Publication of the amendment of the use of force to children and young people situated outside the home,

(Consequencing changes as a result of change in a drafts structure)

§ 1

Notice no. 18 of 15. In January 2013, the use of force against children and young people situated outside the home shall be amended as follows :

1. I § 48 the words ' social name ` shall be replaced by ' the Board of Appeal '.

2. I § 49, paragraph. 2, the words ' social name ` shall be replaced by ' the Board of Appeal '.

3. I § 51 the words ' including access to appeal to the Danish Agency for the Administrative Board and the municipality of the municipality of the residency joint, cf. § § § § 46 and 49 (3) 1, and the social name, cf. ~ § 48 and 49, paragraph. Two, " to : including the availability of appeal to the Administrative Board and to the municipality of the municipality of the residence authority, cf. ~ § 46, 48 and 49. "

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July, 2013.
