Publication of the waiver of the Regulation on the Brussels I Regulation and so on, on the Convention of 30. October 2007 on jurisdiction and recognition and enforcement of judgments in the field of civil and commercial matters (Lugano Convention) as a consequence of the law on the amendment of the law on Brussels I, and so on.

§ 1. The following notice shall be dissenting :

1) Publication no. 1342 of 10. In December 2009, on the application of the Law on Brussels I-the Regulation, etc., of the Convention of 30. October 2007, the jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters (Lugano Convention).

§ 2. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. June 2013.
