Law on the amendment of the Law of the Human Rights Institute-Denmark's National Human Rights institution and the Act of the Danish Institute for International Studies

(Expansion of the Human Rights Executive Board of the Board of Human Rights with 1 member appointed by the Greenland Council of Human Rights and Amendment of the Authority to designate members of the Danish Institute for the Management Board of the International Studies

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

Law no. 553 by 18. June 2012 on the Institute for Human Rights-Denmark's National Human Rights institution is hereby amended as follows :

1. I Section 3, paragraph 3. 2, "13 members" shall be changed to : "14 members".

2. I Section 3, paragraph 3. 2, pasted as no. 8 :

" 8) 1 member is appointed by the Greenland Council of Human Rights. `

§ 2

Law no. 554 of 18. June 2012 on the Danish Institute for International Studies is hereby amended as follows :

1. I Section 3, paragraph 3. 2, no. 2, the ' Governors of International Development Cooperation Cooperation ' shall be replaced by the following : 'Development policy Council'.

§ 3

The law shall enter into force on 1. August, 2013.

§ 4

Members of the Danish Institute for the Administrative Board of the International Studies which, at the time of entry into force of the law, are appointed by the Internationally Development Cooperation Management Board, shall continue as members of the Management Board during the remaining time of the period during which the entry into force of the law has been made ; they have been designated.

§ 5

The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland, but can, in the case of the Faroe Islands and Greenland, be in force in full or in part, with the changes that the ferry and Greenlandic conditions are changing.
