Publication on the amendment of the notification of medical treatment in the practice sector

§ 1

Notice no. 1238 of 5. In December 2006, the treatment of doctors in the practice sector is hereby amended as follows :

1. As footnote the following shall be added to the title of the notice :

" 1) The announcement shall be part of the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council. The 2011 /24/EU of 9. March 2011 on the application of patients ' rights in cross-border health care, EU Official Journal, 2011, nr. "L 88, page 45-65."

2. I Section 5 (5). ONE, ONE. pkt., is changed " cf. however, paragraph 1 2-3 "to :" cf. however, paragraph 1 2-4.

3. I § 5 pasted as paragraph FOUR :

" Stop. 4. Group 1-proof persons have the right to an unpaid treatment by practising specialist doctors when the treatment occurs after a reference from a general practitioner in another EU/EEA country. `

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on the sixth. January 2014.
