Publication of certain health workers who are nationals of and / or trained in non-EU/EEA countries

In accordance with section 2 (2), 2, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. 2, on the authority to authorize health professionals and on the health professional undertaking, cf. Law Order no. 877 of 4. August 2011, determined by authorization :

Chapter 1

People Circle

§ 1. This notice includes bandagists, bio-analysts, therapists, therapists, physiotherapists, midwives, chiropractors, clinical graduates, clinical dentists, contact-optimists, optomeers, optometrists, radiographs, social-and health care agents, nurses and dental floodors, which are

1) nationals of, and trained as one of this provision, in a country outside the EU/EEA, subject to health professionals,

2) nationals of a country outside EU/EEA and trained as one of this provision covered in a health expert in another EU/EEA country ; and

3) nationals of an EU/EEA country and trained as one of this provision covered in a country outside EU/EEA, with less education, recognised in another EU/EEA country, and the health care staff can prove at least 3 years of professional experience ; in the country in question, cf. Notice no. 49 of 13. In January 2010 on the access of EU and EEA citizens to the establishment of an establishment as a licensed health-care person.

Chapter 2

Authorization conditions

§ 2. The Board of Health shall, on the application of section 1, include health workers, a Danish authority and, in the case of chiropracctors, the following conditions are granted for independent activities when the following conditions are met in the said order :

1) The Board of Health has assessed the basic training of health care professionals in the field of testing. A basic training completed over six years prior to the date of application shall be deemed outdated unless it is documented that the health workers have been working in his profession for at least 12 months within the six years preceding the date ; the time of application.

2) The health care staff has passed a test in linguistic / communitive skills (language testing).

3) Jor-mothers have passed the relevant tests to be determined by the Board of Health.

4) The health care staff has completed and approved a practical-clinical evaluation hire of six months of duration.

5) In order to obtain the independence of Kiropractors, the operation of a rotation of 12 months shall be subject to a rotation of 12 months, cf. section 6. However, according to section 7, the Board of Health may dispense with the requirements to obtain authorisation for self-employed.

Paragraph 2. The Board of Health may, after a specific assessment, exempt midwives from the provisions of paragraph 1. 1, no. Three, mentioned samples.

Paragraph 3. The one in paragraph 1. 1, no. 2, the language test referred to may be carried out prior to the health-management assessment of the basic training of health professionals. However, the test must be less than 12 months prior to the time of the application, unless it is documented that health workers have remained unbroken in Denmark during the period after the proverb has been passed.

§ 3. The Board of Health shall lay down content and requirements for the provisions of section 2 (2). 1, no. 2 and 3 samples. The content and requirements are published on the Health Board's website.

Paragraph 2. The Board of Health shall bear the costs of the costs referred to in section 2 (2 1, no. 3, said test. Any expenditure on the one in section 2 (2) ; 1, no. 2, mentioned test in linguistic / communitive competencies (Danish language test) shall be borne by the applicant itself.

Chapter 3

Evaluation Hire

§ 4. The one in section 2 (2). 1, no. 4, mentioned practical-clinical evaluation is intended to test the clinical skills and linguistic / communicative skills of health-care professionals in practice. The health care staff will have to provide an evaluation.

Paragraph 2. In the case of an evaluation, the Board of Health shall issue an authorization (evaluation authorization) which is restricted in the time and place of the health inspection. Applications for this may be submitted when the health workers have applied and received an evaluation of an evaluation.

Paragraph 3. The evaluation procedure may not be started until the conditions set out in section 2 (2) are to be commended. 1, no. One-three is complete.

Paragraph 4. Samples and evaluation shall be completed with a positive result no later than three years after the Board of Health has approved basic training as appropriate for testing.

Paragraph 5. An evaluation authorization may, on application, be extended by the Board of Health, in special cases.

Paragraph 6. An evaluation authorization may be revoked by the Board of Health, the termination of which is terminated or, where the Management Board considers the withdrawal of a withdrawal, in cases where the Appointing Site has reported that the professional, linguistic or the professional, language or language of health professionals have been reported ; communications skills are incomplete.

§ 5. Under the section in section 2 (2). 1, no. 4, mentioned practical-clinical evaluation shall assess the basic professional competence of health workers, including linguistic / communicative skills. Paragraph 2. In the case of the function of appointing the overall function of employment, the health care staff shall provide a permanent Danish licence and, in accordance with the request for a chiropractor, authorisation for independent operation as chiropractor, where the conditions laid down in section 6 are fulfilled.

Paragraph 3. § 6. In order to obtain independent function as chiropractor, one of § 1 covered chiropractor must undergo a turnoservice in accordance with sections 3-4 and 6-7 of the notice. 650 of 26. In June 2009, the authorisation to act as a chiropractor is authorised. The evaluation hire can be part of the tour service if it has been carried out with a tutor.

Chapter 4

Pensation

§ 7. Under exceptional circumstances, the Board of Health may dispense with one or more of the provisions referred to in section 2 (2). The conditions for obtaining approval and for chiropractor the conditions for obtaining authorisation for independent activities shall be subject to the conditions of approval and for chiropracctors.

Chapter 5

Appeal access

§ 8. The Board of Health shall be able to appeal to the Ministry of Health and Prevention of Health and Prevention at the latest four weeks after the date of its decision.

Chapter 6

Entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 9. The announcement shall enter into force on 16. May 2013.

4) instructions no. 122 of 20. November 2002 on the authority of midwives trained abroad,

5) instructions no. 123 of 20. November 2002 on the test provisions as a centre of midwife for foreign soil mothers which are not covered by the Community Directives concerning midwives or the Nordic Agreement,

6) instructions no. 124 of 20. November 2002 on the test provisions for foreign nurses who are not covered by the EC directives on nurses or the Nordic Agreement,

7) instructions no. 125 of 20. November 2002 on the authorisation of nurses from the country of the country,

8) instructions no. 97 of 15. November 2005 on the test provisions for foreign bio-analysts not covered by the EC Directives on bioanalysts or the Nordic Agreement ; and

9) instructions no. 98 of 15. November 2005 on the authorisation of bioanalysts trained abroad.

§ 10. One of Section 1 subject to health performance of the Board of Health for the eligibility of the Health Board to qualify for a permanent authorization can until 15. May 2014 complete the conditions to obtain authorization after the current rules have been in force.

Paragraph 2. After the expiry of the paragraph in paragraph 1, The time limit for which the health workers concerned may be subject to such a time limit may be obtained by complying with all the authorization requirements of this notice, cf. § 2.

§ 11. The application for authorization to be optimized must be submitted to the Board of Health before 1. July, 2014.

Paragraph 2. Applications for authorisation such as contact-optimists must be submitted to the Board of Health before 1 of the Committee on Health and Safety. January 2016.
