water.

§ 2. The announcement shall enter into force on 13. May 2013.
