Law on the amendment of the traffic law

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the road of road, cf. Law Order no. 1055 of 9. November 2012, as amended in particular by Section 1 of Act 1. 565 of 18. June 2012 and Section 1 of Law No 1246 of 18. December 2012 and at the latest by law no. 1389 of 23. December 2012, the following changes are made :

1. I § 59 a, paragraph. 2, and § 124 h, paragraph 1-3, changes "100 kr." To : "120 kr."

2. I § 124 a, paragraph ONE, ONE. pkt., changes "580 kr." to : "600 kr.", in § 124 a, paragraph ONE, TWO. pkt., is " 580 kr. for each "to :" 600 kr. for the first and 580 kr. for the other ", in § 124 a, paragraph 2, change "260 kr." to : "280 kr.", and in § 124 a, paragraph THREE, ONE. pkt., is "870 kr." to : "890 kr."

3. I § 124 c (3) 1, no. 1, 2, 5 and 6, change "260 kr." to : "280 kr.", in § 124 c (3) 1, no. 3, changes "100 kr." to : "120 kr.", in § 124 c (3) 1, no. 4, change "135 kr." to : "155 kr.", in § 124 c (3) 2, changes "150 kr." to : "170 kr.", in § 124 c (3) 3, changes "30 kr." to : "50 kr.", and in § 124 c (3) 5, changes "100 kr." To : "120 kr."

4. I § 124 d, paragraph 1 1, 4 and 7-10, changes "100 kr." to : "120 kr.", in § 124 d, paragraph 1 2, change "420 kr." to : "440 kr.", and in § 124 d, paragraph 1 5 and 6, change "225 kr." To : "245 kr."

5. § 124 d ITREAS :

" § 124 d. In the case of the holding of the test sample and the issuing of driving licence to small moped to people who are 18 years old, $120.

Paragraph 2. For the issue of driving licence to a small moped to persons under the age of 18, who have received training in the road traffic rules and run with a small moped and passed a test sample and a practical test in connection with this, cf. § 63, paragraph TWO, ONE. Pkton, paid 440 kr.

Paragraph 3. For the holding of test sample or practical test for small moped for persons under the age of 18, in addition to the first test, cf. paragraph Two, 200 kroner.

Paragraph 4. For the issue of driving licence to small moped after the expiry of an unconditional waiver of the right to have a small moped, cf. § 129, paragraph 1. Three, pay $120.

Paragraph 5. In the case of the holding of driving test to a large moped, DKK 245 kr.

Paragraph 6. In the case of a control-driving test to a large moped, DKK 245 kr. However, for the first control of the driving test, the test shall not be paid unless the test is taken pursuant to section 60 (a). 1, 60 b, or § 60 c.

Paragraph 7. For the exchange of a foreign driving licence to a Danish driving licence to small or large moped paid 120 kr.

Paragraph 8. For the issuance of a duplicate driver's licence to small or large moped paid 120 kr.

Niner. 9. For the granting of a temporary replacement queue map to small or large moped to run abroad shall be paid 120 kr.

Paragraph 10. In the case of the issuing of a driving licence to a small moped to a person who has the right to have a small moped and has had to deliver their driving licence under § 60 d, DKK 120.

Paragraph 11. The people in paragraph 3. 1-10 said amounts are regulated once a year on 1. 1 with 2%. the adjustment percentage laid down for the financial year in question, cf. Act of a rate adjustment percentage. The resulting amounts shall be rounded off to the nearest 10-delegated chronal amount. The Minister of Justice shall announce the regulations to be carried out each year. ` ;

6. I § 124 e, paragraph 1 ONE, ONE. pkt., change " 320 kr. for each "to :" 340 kr. for the first and 320 kr. for each subsequent ", in § 124 e, paragraph 1 ONE, TWO. pkt., changes "440 kr." to : "460 kr.", and in § 124 e, paragraph 1 3, changes "100 kr." To : "120 kr."

§ 2

Law no. 565 of 18. June 2012 on the amendment of the rule of law and law on youth schools (Aldersfrontier for the drivers of small mopeds) is amended as follows :

1. § 1, no. 9, revoked.

2. I Section 6 (2). 2, change " Act 1, nr. 9 and 12 "to :" Act 1, nr. TWELVE. "

§ 3

Paragraph 1. The Act shall enter into force on the day following the announcement in the law in Juditsiding, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.
