Law on the amendment of an investment fund for the Faroe Islands and so on.

(Condescending on the Fund ' s own funds to cover the costs of disposal of explosives at Vágar Airport)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

Law no. Twenty-eight of 29. January 1964 on an investment fund for the Faroe Islands and so on, as amended by law no. 217 of 27. ' May 1970, Act # 153 by 31. 1 March 1976, section 1 of law no. 566 of 16. November 1977 and Law No 350 of 18. April 2007, the following changes are made :

1. The following section 4 is inserted :

" § 4 a. The fund must, by means of a reduction in the funds ' own funds, provide $28,000,000 DKK. for the disposal of explosives from previous equipment works at Vágar Airport.

Paragraph 2. The amount may be paid to the Faroese National National Day following the entry into force of the law. `

§ 2

The law shall enter into force on 1. June 2013.
